The causes «warming» Israeli-Turkish relations in 2016-2017 years; characterized relations between the two countries at this stage; the influence of the Israeli-Turkish relations at the regional system; Factors that enhance the reconciliation process and the obstacles to reconciliation between Israel and Turkey; Prospects of relations between the countries. Proved that between the restoration of diplomatic relations, the rhetoric relented official statements and statements of senior officials of both countries closer foreign policy positions on certain issues in the region, active economic (...) cooperation, especially in energy and transport sectors. It was determined that the relationship of Israel and Turkey are among the key in the region and the dynamic development in their interest both cranes. Argued that Israeli-Turkish relations at this stage can be described as «warming». It is shown that restoring relations has the potential to create positive axis of cooperation in curbing effects of the Syrian conflict, including countering the threat posed by IDIL and similar groups as well as a new channel support humanitarian efforts in Gaza. In addition, it could pave the way for future energy cooperation, which in the long run would be a basis for relations between Israel and Turkey and Israel could make available gas for European markets. The article researches ethical problems of realization of human calling. On the basis of ideas of the ethics of E. Levinas and their interpretations the author proves the importance of ethical dimension of evaluation of calling as a way of self-actualization of a personality. The purpose of the study is to determine of the conditions and requirements for understanding of calling by personality. However, from the ethical point of view those conditions and requirements appeared to be independent from the individual (...) aims and visions of calling. Therefore, reveals itself the transcendence of the purpose of calling, devotion of a person to over-personal aims and values. The research analyzes the interrelations between the ideas of calling and mission or assignments of a man in the world. The ethical problem presents also the realization of the ethical obligations versus desires and will of calling. The article researches the problem of the purpose of life related to individual understanding of calling. The other issue of the study is the topic of a highest good as the aim and ethical dimension for calling. The theme of destiny and predestination researched as relevant for the experience of calling as well as the phenomenon of gift. Calling is a realization of given to a person and of his or her gifts. For the conclusion was determined the multidimensional character of values of human calling. In the essence of this phenomenon revealed the combination of personal and transcendent, over-personal motives. There is a hierarchy of levels of good in the experience of calling. The person must be able to build up and understand those levels by means of ethical thinking in order to realize calling in the life. There could not be an irresponsible calling of a person. It has to be a correlation of calling with responsibility to family, society and the world of higher ethical values. (shrink)

Features and functions of laughter in contemporary hospital, new comic practices in medicine, the phenomenon of Clown Care and figures of “unfunny” and medical clown are researched in the article. Contemporary clinic is not “agelastical space” now. Clown Care is interpreted by the author with a focus on the ideas of V. Propp’ and O. Freudenberg’ about identification of laughter and life in the mythological consciousness and about archaic “fountainhead” laughter as a phenomenon that not only accompanies the transition from (...) death to life but also creates life. Medical clowns, as well as animal totem, king, slave and jester in ancient times, remain the dominant idea of overcoming death by immortal life as fundamental, structural and substantive basis of category of ultimate relations, directly present the principle universal-cultural formula – “generation and affirmation of life – denial of death – the resurrection and immortality”. An explication of the universally-cultural approach proposed A.S. Kiriliuk on the figure of the hospital clown and researching of notions of ultimate bases of new scientific region – medical gelotology, the science of laughter or laughterterapy. Ontological, communicative and protective function of laughter are investigated. The author noted the development of such urgency problems in theoretical terms, and for the practice of the restructuring of social and health sphere in Ukraine. In fact such integrative scientific discipline as a medical gelotologiya formed. It is necessary to give this branch of medicine status such as in physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, thalassotherapy, art therapy. In our opinion, this is problematic integrative perspective for philosophical studies of laughter, experts in the field of social philosophy, medical ethics and philosophical anthropology. (shrink)

In the last 15 years, in the conditions of independent Ukraine, the study of Protestantism has taken on new qualitative dimensions. The scientific and objectivity of the study was ensured through the use of a source base, review and critical literature of the 19th - 20th centuries., access to archival documentation. Over the same years, a new cohort of Ukrainian Protestantism scholars has been formed, which has had ample opportunity to use these benefits to unconventionally and truthfully treat Protestantism as (...) a religious subject of study. The article considers features of formation and activities of women’s organizations in modern Ukraine. The process of their emergence connects with general democratization of social life in the USSR in the late 1980s. In this period women’s organization didn’t have the institutional legacy and social support. Therefore, the institutionalization of women’s movement in Ukraine was like a path of trials and errors, forming of own traditions and culture. This process lasted until the early 2000s, when the number of organizations stabilized. (...) Weak resource base and a high dependency on political solutions to solving social problems has led to relations of paternalism between the state and WPOs. The authorities set the agenda of public policy, give financial support of loyal WPOs and coopt their representatives in the various consultative bodies. Therefore, in Ukraine women’s organizations do not compete with the authorities to offer solutions to social problems, and adapt to the political situation and needs. (shrink)

This article attempts to analyze the causes and spread of non-traditional religiosity in Ukraine, terminological problem use of concepts and generalized classification of non-traditional religiosity.

It is analyzed social roots of beggary, the concept «professional beggary», changing of the society attitude to beggary in a historical context, problems of overcoming of this phenomenon in modern conditions. In general, historical experience suggests that factors in the spread of begging as a social mass phenomenon in society may be: the presence of a positive public perception of the image of a beggar - the object of alms as a form of social assistance and tolerance of begging as (...) a way of life; existence of a sufficient layer of poor constantly replenish bench beggars; availability societal risks that may deprive a person of all means of subsistence; there is a real possibility of sustaining collecting alms; relative attractiveness of begging in economic terms as an alternative to employment opportunities and provide decent living on alms; weak state social policy on the prevention of beggary. These and other factors that affect the existence, distribution begging deserve a variety of special studies. (shrink)
