The aim of the research is to identify the relationship between the performance criteria and the achievement of the objectives of supervision which is represented in the performance of the job at the Islamic University in Gaza Strip. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach to collect information. The questionnaire consisted of (22) paragraphs distributed to three categories of employees of the Islamic University (senior management, faculty members, their assistants and members of the (...) administrative board). A random sample of 314 employees was selected, 276 responses were retrieved with a return rate of 88.1%. The SPSS program was used to enter, process, and analyze the data. The results of the study showed a positive relationship between the performance criteria and the achievement of the control objectives represented by the job performance in the Islamic University from the point of view of the members (senior management, faculty and their assistants and the administrative board). The researchers also recommended a number of recommendations, including the provision of an appropriate level of control system components today through the continuous updating and development of performance standards and the need to provide the necessary physical and financial resources to continue the development and achievement within the university. Expand the development of technology in the various activities of the university through the construction of a complete and integrated system to support the control systems in the university to suit its size. The researchers also recommended the follow-up, review of the performance standards and work to modify them in line with the mission of the university and the goals that the university seeks to reach. Chest pain is the pain felt in the chest by infants, children and adolescents. In most cases the pain is not associated with the heart. It is mainly recognized by the observance or report of pain by the infant, child or adolescent by reports of distress by parents or care givers. Chest pain is not unusual in children. Lots of children are seen in ambulatory clinics, emergency rooms and hospitals and cardiology clinics. Usually there is a benign cause for the (...) pain for utmost children. Certain patients have conditions that are serious and perhaps life-threatening. Chest pain in pediatric patients needs careful physical examination and a detailed history that would point to the possibility of a serious cause. Researches of pediatric chest pain are scarce. It has been difficult to create evidence-based guidelines for evaluation. In this paper we propose an expert system to help doctors and parents, and care giver in diagnosing chest pain in infants and children. The study aimed to study The Organizational Structure and its role in applying the Information Technology Used the Palestinian universities as a comparative study between Al-Azhar and Islamic universities. Diabetes is one of the most common diseases worldwide where a cure is not found for it yet. Annually it cost a lot of money to care for people with diabetes. Thus the most important issue is the prediction to be very accurate and to use a reliable method for that. One of these methods is using artificial intelligence systems and in particular is the use of Artificial Neural Networks (ANN). So in this paper, we used artificial neural networks to (...) predict whether a person is diabetic or not. The criterion was to minimize the error function in neural network training using a neural network model. After training the ANN model, the average error function of the neural network was equal to 0.01 and the accuracy of the prediction of whether a person is diabetics or not was 87.3%. (shrink)
The study aimed to examine the Information Technology used and its effect on the nature of the work of the administrators at Al-Azhar University in Gaza. However increase of email users has resulted in the dramatic increase of spam emails during the past few years. Data mining -classification algorithms are used to categorize the email as spam or non-spam. Numerous email spam messages are marketable in nature but might similarly encompass camouflaged links that seem to be for acquainted websites but actually lead to phishing web sites or sites that (...) are holding malware. Spam email might likewise comprise malware as scripts or other executable file attachments. Spammers use spam bots to generate email distribution lists. A spammer naturally sends an email to millions of email addresses. The address and identity of the sender are concealed Mass Mailing with the expectation that only a small number will respond or interact with the message and Spam mails might be the cause of phishing attack, hacking of banking accounts, attacks on confidential data. Spamming is rising at a quick speed as sending a deluge of mails is simple and for free. Spam mails interrupt the one calmness, spending much time and put away various resources like memory and networks bandwidth. Parkinson's Disease (PD) is a long-term degenerative disorder of the central nervous system that mainly affects the motor system. The symptoms generally come on slowly over time. Early in the disease, the most obvious are shaking, rigidity, slowness of movement, and difficulty with walking. Doctors do not know what causes it and finds difficulty in early diagnosing the presence of Parkinson’s disease. An artificial neural network system with back propagation algorithm is presented in this paper for helping doctors in identifying (...) PD. Previous research with regards to predict the presence of the PD has shown accuracy rates up to 93% [1]; however, accuracy of prediction for small classes is reduced. The study aimed at finding out the level of Entrepreneurial creativity