The article highlights the problem of studying historical time in terms of aesthetics and social ethics. The essence of history, according to the author, is not so much in retrospection or reflection, but in the gap between feeling and awareness. Guided by the apophatic method, the author analyzes the historiosophical views of domestic and foreign scholars and comes to the conclusion that the Soviet paradigm is true, where the only vector of human development is the liberation of labor in the (...) name of creating a bright future for the sake of all people and for everyone -/- . Мета. Сформувати теоретичні підстави концепту людиновимірності спорту як реалізації родової сутності людини, що є основою становлення нового наукового напряму спортивної антропології та філософії спорту. Методологія. Осмислення проблем людської природи, модусів людського існування у вигляді спортивної діяльності, потенціалу антропологічної картини спортивного світу, у даному випадку, спорту як культури в цілому, дає можливість визначити спорт як діяльність, яка у своїй основі має як позитивні результати, направлені на реалізацію людської сутності, так і деструктивні, що направлені на руйнацію особистості-спортсмена. Практичне значення роботи полягає у розробці недостатньо вивченої теми в контексті виконання НДР кафедри теорії і методики фізичного виховання і спорту та спортивних дисциплін Мелітопольського державного педагогічного університету ім. Богдана Хмельницького «Філософія спорту як нова навчальна дисципліна і новий науковий напрямок», в контексті якої досліджуються проблеми спорту, розвитку спортивних цінностей і світогляду молоді, їх соціалізації у спортивній діяльності. Висновки. Упровадження антропологічних засад людиновимірної сутності спорту дозволяє розкрити повноту людської природи, її творчої природи, в результаті чого і відбувається самостановлення особистості. Антропологічні засади людиновимірності спорту як реалізації родової сутності людини направлені на прирощення людського (гуманного) потенціалу, накопичення здорових сил молодого покоління через посередництво розвитку фізичної культури і спорту. The main Polish philosopher Roman Ingarden in his lecture presents a crosssection of Edith Stein writings and demonstrates the shot timeliness of her ideas. Roman Ingarden was a Stein’s friend from the time of her studies in Gottingen; he knew her ideas and conceptions. He wrote that hers was a search for an answer to the main question: «What is the structure of man?» That is why she proposed a phenomenological analysis by «Empathy». Stein’s theses «On the Problem of Empathy» (...) is the central object in this lecture. In that work, Stein first focuses on such phenomena as the human body, soul, spirit, experience, consciousness. While discussing Stein’s concepts, Ingarden presents also evolution of her ideas from realistic phenomenology to mystical theology of Saint John of the Cross’ and Saint Theresa of Avila’s. Roman Ingarden did not enter as firmly as Stein into the mystical range, but he opened a path into the transcendence by creating an idea of metaphysical qualities. In her dissertation, Stein first focuses on the phenomenon of the human body and soul. Ingarden considers pairs of phenomenological notions «Leib- Körper», «Seele-Geist». Their relationships form an ontology of a Person. The anthropological questions, which Edith Stein raised in her academic research, bring about a constitutive element of man – Geist. Empathy is an instrument that help to recognize Geist and Personal experience – truth about man. (shrink)

In this article, the author represents the aspect of philosophical and religious doctrine of Czeslaw Stanislaw Bartnik, a Polish personalist, which deals with the way the philosopher understands freedom as a structural component of a personality that enables a man to realize his inner and outer potential in both individual and social planes, in all dimensions of human existence: soul, body, intellect, will, actions, perception and creation of existence. Interrelation and interdependence between freedom and responsibility of a personality, as well (...) as between freedom and will of a person, are the issues of principle for a Catholic thinker. As interpreted by Bartnik, responsibility is a measure of freedom, because of direct relationship between them: the more freedom a person possesses, the greater responsibility it takes to implement and use it. The relationship between freedom and will explains the dialectic character of structure of a personality. Freedom of a man is manifested through auto- determination, which means the ability of will to make free choices, and ultimately the will determines itself, being evaluated by practical mind. Freedom in personal existence concerns personality as a whole, but not the will or actions taken separately. That is why, Bartnik believes, it is better to speak about personal freedom and free existence of a personality. Choice -making proves freedom of a man, but when choosing an option, a person chooses himself, thus creating his own spiritual image. Existence consists of possibilities to choose from and means the core and backbone structure of a personality in the dynamic process of self-realization. (shrink)

Для досягнення цієї мети проаналізовано логіку розгортання кризових й конфліктних ситуацій «нового покоління» у сучасному поліетнічному соціумі в епоху глобалізації причини впливу етнонаціональних та регіональних факторів на перебіг конфліктів в Об’єднаній Європі, а саме, головним чином мовних, міжрелігійних, міжконфесійних, економічних і територіальних; обгрунтовано сутність процесів глобалізації та прояви нового типу конфліктів; виявлено еволюцію у поглядах на конфлікти від традиційного «класичного» типу до нових форм (...) миротворчих операцій, які мають часто багатокомпонентний характер. This paper is dedicated to V. V. Rosanov views on the issue of sexual love. Analyzing the system of Rosanov’s notions of the God, nature and sex, authors show how the philosopher is trying to create pansexualistic quasireligious doctrine versus Christianity. The thinker is referred to as a radical ideologist of mystical-erotic revolution and a mouthpiece of peculiar to Russian culture trend towards the construction of a national religion.

Peculiarities of political corruption in Georgia are studied. Attention is paid to further necessary institutional transformations, which would have influenced decrease of political corruption in this country. It is stated that Georgia is a leader of the region by the criteria of fight against corruption. The country is showing increasing rates in various ratings, including the Corruption Perceptions Index. Attention is given to the fact that corruption in Georgia is decreased to minimum, first of all, at the level of the (...) public and personal services, in the area of taxation, but not in the sphere of political corruption. Author pays attention to the fact that for minimizing political corruption in Georgia number of reforms are needed. For example, empowering of political parties through implementation of more fair financing system, what will enable widening of possibilities oppositional parties, providing of alternative sources of financing of public organizations and freedoms while allocating advertisement in media, etc. In the context of possible changes, resuming of work of Constitutional commission working in Georgia in 2017 is significant. It is stated that in general pluralistic management system has not been formed in Georgia yet. This is impeded by absence of powerful political parties and nonunderstanding of true value of democracy and pluralism by particular political players. (shrink)

У статті подається короткий огляд прагматичного емпіризму Джеймса, емпіризму Дьюї, неопрагматистських ідей Рорті, огляд метамоделей Крейга щодо теорії комунікації. На основі даного огляду авторка обґрунтовує необхідність радикалізації прагматизму та аналізує його вплив на комунікаційні дослідження. Досліджується теорія комунікації Роберта Крейга, яку він розглядає як практичну дисципліну. Доводиться, що всі теорії комунікації є взаєморелевантними, якщо їх адресують у практичний життєвий світ, в якому «комунікація» вже є багатозначним терміном. Кожна традиція теорії комунікації походить з риторичних посилань на певні загальноприйняті уявлення про комунікації, (...) оскаржуючи інші переконання. Взаємодоповнення та напруженість традицій породжують теоретичний метадискурс, який перетинається з існуючим практичним метадискурсом у суспільстві та потенційно інформує про нього. За попередньою схемою комунікативного поля риторична, семіотична, феноменологічна, кібернетична, соціально-психологічна, соціокультурна і критична традиції теорії комунікації вирізняються властивими способами визначення комунікації та проблем спілкування, метадискурсивними словниками та метадискурсивними загальними поняттями. Запропоновано порівняльну аргументацію між традиціями, розглянуто результати для теоретичної роботи та дисциплінарної практики в цій галузі. (shrink)
