Problem setting. Analysis of geopolitical situation in the world, experience of using troops in local wars and armed conflicts, convincingly demonstrates that today ensuring military security of state requires new approaches to use of the Armed Forces in modern conditions. Among them, problem of improving management efficiency is not the last one. This is a military leader who has not only a high level of professional training, but also an innovative personality. Such a person is able to solve complex of (...) unpredictable problems in specialized areas of professional activity. Recent research and publications analysis. The conceptualization of philosophical studies of education and the formation of personality was attended by many well-known philosophers Klepko S. F., Kremen VG, Kultayev M. D., Andrushchenko V. A., Zyazun I. A., Bazaluk O. A., Ognevjuk V. A. and others. Paper objective – the determine the ways of developing military education as the main strategy for the formation of the personality of a modern military leader. Paper main body. Bank of modern innovations is formed by accelerated development of information technologies which has led to the fact that traditional approaches to forma- tion of personality cease to comply needs and requirements of modern life. But for forma- tion of an innovative personality it is necessary to have its theoretical model with basic qualities and acquired in process of professionalization. Objective social conditions (status of armed forces and system of military education) produce the habit of the soldier – a system of stable dispositions, patterns of perception, thinking and action. Ritualized military practices leads to rigidity in structure of military organization and reduce chances of adopting actors to new conditions of existence. There- fore, today there is requirement for the person who not only accumulates information for their professional activities, but also has ability to generate and change it, that means, constantly be in a state of creative research and creative development. Accordingly new military practices require a new habit. Methodologists note that in this changing world the old comfortable and habitual habit is disastrous. Attributive characteristics of post- non-classical practices – is their reflectivity. Exactly, the post-non-classical habit is able to direct the mentality of a person so that it becomes natural to realize oneself as a subject of responsible action. Therefore, in our opinion, one of the effective ways of forming an innovative personal- ity, but not the only one, is scientifically based innovative development of Ukraine’s military education and construction of a new paradigm for military education. Education – is a force that, to a greater extent than any other, shapes the future. At the present time, human qualities such as creativity and innovation of thinking, honesty and decency, creative in- dependence and rational activity, civic responsibility and legal literacy, interethnic toler- ance and national identity should be formed in the minds of each person. Conclusions of the research. The modern system of military education should act ahead of time, so that in minds of future military leader estimate consequences of their actions constantly take place. This requires that in process of education influence on con- sciousness and subconsciousness of each trainee is significantly increased. At the same time, military education should lay not just a scientist or technical foundation for profes- sional competences of a military leader, but also contribute to development of a person’s creative, personal and creative potential. However, in order to change traditional norms and rules of forming the personality of a military leader, certain personal resource is needed. To such, first of all, should attribute the presence in a person of such personal qualities as conviction, belief in oneself, ability to overcome difficulties by searching for new, non-standard ways of resolving them, tolerance and vitality. In our opinion, the humanitarian and ideological training of military personnel, based on a competent approach, should form a systemic global thinking. (shrink)

Purpose. The paper aims at examining the phenomenon of the rebirth of the Goddess in the contemporary world. The author has used the hermeneutic approach and cultural-historical method, as well as the anthropological integrative approach. Theoretical basis. The study is based on the ideas of Carol Christ, Margot Adler, Miriam Simos, and Jean Shinoda Bolen. Originality. The rebirth of the Goddess is not a deconstruction of the God. The face of the Goddess is one side of the binary opposition "Goddess (...) – God". Life on the earthly plane presupposes masculine and feminine dualism. However, these polarities are not mutually exclusive and mutually suppressive, but complementary to each other. The return of the Goddess to the throne and a profound appreciation of Femininity is a necessary step forward in establishing true equality and restoring lost harmony. As humanity returns to the Absolute that transcends duality, as divinity is revealed in feminine and masculine forms, and, finally, as humans get in touch with their true self, the two faces, feminine and masculine, will inevitably merge. Conclusions. Identifying herself with the images of the Goddesses, a woman develops self-awareness and self-acceptance that contribute greatly to her reintegration with a wider spiritual reality. The cult of the Goddess finds practical application in women’s lives. These are magical rituals, work with the archetypes, life-changing tours. Recognizing her right to the fullness of being, a woman overcomes rigid gender roles and stereotypes, ceases to be an object of manipulation and becomes the supreme arbiter of her own life. (shrink)