among Palestinian university students through a study conducted on students from different disciplines at Al-Azhar and Al-Quds Open Universities in Palestine-Gaza Strip. The sample size was 120 students, which was divided equally between the two universities. A Entrepreneurial innovation scale of (15) paragraphs and (87.50%) was recovered. The study found that there is a good level of Entrepreneurial creativity among Palestinian university students which reached 68.51%. There were no statistically (...) significant differences due to the university variable in the Entrepreneurial creativity and there were no statistically significant differences in the Entrepreneurial creativity among Palestinian university students due to the gender variable between males and females. The study recommended the need to implement workshops and various activities to generate new creative ideas, activate the role of universities by guiding students entrepreneurs and contributing to the promotion of products and services of pilot projects and work to link them with large projects to ensure continuity. The study also recommended the importance of awareness of the idea of business entrepreneurship and its mission, the need to introduce some of the educational courses within the teaching plans related to entrepreneurship and creative innovation and the experiences of successful entrepreneurs. Problems frequently happen, and it is hard to resolve or find solutions for them. This paper outlines the significance and feasibility of building a desktop PC problems diagnosis system. The system gathers problem symptoms from users’ desktops, rather than the user describes his/her problems to primary search engines. Objectives: The main goal of this Knowledge Based System is to get the suitable problem desktop PC symptoms and the correct way to solve the errors. Methods: In this paper the design of the proposed Knowledge Based System which was produced to help users of desktop PC in knowing many of the problems and error such as : Power supply problems, CPU errors, RAM dumping error, hard disk errors and bad sectors and suddenly restarting PC. The proposed Knowledge Based System presents an overview about desktop PC hardware errors are given, the cause of fault are outlined and the solution to the problems whenever possible is given out. CLIPS Knowledge Based System language was used for designing and implementing the proposed expert system. We developed an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model for predicting the overall rating of books. The prediction is based on some Factors (bookID, title, authors, isbn, language_code, isbn13, # num_pages, ratings_count, text_reviews_count), which used as input variables and (average_rating) as output for our ANN predictive model. Our model established, trained, and validated using data set, which its title is “Goodreads-books”. Model evaluation showed that the ANN model is able to predict correctly 99.90% of the validation instances.
Abstract: Small Blue Round Cell Tumors (SBRCTs) are a heterogeneous group of tumors that are difficult to diagnose because of overlapping morphologic, immunehistochemical, and clinical features. About two-thirds of EWSR1-negative SBRCTs are associated with CIC-DUX4-related fusions, whereas another small subset shows BCOR-CCNB3 X-chromosomal par acentric inversion. In this paper, we propose an ANN model to Classify and Predict SBRCTs Cancers. The accuracy of the classification reached 100%.
Agriculture is very important to human continued existence and remains a key driver of many economies worldwide, especially in underdeveloped and developing economies. There is an increasing demand for food and cash crops, due to the increasing in world population and the challenges enforced by climate modifications, there is an urgent need to increase plant production while reducing costs. Preceding instrument vision methods established for selective weeding have confronted with major challenges for trustworthy and precise weed recognition. In this paper, (...) plant seedlings classification approach is presented with a dataset that contains approximately 5,000 images with 960 unique plants that belong to 12 species at a few developing phases. Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithms, a deep learning technique extensively applied to image recognition was used, for this task. The results found that CNN-driven seedling classification applications when used in farming automation have the latent to enhance crop harvest and improve output and productivity when designed properly. The trained model achieved an accuracy of 99.48% on a held-out test set, demonstrating the feasibility of this approach. (shrink)
The aim of this study is to identify the support provided by senior management at universities to assist in the transition to electronic management. The study population consists of different administrative levels in the universities, with total of (239) employees. The study sample consisted of (148) individuals from different administrative levels, with a response rate of (84.31%). The researchers used the questionnaire as a tool for the study, the descriptive analytical approach to achieve the objectives of the study, and the (...) SPSS program was used to analyze the study data. The results of the study showed that the university administration supports the transition to electronic management. The concept of e- management is a broad concept that involves several different electronic systems, and the transition to it requires extensive changes from organizational structure to business processes. Computerized information systems are sufficient to initiate a transition to electronic management. The use of e-HRM modules is still very limited and greatly reduces the