This study developed and empirically tested a model examining the antecedents of consumer attitude and behavioral intention toward music piracy behavior.     This study examines the interaction effects of Machiavellianism and organizational ethical culture on two components of a marketer''s ethical decision — perceptions of an ethical problem and perceptions of remedial alternatives.