Investigated the specifi formation of the theory of «hybrid war» in modern scientifi discourse. Analyzes the political, economic, diplomatic, military and informational aspects of hybrid struggle in Ukrainian conditions. In political science there is a constant search for new scientifi theories can adequately describe and analyze the changes in the socio-political relations. One of these theories, which now has considerable heuristic potential, can be called the theory of «hybrid war», which in modern Ukrainian conditions of particular importance. Each hybrid war (...) is a multidimensional process that combines traditional forms of violence, cyberwar, terrorism, organized crime, irregular military forces, private military companies. An important part of this form of political violence is to use civilian infrastructure and information communication channels to manipulate public opinion and providing support to civilians. Purpose. The dynamics and pace of social and economic transformations that are characteristic of modern society, lead to an increase in tension and the destruction of habitual stereotypes – ideals, values, norms, patterns of behaviour that unite people. These moments encourage us to rethink the understanding of "security" essence, in particular, psychological, which emphasizes the urgency of its study in the philosophical and sociocultural coordinates. Theoretical basis of the research is based on the philosophical methodology of K. Jaspers, E. Fromm (...) and the A. Maslow’s psychological approach to understanding of a person. Originality. Psychological security is considered at different levels: first and foremost, society is a characteristic of social security, that is an analysis of how today’s social technologies, social changes affect the quality of life of the country’s population; secondly, the social environment – the family, the immediate environment, reference groups, training teams; thirdly, a person is an experience of his own security-insecurity, when it is possible to talk about the manifestations of psychological violence, when certain behavioral acts contribute to the violation of the security of the other or to self-destruction. It is found out that the knowledge of psychological security is closely connected with the socio-historical conditions of being, with the level of development of material and spiritual culture, with the interests and values prevailing in society, which determines its ontological, epistemological and axiological features. The presented issue is considered in the correlation of psychological security with types of scientific rationality – classical, nonclassical and post-nonclassical approaches, within the framework of which various perspectives, aspects, forms and types of psychological security are studied. Conclusions. The concept of security requires a systematic description of its manifestations, types, levels, concepts: security as the absence of dangers ; security as a certain activity to ensure or to prevent any threats or dangers ; security as a conscious necessity, the value of the individual. The study systematizes various ideas about psychological security in accordance with the logic of scientific knowledge: in the mainstream of classical, non-classical and post-nonclassical approaches. After the end of the Cold War and the formation of a multipolar world Scandinavian countries have chosen different ways, but one goal – to ensure the highest level of defense and security in the region Northern Europe. Mastery of these countries in military peacekeeping missions during the Cold War provided the Scandinavian countries is not right to be the best in this area and the sharing of experiences with the countries that need modernizing the military. High Trust international organizations (...) to peacekeeping forces Scandinavians contributes to the further improvement and development of new models of high-quality military cooperation of different states to more successful peacekeeping missions in places of crises and conflcts. Nordic cooperation in security and defense found its embodiment in such models as cooperation NORDSAMFN, NORDCAPS and NORDEFKO. Transformation towards expansion and modernization of each of these associations took place based on a constant search for the most effective mechanisms to ensure a high level of coordination of military Scandinavia. An example of successful cooperation in the defense fild in northern Europe is NORDEFKO. The overall goal NORDEFCO on the military level – cooperation across the spectrum of defense structures to ensure greater cost effiiency and thus achieve the best quality. It means to have the ability to combine the individual possibilities to prevent any crisis. The aim is also combined with effective contribution to international efforts to ensure peace and security. Deep and comprehensive cooperation between the Nordic countries will increase its contribution to the development of peacekeeping forces and contribute to the consolidation efforts of the EU, NATO and the UN to stabilize conflct situations and possible prevention. Today the transformation of the international system and face new security challenges, as peace and world stability is one of the key requirements for today that the Scandinavian countries have very constructive opinion. Present international relations are a complex of relatively particular varieties, especially political, diplomatic, economic, religious, cultural and media relations. Integration is a versatile and complex phenomenon. It is quite diffiult process which does not have defiitive typology. Integration determines patterns of development of the modern world, because it inflences the global structure, global governance. At the present, the development of integration organizations has great importance in international relations. These organizations exist in all regions. They have a great inflence on the (...) development of political, economic, social and cultural relations between states that are members of these associations. New integration structure should ensure an active human development in general. This is the main criteria and principles of the modern world, and according to this criteria, it is also an institutional functional mechanism. In particular, the process of integration is very popular in Latin America. In Latin America, there are a large number of different integration organizations. Among them are: Latin American Integration Association, Andean Community of Nations, Central American Integration System. All of these organizations inflence the development of integration processes on the continent. Latin American integration has one feature. The cooperation between states has an economic basis. The above organizations have not only economic interests, but also common political, cultural, eco and social projects. It can be argued that the process of integration in Latin America is developing rapidly and has great prospects. But there are some problems. First of all, there is no unity among the states. Different countries have different integration strategy. Also, Latin American countries do not develop uniformly. Argentina and Brazil are developing faster rate than other countries. Thus, it is obvious that the integration of Latin America has some problems. But there are many organizations that are developing and increase their potential. (shrink)

The urgent problem of modern international relations – complex peacekeeping collective actions in conflct management and prevention including the proliferation of the conflcts and reduction of their negative impact on the separate countries and regions – are examined. The essence of the types and kinds of peacekeeping operations is examined. Taking into account that in the modern world there are many long-term and unresolved conflcts and of course they affect both international relations and the situation in the separate countries and (...) regions, it is important to examine the value and the effectiveness of peacekeeping operations in modern international relations. The article is aimed to examine the peacekeeping operations in modern international relations. The author considers it appropriate to reveal the essence of peacemaking, types and kinds of peacekeeping operations as well as to examine the history of their conduct and to analyze current international peacekeeping operations to summarize their rating. The essence of classic peacekeeping operations and of the operations conducted under the auspices of international organizations and separate countries is characterized. International relations and peacekeeping activities in overcoming of the most dangerous conflcts in Libya and Syria are under consideration. It is proved that during the recent decades a number of comprehensive peace operations have been conducted, even with the use of the military component. Peacemaking is always a complex process that is associated with the preparation of making an important decision. The use of force or coercion to peace is not a guarantee of freezing of the armed confrontation and human deaths. Vice versa, one can see on the example of Libya that fistly there was no unity according to the beginning of the military operation among the member countries of NATO. Second, there is still an armed confrontation in Libya now continues to armed confrontation. Thirdly, the consequence of the destabilization in the country was an illegal migration to the European Union. The last can affect a crisis in European countries. According to it, one can argue that there are no effective standards worked out by the international community to settle armed conflcts for now. All this proves a controversial importance of peacekeeping operations in modern international relations because on one hand they help to create the safer world, on the other hand they resulted in provoking further problems and conflcts.