benefits of an electronic pyramid. Self-service systems are not interrelated with pay and payment systems, and researchers explain this because e-HRM systems are not complete at the universities. Universities also follow the strategy of combining traditional and electronic business, a positive indicator of the transition to e- management. The study reached several recommendations for the purposes of the university managements to take the formal and practical approach to the systems of electronic management. The expansion of the use of electronic forms to manage employees to take advantage of their multiple advantages such as reducing costs and reducing the time of completion of transactions. -/- . This paper aims at helping trainees to overcome the difficulties they face when dealing with Arduino platform by describing the design of a desktop based intelligent tutoring system. The main idea of this system is a systematic introduction into the concept of Arduino platform. The system shows the circuit boards of Arduino that can be purchased at low cost or assembled from freely-available plans; and an open-source development environment and library for writing code to control the board topic of Arduino (...) platform. The system is adaptive with the trainee’s individual progress. The system functions as a special tutor who deals with trainees according to their levels and skills. Abstract: In this paper an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model, was developed and tested for predicting the category of an animal. There is a number of factors that influence the classification of animals. Such as the existence of hair/ feather, if the animal gives birth or spawns, it is airborne, aquatic, predator, toothed, backboned, venomous, has –fins, has-tail, cat-sized, and domestic. They were then used as input variables for the ANN model. A model based on the Multilayer Perceptron Topology was (...) developed and trained, using data set, which its title is “Zoo Data Set” and was obtained from Machine Learning Repository, and its created by Richard Forsyth. The paper describes the design of an intelligent tutoring system for teaching Introduction to Computer Science-a compulsory curriculum in Al-Azhar University of Gaza to students who attend the university. In this paper an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model was used to help cars dealers recognize the many characteristics of cars, including manufacturers, their location and classification of cars according to several categories including: Buying, Maint, Doors, Persons, Lug_boot, Safety, and Overall. ANN was used in forecasting car acceptability. The results showed that ANN model was able to predict the car acceptability with 99.62 %. The factor of Safety has the most influence on car acceptability evaluation. In this paper an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model, for predicting the category of a tumor was developed and tested. Taking patients’ tests, a number of information gained that influence the classification of the tumor. Such information as age, sex, histologic-type, degree-of-diffe, status of bone, bone-marrow, lung, pleura, peritoneum, liver, brain, skin, neck, supraclavicular, axillar, mediastinum, and abdominal. They were used as input variables for the ANN model. A model based on the Multilayer Perceptron Topology was established and trained using (...) data set which its title is “primary tumor” and was obtained from the University Medical Centre, Institute of Oncology, Ljubljana, Yugoslavia Test data evaluation shows that the ANN model is able to correctly predict the tumor category with 76.67 % accuracy. The aim of the study is help investigator in identifying the type of glass found in arena of the crime. The Neural Network model was trained and validated using the type of glass dataset. In this paper, Multi-Layer ANN model was used to train and test the mushroom dataset to predict whether it is edible or poisonous. The Mushrooms dataset was prepared for training, 8124 instances were used for the training. JustNN software was used to training and validating the (...) data. Moreover, the algorithm and procedure which are sophisticated to execute the designed functions of the agents will be explained. The suggested system for Learning Classical cryptography algorithms will derive adaptive learning pedagogical for individual student to learn in compelling and effective way. This an intelligent tutoring system concentrate on the students registered in Advanced Topics in Information Security in the faculty of Engineering and Information Technology at Al-Azhar University in Gaza and we suggest reasonable and suitable learning pedagogical for individual student to perform adaptive learning. During which the student will be able to think about the course and deal with related issues and solving the problems. In this research, an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model was developed and tested to predict Birth Weight. A number of factors were identified that may affect birth weight. Factors such as smoke, race, age, weight (lbs) at last menstrual period, hypertension, uterine irritability, number of physician visits in 1st trimester, among others, as input variables for the ANN model. A model based on multi-layer concept topology was developed and trained using the data from some birth cases in hospitals. The study aimed to identify the level of promotion of entrepreneurship in the technical colleges in Palestine. The analytical descriptive method was used in the study. A questionnaire of 41 items was randomly distributed to the technical colleges in the Gaza Strip. The random sample consisted of (275) employees from the mentioned colleges, and the response rate were (74.5%). The results of the study