Basic concepts of economics with teaching in social studies at elementary education through teaching the subject of learning economics

Abstract

Social studies subject in economics learning group help students to understand or can make a decision about activities as systematic, know how to use resources to manage the defined target as well as help to understand the economic situation of the country and methods of government solutions. Therefore, social studies teachers play a very important role in learning management and transfer that knowledge, especially students at elementary education who are learners in the first stage which have to learn and understand deeply for learning in the next level. The process has 6 steps as follows: Step 1: Review of economic knowledge, Step 2: Exchange of economic knowledge, Step 3: Create economic knowledge together, Step 4 Present economic knowledge, Step 5: Economic action, and Step 6: Economic evaluation, by each step can encourage learners to understand human behavior in the use of limited resources to maximize benefits.
