The purpose of the article is to reveal the anthropologization of Dasein-psyche’s being by methods of neurophilosophy. The anthropologization of Dasein-psyche’s being by methods of neurophilosophy allows considering the noogenesis from the perspective of philosophical traditions, which is much richer in comparison with the history of scientific knowledge about the psychology of meanings. The being of Dasein-psyche in the meaning of "philosopher’s soul" was firstly mentioned by Plato in "Phaedo". The anthropologization of Dasein-psyche’s being reveals the ontological orientation and limits (...) of the being of Dasein-psyche within the being of Dasein-the-One, as well as the intellect, knowledge and techne, as the arete existentials. Theoretical basis of the study is built on Heidegger’s fundamental ontology and methods of neurophilosophy. Originality lies in exploring Dasein-psyche through the neurophilosophical approach. In the context, Dasein-psyche is revealed as a part of the whole or the image, created from Dasein-Y-Matter as a paradigm. It is formed by the factors and causes of complication, as well as by the experience of being of the previous states of matter. Conclusions. In conclusion, the anthropologization of Dasein-psyche’s being by methods of neurophilosophy allows considering the noogenesis from the perspective of philosophical traditions. The essence of a person is revealed as the arete existentials, which require further rethinking and clarification. (shrink)

B a c k g r o u n d. The purpose of this article is to reveal the concept of philosophical cosmology as a new metaphysics based on ideas proposed by Gilles Deleuze in his work "The Logic of Sense". For this, it is necessary to get rid of the interpretation of philosophical cosmology as an exclusively philosophical-scientific discipline and begin to perceive it as a basic theory of order that can replace ontology. To implement this strategy, Deleuze turns (...) to the ideas of the philosophy of Stoicism. This choice is primarily due to the first concept of sense (lekton theory), as well as the doctrine of space (khora) and the living, renewable cosmos (palingenesia). The relevance of Stoicism is reinforced by the historical and civilizational perspective, where the emergence and renewal of interest in the Stoics' thoughts corresponds to periods of violent crisis. M e t h o d s. The hermeneutic analysis of the works of Gilles Deleuze, the Stoics and researchers of Stoicism makes it possible to include the concept of philosophical cosmology in the foundations of spatial phenomenology which is implemented in the topographic method of researching its main subject, which is the world, and culture in particular. R e s u l t s. In this way, the philosophical cosmology of Gilles Deleuze provides grounds for a better understanding of the cultural and intellectual situation of today, which includes information overload and the essential uncertainty of the prospects of civilizational development, in which culture appears more as a spontaneous performative formation than a logical projected system of valid norms and rules. The authors studied the problem of techno-humanitarian balance. A difference was found in approaches to the study of technological progress and its impact on the development of society. The ideas of transhumanism, existential risk, etc. suggested by Nick Bostrom, David Pearce, etc. provided a utilitarian attitude towards new technologies. The representatives of transhumanism proceeded from the idea that any technology is part of human nature and expanded its presence in life. Nazaretyan’s ideas were based on the opposite premise. Namely, man (...) and technology have a different nature of origin. Hence, the need arises to adapt to a non-native environment and create certain restraining mechanisms. The societies that failed to adapt to the exponential spread of information and communication technologies in time undermined the natural and/or geopolitical foundations of their existence. In turn, the societies that have adapted to new technologies have achieved sustainable development and prosperity. The authors used the comparative method of research, as well as methods of modelling, analysis, and synthesis. The study resulted in the testing of two models of the relationship between society and technology, built on the Nazaretyan hypothesis and the Bostrom concept. The test results proved the effectiveness of the model, built on the concept of Bostrom. The model presents the general dynamic nature of man and technology. (shrink)

Transhumanism at once embodies our most modern thinking and our biggest longstanding problems. Transhumanism aims to enhance human core capacities: health-span, lifespan, and cognition. The thesis answers the following ethical challenges arising from transhumanist aims. First, whether transhumanism can be an ethical endeavour if it relies on authoritarian intervention by governments and governing bodies to change, generate and enforce behaviour, or to influence and enforce the uptake of medical procedures. Second, the thesis answers the challenge that it is unethical deliberately (...) to encourage the uptake of and pursuit of medical transhumanism given the extent of accessibility and distributive issues that remain unresolved in existing medicine. Finally, the thesis addresses a particular mental health crisis that is often predicted for transhuman beings, namely loss of meaning from loss of death and vulnerability, resulting in widespread loss of social cohesion. The thesis argues that the right solution to the first two problems is a libertarian paternalist approach, viz. nudging, and that this approach will also neutralise the risk of widespread and inevitable boredom or alienation that might otherwise result from the widespread introduction of human enhancement if people are nudged to engage more and more reflectively in their enhancement choices. Additionally, lifestyle issues like obesity, heart disease, cancers, and inaccessibility of vaccines and birth control pose unresolved problems for existing general medicine, killing millions every year worldwide. As a result, another serious challenge for enhancement medicine, which I propose would be addressed by the nudge approach, is to justify its place in the professional domain of medicine. (shrink)

The authors formulated and answered the question, “Can emerging technologies in education be evaluated from the point of view of morality?” The authors used the methods and tools of normative ethics and cognitive psychology, i.e., the comparative-analytical method, axiological method, as well as tests, questionnaires, correlation research, observation method, and bibliographic method. The essence of the concepts “moral worth” and “disclosedness of arete” as the supreme moral value, were investigated. A universal and defining criterion for moral evaluation was established, i.e., (...) the actions disclosing arete are of the supreme value from the point of view of morality. The authors found that the influence of emerging technologies on the disclosure of arete creates moral paradoxes. Moral paradoxes exclude the possibility of developing objective and sustainable criteria for evaluating emerging technologies and, accordingly, their acceptance/prohibition in the education sector. Uncertainty is asserted as a criterion for evaluating emerging technologies. (shrink)