showed that the technical colleges achieved a high level of promotion of entrepreneurship with a relative weight (...) of 73.45%. The results of the study showed that there is a high level of promotion of entrepreneurship (risk, preparedness, proactive competition, innovation orientation) in the technical colleges in Gaza Strip. The field of competition came in first place with a relative weight of 76.65%. In the second place came the field (the trend towards innovation) and relative weight (74.96%). In the third place came the field of pre-emptive preparedness with a relative weight of 74.07%. In the fourth and last place came the field of risk and a relative weight of 68.39%. The results confirmed that there are statistically significant differences in the promotion of entrepreneurship in the technical colleges in Gaza Strip due to the college variable in favor of UCAS. The results confirmed that there is no statistically significant relationship in the promotion of entrepreneurship in technical colleges in Gaza Strip due to the variable level of employment. The researchers suggest a set of recommendations, the most important of which is to draw the attention of the technical colleges to the importance of promoting entrepreneurship, because of their role in reducing the problem of unemployment, the importance of linking technical education and promoting entrepreneurship to the Palestinian society in general and Gaza Strip in particular. The importance of urging decision-makers in technical colleges to promote interest in leadership and to put their own courses in all technical education programs in these colleges, as well as enhancing the technical, technological and technical capabilities of technical education and keeping pace with the latest international standards by providing the necessary material resources. There is a need to urge researchers to conduct further studies of the future which deal with the same variables of the current study in the field of entrepreneurship and applied to other sectors. And that there is a high level of communication pattern prevailing from the point of view of administrative staff, where the percentage (71.32%), there is a direct correlation between the nature of the organizational structure and the prevailing pattern of communication, the absence of differences between the sample according to the gender variable in their perception of the nature of the organizational structure and the prevailing pattern of communication, the absence of differences in the perception of employees of the nature of the organizational structure and the pattern of communication prevailing according to the variable age. There are differences of statistical significance in the perception of the nature of the organizational structure and the pattern of communication depending on the variable of scientific qualification in the organizational structure, and the pattern of communication. Differences were in favor of diploma holders compared to other practical qualifications. There is an absence of differences in the perception of employees of the nature of the organizational structure and the pattern of communication depending on the variable years of service. There is absence of differences in the perception of employees of the nature of the organizational structure and the pattern of communication depending on the variable level of career (Director, Head of Department, and Administrative Officer). There is absence of differences in the perception of employees of the nature of the organizational structure and the pattern of communication depending on the variable of the workplace. And the existence of differences in the perception of the employees of the nature of the organizational structure and pattern of communication depending on the university in which they work. And that there are statistically significant differences between the Islamic University and Al-Azhar University, the nature of the organizational structure and the pattern of communication in favor of the Islamic University. And that there are statistically significant differences between Al-Azhar University and Al-Aqsa University in the prevailing pattern of communication in favor of Al-Azhar University. The study reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which is that the departments of the Palestinian universities in the Gaza Strip in general, Al-Aqsa University and Al-Azhar Universities should be given greater attention to the prevailing organizational structure and the staff, the need to improve the pattern of communication prevalent in universities. In this paper an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model was used to help cars dealers recognize the many characteristics of cars, including manufacturers, their location and classification of cars according to several categories including: Make, Model, Type, Origin, DriveTrain, MSRP, Invoice, EngineSize, Cylinders, Horsepower, MPG_Highway, Weight, Wheelbase, Length. ANN was used in prediction of the number of miles per gallon when the car is driven in the city(MPG_City). The results showed that ANN model was able to predict MPG_City with 97.50 (...) % accuracy. The factor of DriveTrain has the most influence on MPG_City evaluation. Similar studies can be carried out for the evaluation of other characteristics of cars. (shrink)
