The article is devoted to the actual problem of interaction of state authorities and civil society institutions in the sphere of humanitarian policy. The author seeks to examine the main aspects of such interaction, analyze the participation of civil society in the formation of the state humanitarian policy and determine the main factors of its implementation. The study of Ukrainian civil society as an object of managerial influence on humanitarian policy requires addressing the problem of delimiting the competence of the (...) state and society and determining the economic and political status of self-governing structures. The urgency of the problem of our study is that, despite the availability of publications related to the analysis of various aspects of communication between the state and civil society, to date, the problem of the very socio-political (social, civil dialogue, and formation of institutional mechanisms of dialogue interaction between power and society in Ukraine. A special kind of intersubjective dialogue is the institutional social and political dialogue between the state and civil society that takes place in the sphere of humanitarian policy. In recent years, the Ukrainian authorities are actively engaged in the creation of civil society institutions, today significant and important changes are taking place in the institutional design of the civil society of modern Ukraine. This tendency is expressed in the emergence and institutionalization of a number of new practices of interaction between society and government. In the same series, institutionalization of such interactions as negotiating procedures, discussions, debates, as well as tolerance, feedback mechanism, public relations The use of structural and functional analysis and the systemic method as the main ones in the study made it possible to conclude that, on the one hand, the range of the main functions and tasks of civil society, as a rule, is out of the framework of the current state structure. However, on the other hand, in some cases, civil society institutes can take part in governance by taking on a number of government functions. The specificity and effectiveness of this interaction depends on the specific political situation and on how effectively the public administration process is implemented in this case - whether it will be complicity or support from the state, or an informal substitution of non-working formal institutions. The result of the work is practical recommendations for removing obstacles and improving the intersubjective dialogue between civil society and the state in the field of humanitarian policy. Academic Studies of Religious is a strategic branch of the humanities, that the practical consequences of theoretical achievements contribute to the establishment of mutual understanding in the multiconfessional and polyscriptive social context. Ukrainian academic scholars jf religious are at the same time scholars as theoreticians and citizens of modern Ukraine. Therefore, they often continue their professional scientific and cognitive activities in the (...) educational and public sector. It is ascertained that, as guided by the principle of scientific prudence and at the same time civic engagement, contemporary Ukrainian academic religious scholars influence social reality as a means of public activity. While staying with theoretical scholars, but at the same time being active citizens included in the epicenter of the reality of modern Ukraine, Ukrainian academic religious scholars seek not only to reason and express themselves, but also to act responsibly both before the scientific community and before the civil community in order to achieve positive practical consequences of their professional achievements. It is proposed to classify the social activities of academic religious scholars according to the criteria a) collective-individuality - UAR and individual action; b) target orientation - different target groups and levels from local to international; c) the sphere of social existence - education and action in different directions; d) qualitative characteristics: whether the use of professional knowledge in public activities or professional activities in favor of the community. Religious professional competence contributes to responsible public activity, creates conditions for positive influence on the development of inter-confessional relations in a multiconfessional modern Ukraine, the formation of a developed civil society in which religious actors are effective and influential actors, rather than "hostages of processes" or "factors for account". Therefore, Ukrainian academic religious scholars and their professional activities in its subject and educational orientation, and their social activities, based on their professional competence, are included in the contemporary social and civil processes involved in such. Focuses on the analysis of historiographical works, which cover the position of the Roman Catholic and Greek Catholic churches in the area of the western regions of Ukraine for 1953–1964 years.

Present international relations are a complex of relatively particular varieties, especially political, diplomatic, economic, religious, cultural and media relations. Integration is a versatile and complex phenomenon. It is quite diffiult process which does not have defiitive typology. Integration determines patterns of development of the modern world, because it inflences the global structure, global governance. At the present, the development of integration organizations has great importance in international relations. These organizations exist in all regions. They have a great inflence on the (...) development of political, economic, social and cultural relations between states that are members of these associations. New integration structure should ensure an active human development in general. This is the main criteria and principles of the modern world, and according to this criteria, it is also an institutional functional mechanism. In particular, the process of integration is very popular in Latin America. In Latin America, there are a large number of different integration organizations. Among them are: Latin American Integration Association, Andean Community of Nations, Central American Integration System. All of these organizations inflence the development of integration processes on the continent. Latin American integration has one feature. The cooperation between states has an economic basis. The above organizations have not only economic interests, but also common political, cultural, eco and social projects. It can be argued that the process of integration in Latin America is developing rapidly and has great prospects. But there are some problems. First of all, there is no unity among the states. Different countries have different integration strategy. Also, Latin American countries do not develop uniformly. Argentina and Brazil are developing faster rate than other countries. Thus, it is obvious that the integration of Latin America has some problems. But there are many organizations that are developing and increase their potential. (shrink)

У статті розглянуто семантичні процеси в економічній лексиці української мови, що відбуваються під впливом важливих подій у житті суспільства кінця XX – початку XXI ст. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз словникових статей лексем економічної сфери в українських лексикографічних працях тлумачного типу радянського та пострадянського періодів, які фіксують зміни в їхній семантиці. З’ясовано, що слова позбуваються ідеологічної конотації, набутої в умовах функціонування в радянському тоталітарному дискурсі.

As a result of decomposition of a system consisting of two elements as a typical management pair “subject - object” or “manager – subordinate”, and interpretation of each of its components as an element that is characterized by a certain coefficient of transformation, it has been proposed to discover such systems as “subject - object”, “object - subject”, and “object - object” with the purpose of identifying one of the above mentioned modes that will be the most efficient in achieving (...) the planned results of common functioning. An analysis of contemporary publications helped to find examples off practical use of all of the variations of interaction between a manager and a subordinate that were planned for comparative research. The research of the process of interaction between a manager and a subordinate with the use of analytical description of a classic cybernetic system of two elements that are bound by feedback, discovered that the most effective pair is the “subject - subject” pair as the only mode of cooperation of the two elements on the basis of synarchy and sintelecsy receiving of synergetic result. The discrete–structural structure of the world is described. In comparison with the idea of Heraclitus about an indissoluble world, preference is given to the discrete world of Democritus. It is noted that if the discrete atoms of Democritus were simple and indivisible, the atoms of the modern world indicated in the article would possess, rather, a structural structure. The article proves the problem of how the mutual connection of mathematics and philosophy influences cognition, which creates a discrete–structural worldview. The author (...) notes that the appearance of writing, symbolic language and the depiction of the picture of the world through mathematics, led us into the sphere of discrete mathematical mathematics. The essence of Parliament as an institution of social and political representation of interests is analyzed. The stages of development of the institution of parliamentary practice in the context of the transformation of popular representation and its theoretical basis are proposed. The main functions of Parliament as an institution representing the interests in modern society are highlighted. One of the main institutional formation and development of democracy and civil society is to ensure broad representation across the spectrum of social interests, (...) existing in a society that lays the foundation of a stable political system and provides legitimate participation in public life and public affairs people. The key institution in the provision of such acts Parliament as the supreme representative body of the government, expressing the opinion of the nation. Since its inception, the parliament in one form or another has always been a form of institutional reflection of social interests, although the degree of change in the representation of various historical periods and influenced by political events. Thus, the formation and development of parliaments as representative bodies is a natural consequence of the political development of the countries of Western Europe. In fact, today the Parliament in the political systems of the developed countries, as a mediator between society and the government, serves as a buffer area and the articulation of diverse social interests at the state level.
