    This article conveys the problem of assessment of personnel innovative potential of tourist enterprise. We analyzed different approaches to the notion of “personnel innovative potential” and on this basis we formulated our own definition. We grounded constituents of innovative potential of tourist enterprise and their role in formation of innovative potential of the enterprise. We outlined the factors which influence the innovative potential of tourist enterprise personnel. We emphasized the necessity of management system of innovative potential of enterprise personnel.