The study aimed to identify the relationship between correcting the deviations in the measurement of performance and achieving the objectives of control and the performance of the job at the Islamic University in the Gaza Strip. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach to collect information. The questionnaire consisted of (20) statements distributed to three categories of employees of the Islamic University (senior management, faculty members, their assistants and members of the administrative board). (...) A random sample of 314 employees was selected and 276 responses were retrieved with a recovery rate of 88.1%. The Statistical Analysis Program (SPSS) was used to enter, process, and analyze the data. The results of the study showed a positive relationship between correcting deviations in performance measurement and achieving the control objectives represented by the functional performance in the Islamic University from the point of view of the members (senior management, faculty and their assistants, and the administrative board), where the relative weight of all the paragraphs was (74.25%). The study recommended the need to ensure that the actual performance of the planned performance is matched and decisions are taken to correct the serious deviations and take the necessary measures in terms of retraining and change in regulations, wages and bonuses and punishment of the culprit, neglect and negligence by mistake. We proposed an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) in this paper for predicting the rate category of movies. A dataset used obtained from UCI repository created for research purposes. Our ANN prediction model was developed and validated; validation results showed that the ANN model is able to 92.19% accurately predict the category of movies’ rate.
The aim of the research is to identify the impact of information technology on the success of office management systems in the Palestinian Pension Agency. The research community is composed of all the employees of the Palestinian Pension Agency. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the analytical descriptive method in which they tries to describe the phenomenon studied, analyze its data and the relationship between its components and the opinions that are raised around it. (...) The study community and accessibility to the target group. The researchers distributed 108 questionnaires to the community of this research, consisting of (65) employees in the Gaza Strip and (43) employees in the West Bank, and all the questionnaires were retrieved. The results of the research were based on the availability of the infrastructure of the Authority, where the ratios ranged from good to very good. Overall, the average score of the axes was 4.09 and a relative weight of 82.0%. This result confirms the ability of the Authority to provide an appropriate infrastructure capable of adapting to the electronic document management system. And that there are no statistically significant differences in the response of members of the study community on the impact of information technology on the success of office management systems in the Palestinian Pension Agency due to variable (nature of job, specialization, age). And provide the technical background (dealing with computers and peripherals) and the level of education of employees will help in the implementation of electronic document management system in the Palestinian Pension Agency. The research led to a number of recommendations, the most important of which was the enhancement of the interest of a central computer network linking the main office in Gaza with the rest of the branches in the West Bank in order to ensure the implementation of the electronic document management system and the ability to hold meetings and meetings via videoconferencing and the ability to exchange electronic data. The study of material requirements with all attention and care, despite the availability of most of the necessary equipment and programs, and the submission of studies on the electronic document management system and the need of the Commission for financial support from some international institutions such as the World Bank. The study aims to identify the efficiency of the university education performance from the perspective of postgraduate and undergraduate students in international and Palestinian universities. And that there are significant differences between the average views of the sample of the study on the efficiency of educational performance in Palestinian and international universities attributed to the University and to the benefit of international universities. The study concluded many recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of continuing to develop e-learning strategies that affect the efficiency of educational performance and research commensurate with the university's position in the local and international community, which puts it on the best classification between local and international universities through e-learning. System adapts with all the individual differences of students and begins gradually with students from easier to harder level. In this paper an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model, was developed and tested for predicting the price range of a mobile phone. We used a dataset that contains mobile phones information, and there was a number of factors that influence the classification of mobile phone price. Factors as battery power, CPU clock speed, has dual sim support or not, Front Camera mega pixels, has 4G or not, has Wi-Fi or not, etc…. 20 attributes were used as input variables for the (...) ANN model. A model based on the Multilayer Perceptron Topology was developed and trained, using data set, which its title is “Mobile Price Classification” and was obtained from Kaggle online community, and it is created by Abhishek Sharma. Test data evaluation shows that the ANN model is able to correctly predict the mobile price renge with 96.31 accuracy. (shrink)
