Through the prism of sociological knowledge, the essential characteristics of risks of identification produced by the modern political process are revealed. In particular, it is shown that in modern society there is a change in the identification practices that are caused by the transformation of general cultural identity, which is based on a new understanding of risk as a product of decision making. It is noted that the political process affects primarily the institutional level of society, through a system of (...) social institutions, influences the process of identification of an individual. It is thanks to the normal functioning of social institutions that the joint cooperative activity of people in groups and organizations is supported. On the basis of such integration, an individual develops a sense of belonging to a social group, which ensures, on the one hand, the subordination of the individual to existing standards, and, on the other, group protection and an assessment and self-assessment system, which, in turn, contributes to maintaining the stability and integrity of society. Disruption of the normal functioning of social institutions leads to a violation of identification processes. A set of conditions for political identification, each of which produces its own risks, is outlined. This is a complicated stratification, multicultural structure of modern society; the influence of computer technologies, mass media and virtual space on the desacralization of power; diminishing interest in meta-ideology and related global political projects; permanent and large-scale updating of the elements of the past; proliferation of militaristic thinking. It is determined that each form of identity corresponds to its set of risks. For example, the risks of ethnic identity are associated with possible exacerbations of contradictions between representatives of different nationalities, which can turn into open clashes. The risks of civic identity are due to the fact that in the civic identity, the following civic qualities such as patriotism, respect and knowledge of the historical past of the country and the maintenance of the state order are at the forefront. The risks of religious identity are determined by the fact that the attitude towards religion mediates behavioral patterns, and accordingly there is a gap between declared religiousness and the practical manifestation of faith. The risks of regional identity demonstrate the superiority of regional interests over the nation-wide, as well as the feeling of their own superiority as a representative of a unique community that can negatively affect interaction with immigrants from other territories. У статті з’ясовано специфіку морфологічного вираження суб’єктної синтаксеми в пасивних конструкціях сучасного адміністративно-канцелярського мовлення. Проаналізовано асинкретизм (суб’єкт дії) та синкретизм (суб’єкт-інструмент, суб’єкт-інструмент-час, суб’єктінструмент-об’єкт, суб’єкт-простір) семантики орудного відмінка субстантива та прийменниково-іменникового словосполучення. Матеріалом для дослідження слугували навчальні посібники та довідники з офіційно-ділового мовлення, датовані першими десятиліттями ХХІ ст.

Our study reveal a final list of the influence of totalitarian cultural space on the emergence of the phenomenon of “Soviet balconies” in Ukraine. 1) Lack of personal space, fear, and desire to protect yourself from the world, the state, and adverse weather conditions. Snowfalls and other factors that contribute to the desire to glaze the balcony, there are in other European countries, but there they are not perceived catastrophically against the background of the fact that the state works to (...) help residents and in case of a dangerous situation will solve problems. Also, state regulation of heating becomes one of the reason that if a person does not want to freeze with other disenfranchised people in the state, it has a glazed balcony. To regulate this issue, it is necessary to reform the principles of public policy so that people feel more secure. 2) Lack of practice of self-control, external locus control and attempts to do something only for fear of punishment. To solve the problem, it is necessary to introduce examples of positive motivation, to popularize the achievements of stakeholders. 3) Lack of culture of public communication for the development of urban space. To solve this problem, it is necessary to popularize the experience of solving problems by society. A good example is the recent festival of Odessa yards, and the ethno-festival of the Krasnoselka community “Chumatsky Shlyakh”. 4) False aesthetic standards that are a sign of success are large rooms, in particular a large balcony. This problem has already been solved with the help of social networks that allow you to assert yourself without the help of a balcony. But this does not solve the problem of already built balconies. The study tested the analysis of the origin and evolution of the concept of «the media space» in scientifi thought. Clarifid that understanding the concept of «the media space» was launched in sociological and psychological approaches, and in the further defiition of this concept was carried out through a the cultural, philosophical, geopolitical approaches etc. In view of the above, the subject of analysis in this article is the defiition of «media space» with the positions of various scientifi approaches, the (...) goal - fiding signifiant common characteristics in the defiition of «media space for the formulation of its author integral defiition. In view of the above, the subject of analysis in this article is the defiition of «the media space» with the positions of various scientifi approaches; the goal is the fiding signifiant common characteristics in the defiition of «the media space» for the formulation of its author integral defiition. Determined that at the present stage, the concept of «the media space» is used in several senses – as a conditional territory where take place information and there transmitters, which f time to time enter producers and users of information; as a system of relationships between certain subjects and objects of production, distribution, processing and use of information; as part of a symbolic space that has a specifi hypertext structure. It is found out, that present approaches are general in interpretation of media-space, as a complex system that organized by the network principle, peculiar to them virtually largely transforms communication system, changing the nature of the interaction in the process of information exchange, creation and transmission of information. Proved that the important subject of forming the media-space are remained mass-media, that accumulating all of the technological innovations and acquiring such properties as mobility, convergence and interactivity have transformed the media-space in the environment in which gradually erased the boundaries between producers and users of information and communication interaction between participants of information relations on the principle of many-to-many. Розкривається вплив науково-технічного прогресу та науково-технічної революції на навколишнє середовище, що породжує багато проблем, та перспективи виживання людства. Робиться висновок, що така модель розвитку і відповідний їй характер споживання не є стійким для економічного зростання.
