Abstract: To improve the countries’ pharmaceutical situation and to monitor the progress, the World Health Organization (WHO) and member states developed a system of indicators to measure the respective important aspects as a prerequisite step. Level I indicators to assess the country’s pharmaceutical situation include the national drug policy; legislation and regulations; drug accessibility and affordability; essential drug list; quality control; pharmacovigilance; storage and distribution; information and rational use. This study is aimed to document the professional opinion of 20 pharmacy (...) practice professionals on Libya’s current pharmaceutical situation, utilizing WHO indicator-based approach. The core indicators measure the most important information needed to understand the pharmaceutical situation in a country. A closed-end questionnaire was distributed to ten practicing pharmacists and ten pharmacy teaching staff members who practice pharmacy. The questionnaires were handed over personally and collected on the same day. The responses were analyzed using simple statistics. The results were argued in the light of the first author’s observation and view, being expert in this field, with reference to the other experts’ views, relevant publications’ findings and WHO reports’ conclusions on these indicators. Suggestions and recommendations for a proper situation assessment, planning and action taking are presented. Primarily, government’s commitment towards appropriate restructuring, management and monitoring of the pharmaceutical sector is crucial. That is to enhance the country’s pharmaceutical situation, to provide and sustain efficient pharmaceutical services and to improve the overall health care system’s performance. (shrink)

يعد مفهوم التوحيد من المفاهيم ذات الإطار الفلسفي والديني، حيث بٌنيت عليه الأديان السماوية الثلاثة بل توقفت عليه نشأتها، ويشمل تفسيره مناحي الفكر بوصفه إطاراً لهذه الأديان، فهو يعني الإيمان والتصديق والتسليم. والتوحيد بشكل عام هو مذهب فلسفي أو ديني لا يُسلم إلا بإله واحد، متميز من العالم؛ ويذهب أ. ت. أورموند إلى تعريفه تعريفاً فلسفياً بأنه يكمن في المذهب القائل أن الله هو كائن لا يقبل الانقسام كما يسلم بأن التوحيد هو نوع من أصنافه الربوبية ووحدة الوجود وهو يتعارض (...) مع الشرك، وهو طابع مشترك بين اليهودية والمسيحية والإسلام. "نحن" أسبق على الأنا والآخر. تتجلى في ضوء هذه العبارة فلسفة إیمانویل كفلسفة أنطولوجیة تعبر عن وحدة خلقیة، غایتها تقدیم الخطوط العریضة للتعامل لیفیناس بین الأنا والآخر. فقد انعطف لیفیناس بالفكر الفلسفي من التمحور حول فكرة الوجود إلى التركیز على الأخلاق وجعلها الفلسفة الأولى. إن الفلسفة الأخلاقیة كما یذهب لیفیناس هي فلسفة اجتماعیة، لأنها تباشر كل ما یخص الإنسانیة، وفلسفته على وجه الخصوص تدعو للتجاوز لا للتناحر، وقد كان (الوجه) هو حجر الأساس الذي بنى علیه الفیلسوف فلسفته الأخلاقیة، وجعله المحك (...) الأساسي للتواصل بین الأنا والآخر، وذلك لأنه لا یمكن الفصل بین الآخر ووجهه،مشیرًا إلى أن اللقاء بالوجه هو بمثابة الحدث الذي یكمن فیه الحوار وربما یكون حوار من دون خطاب موجه، فالوجه هو ظاهرة تشیر إلى ماهیة الإنسان بالمعنى الفینومینولوجي. كما لو كان ذلك الخطاب هو تجلّ للإله على الوجه لحظة اللقاء؛ حیث یقول لیفیناس: "فحینما تلتقي الأنا بالأنت تبدأ العلاقة الأصلیة للحدث الأخلاقي". Abstract: The paper presented is a work started in summer 2014 for improving surfaces of turned holes. The work was confined to two materials; aluminum alloy and brass alloy. The internal machined surfaces were burnished by ball burnishing tools. Experimental work was carried out on a lathe machine to establish the effect of the internal ball burnishing parameters; namely, burnishing feed rate, speed, force and number of tool passes on the Surface roughness and surface hardness. The operation was carried out (...) at load pushing speed 24 m/min through the hole. Turned Al-Br specimens were divided into groups, the parameters were changed with each group. The optimum values of surface roughness and surface hardness were obtained where the surface roughness improved from 3.14 µm to 0.14 µm for Al µm and from 2.25 to 0.16 for brass and the surface hardness improved from116 HV to 184 HV for Al and from 182 to 244 HV for brass.