This study aims to use the Asian knowledge model “APO” as a determinant for performance excellence in universities and identifying the most effecting factors on it. This study was applied on Al-Azhar University in Gaza strip. The result of the study showed that (APO) model is valid as a measure and there are four dimensions in the model affecting significantly more than the others (university processes, KM leadership, personnel, KM outputs). Furthermore, performance excellence produced though modernizing the means of education, (...) curriculum development, technology and flexibility in the organizational structure. The study recommends expanding the usage of (APO) model, enhancing the role of knowledge leadership, technology, organizational flexibility, sharing culture and incentive systems that encouraging innovation. The study aimed to identify entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship in Gaza Strip. The researchers used the analytical descriptive approach to achieve the objectives of the study. The study community consists of 92 of the pilot projects benefiting from the three incubators in Gaza Strip (the Palestinian Information Technology Incubator, the Technology Incubator, the Business Incubator and Technology). The researchers used the comprehensive inventory method. To answer the study questions and to examine their hypotheses, the arithmetical averages, the standard deviation, the T (...) test and the analysis of the mono-variance were used followed by a quiz test. The problem of the study in the main question: What is the reality of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship in Gaza Strip. The study found a number of results, the most important of which are: Men are more oriented towards entrepreneurship than females. And that scientific qualification does not affect entrepreneurship. And many are looking for entrepreneurs who do not have practical experience in the labor market, but are subject to training courses through the business incubator. Based on the findings, the researchers recommend stimulating male entrepreneurship and promoting it in females. And to design training programs to refine entrepreneurial skills. Abstract— This study aimed to identify the degree of use of the capabilities of decision-support systems in Palestinian institutions higher education, Aqsa University in Gaza - a case study. The study used a analytical descriptive approach, and the researchers used the of questionnaire tool to collect the data, the researchers using stratified random sample distributed (150) questioners to the study population and (126) was obtained back with rate of 84%. The study showed that the most important results are: that senior (...) management supports the existence of decision support systems and that there is approval by the respondents on the paragraphs of the use of the capabilities of decision support systems in general. And that there are no significant differences between the averages of the answers of respondents differences about the degree of use of decision support systems capabilities attributed to personal data. And increased regulatory attention to the potential available to decision support systems directly to the senior management in the Palestinian universities in the Gaza Strip. The study aimed to identify the role of administrative procedures and systems in enhancing the performance of the educational institutions in the Islamic University in Gaza. To achieve the research objectives, the researchers used the analytical descriptive approach to collect information. The researchers used the questionnaire distributed to three categories of employees at the Islamic University (senior management, faculty members, their assistants and members of the administrative board). A random sample of 314 employees was selected and 276 questionnaires were retrieved (...) with a recovery rate of 88.1%. The Statistical Analysis Program (SPSS) was used to enter process and analyze data. The results of the research showed a positive role for the administrative procedures and systems in enhancing the performance of the Islamic University from the point of view of the members (senior management, teaching staff and their assistants and the administrative body), where the relative weight of all the paragraphs (73.728%). The analysis of the results revealed that the administrative procedures at the Islamic University in Gaza are used to an acceptable degree. The relative weight of all the paragraphs is 70%. This indicates a relationship between administrative procedures and regulations and the performance of the Islamic University in the Gaza Strip. The study found that there was a good degree of approval from the sample regarding the administrative procedures and their relationship to the job performance. There exist a sufficient degree of powers to the deans and department managers to carry out their tasks, with the use of plans as control tools. And that there are rules and procedures provided for decision-making in the University Council. It also has full powers to manage the university to improve the teaching and learning environment. The researchers also recommended a number of recommendations, including the need to follow up on the procedures and systems of management and update them continuously in the light of changes that may occur and to ensure the existence of a strong system of electronic information systems within the university. There is a need to provide mechanisms for obtaining information about the surrounding external environment, and effective mechanisms to provide managers with the necessary information in a timely manner. The importance of providing channels of communication that enables staff to communicate information about any violations and breaches. The study also recommended the follow-up, review, procedures and administrative systems, and work to modify them in line with the mission of the university and the objectives that the university seeks to reach. In this paper, Intelligent Tutoring System Builder explains in terms of the meaning, key components and the integration between them. In order to implement this system, we had a smart Excel education system called Excel Intelligent Tutoring System, which aimed at novice students as users, and teachers as an exhibitor of educational material, with a simple explanation of how to use and benefit from the system. The research aimed to identify the trends of the relationship between the impact of evaluation and follow-up and the level of administrative transparency in the Palestinian universities in Gaza Strip. The research dealt with five universities. The researchers adopted a descriptive analytical approach in this study. The research community consists of administrative staff, whether academic or administrative. Those who are in the senior management or university council have been excluded. The study population reached 392 employees. A Random stratified sample was (...) selected. A total of 197 questionnaires were distributed and the number of questionnaires recovered (160) with a recovery rate of (81.2%). The researchers used a questionnaire to collect data and process using SPSS to get the results. The correlation between the evaluation and the follow-up on the one hand and the level of managerial transparency reached 77.0%, which is a positive correlation coefficient because it is greater than 0.5. The correlation coefficient value is statistically significant, (Sig.) which is below the significance level of 0.05. The results confirmed the existence of a significant relationship between the level of follow-up and administrative transparency in the Palestinian universities in Gaza. The research reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the work of establishing a higher council of universities. The higher policies will be set by a committee that includes competent people and experts who will supervise these policies in order to control higher education in Palestine, the need for Palestinian universities to implement the standards of transparency in all university activities, the need to engage in the program of teaching transparency in universities, as it was confirmed that only five universities participated in this experiment, and raise awareness among Palestinian university staff to clarify the foundations of transparency building and it s dimensions through workshops and seminars. The study aimed to identify the reality of the effectiveness of electronic marketing in the technical colleges in Palestine. The analytical descriptive method was used in the study. A questionnaire of 16 items was randomly distributed to the technical colleges in Gaza Strip. The sample of the study consisted of (205) employees of these colleges. The response rate was 74.5%.The results showed that the technical colleges achieved a high level of use of electronic marketing, with a relative weight of 70.24%. (...) There is a high level of e-marketing (Electronic advertising (71.75%), electronic promotion (74.75%), news groups (66.03%), and communication with the student audience (68.73%)). There exists a statistically significant relationship between the organization's smart dimensions and sustainability in the technical colleges in Gaza Strip. The results also confirmed the existence of differences in the application of electronic marketing between faculties investigated in the Gaza Strip. The researchers suggest a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: the need to direct marketing through social networks and use this network to market through them, follow-up of the pages of the colleges and open the door for dialogue and communication and respond to all inquiries. The aim of this study was to identify the obstacles facing the application of knowledge management and its impact on performance at Palestine Technical University-Kadoorei from the point of view of employees and to detect the differences between the average views of the study sample on the subject of the study according to some variables such as (gender, nature of work, Education Level, specialization, years of experience). The study followed the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire as a tool for (...) study. It was distributed to 74 employees. After the questionnaire was distributed, the data was collected and coded and entered into the computer and processed statistically using the SPSS program. The study found that the percentage of approval of the obstacles to the application of knowledge management at Palestine Technical University-Kadoorei differed between few and large, and the relative weight of the axis was complete (68.2). The degree of awareness of the workers of the reality of performance excellence at the University of Palestine Technical-Kadoorei was between medium and very large. There is an impact of the constraints of the application of knowledge management on performance excellence at Palestine Technical University-Kadoorei. In light of the results of the previous study, the researchers recommended that the importance of knowledge management should be taken into account in order to raise the university's reputation and reputation at home and abroad and improve its services to students and the local community. And to promote the exchange of experiences and knowledge with local, regional and international universities in order to enhance the knowledge and preserve it and provide modern and sophisticated scientific techniques and use them in administrative and academic work at the university. The study aimed to know the relationship between the nature of the work and the type of communication among the Employees in the Palestinian universities. A comparative study between Al-Azhar University and Al-Aqsa University. The researchers used the analytical descriptive method through a questionnaire that is randomly distributed among the employees of Al-Azhar and Al-Aqsa universities in Gaza Strip. There is an Mean level of communication from the point of view of administrative staff, with a percentage of (67.50%). There is a direct correlation between the nature of the work and the prevailing pattern of communication. There is an absence of differences between the sample according to the gender variable in their perception of the nature of work and the prevailing pattern of communication. There is an absence of differences in the perception of Employees nature of work and the pattern of communication prevailing depending on the variables (age, years of service, job level, and university). There are statistically significant differences between Al-Azhar University and Al-Aqsa University in favor of Al-Azhar University. The study reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which is that the interest of the management of the Palestinian universities in Gaza Strip in general, and Al-Aqsa and Al-Azhar Universities in particular should be provided with a good nature of work and communication. There is a need for continuing the management of universities to pay attention and continuous improvement of the performance of employees. There is an importance of solving the problems of Employees and giving them the opportunity to contribute to solving their own problems. The objective of the study was to identify the reality of the lean management in Jawwal from the point of view of its employees, and to indicate the availability of lean management tools (organization of the work site, continuous improvement, standard work, multi-function workers, Six Sigma) The study used the analytical descriptive method. The study was applied to Jawwal Company in Gaza Governorate - North Branch. The number of employees was (85) employees. The questionnaire was used as a tool for (...) study. The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which were the application of lean management dimensions at Jawwal, and the dimensions that received the least attention from the perspective of the employees of Jawwal (Six Sigma and Multifunctional Workers). There are also no differences between the opinions of employees on the availability of lean management dimensions in terms of (type, qualification, and years of service). The most important recommendations were to increase interest and expand the use of lean management tools because they have a clear impact on innovation, by focusing on tools that have the greatest impact on the achievement of the elements of creativity (continuous improvement, standard work, six Sigma). The research aims to identify the organizational excellence in Palestinian universities of Gaza Strip, from the perspective of senior management. The questionnaires were distributed the top senior management in the Palestinian universities, and the study population was (344) employees in senior management in Palestinian universities. A stratified random sample were selected from of employees in the Palestinian universities consist of (182) employees at return rate of (69.2%). The senior management agrees moderately about the importance of the axis of the “Knowledge excellence". The study showed that there is a weakness in the employment of scientific research to serve the community, there is weakness in the follow-up of the universities management for the performance of their graduates in the institutions in which they work. Senior management agrees on the importance of the "Organizational Excellence" moderately. The recommendations of study includes: the need to develop principles and fair criteria for the selection of the best candidates for the university and university leaders based on specialization, competence, experience, skills, integrity and not on the basis of favoritism. In this paper, we developed an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) for detect the absence or presence of lung cancer in human body. Symptoms were used to diagnose the lung cancer, these symptoms such as Yellow fingers, Anxiety, Chronic Disease, Fatigue, Allergy, Wheezing, Coughing, Shortness of Breath, Swallowing Difficulty and Chest pain. They were used and other information about the person as input variables for our ANN. Our ANN established, trained, and validated using data set, which its title is “survey lung (...) cancer”. Model evaluation showed that the ANN model is able to detect the absence or presence of lung cancer with 96.67 % accuracy. (shrink)
In this paper an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model, was developed and tested for diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). A dataset collected from ASD screening app was used in this paper, it contains ASD tests results based upon questions answers from users. Test data evaluation shows that the ANN model is able to correctly diagnose ASD with 100% accuracy.

In this paper we present an expert system that help men diagnose their genital problems and give them the proper treatment. While the senior management in foreign universities indicated that they are interested in the sequence of policies to implement the development of scientific research. The study also showed that senior management in Palestinian universities interested in providing the appropriate budget for elearning. The study recommended that the senior management of Palestinian universities should provide an e-learning budget and encourage employees to continue using e-learning strategies. The administration in the Palestinian universities should adopt and support outstanding research, and the need to encourage interest in the implementation of policies for the development of scientific research.
