The directions of events in society or in some of its spheres depend to a large extent on the positions, desires, hopes, intentions of youth representatives, in general their life orientations and opportunities. Of course, these opportunities, and even more importantly, life orientations, are not unique to the rest of the community, as the younger generation is, for the most part, practically a "product" of its time. Each generation immediately carries information and indications of previous and "hints" about future generations. (...) All these signs, information and "hints" are certainly collected within the information system of a society represented by at least a variety of different knowledge, rituals, traditions and the like. Religion is currently the most consistent "preservative" of information, except that it is still the most powerful mechanism for socializing individuals. Therefore, any processes that take place within the religious sphere, certainly in one way or another have an impact on the existence of any member of society, especially on social structures, groups, processes and events. Problem setting. The structure of the legal life phenomenological model, alongside the social experience and legal values, always contains subjective measurements that reflect legal person’s specific features. In particular, the point is in the legal duties, powers and the capability of legal reasoning. Their consideration provides an opportunity to show the integral phenomenological model of law via restored bonds of all its elements, and also enables us to extend the semantic field of social-philosophical aspect of the research through creating theoretical (...) pre-conditions for studying burning issues and specific manifestations of the modern law. Recent research and publications analysis. In phenomenology the person is traditionally recognized as the essential being, while the process of sense generation ensures, inter alia, contextual opportunities to study law. The contemporary experience of the legal person phenomenological understanding may be complemented by the research into the abilities of the legal person as an element of the legal life phenomenological model. Paper aim. This work aims to study the features of the legal person as a structural element of the legal life phenomenological model. Paper results and discussion. The paper shows that the law lifeworld is deeply rooted in social experience. It confirms that owing to the legal person the law lifeworld is constituted and “extended” with interpretations. Its activity as to the given social experience provides grounds to declare the equality of the following modalities: “be the carrier of legal awareness”, “be a legal agent” and “be a recognized and legally protected value”. These theoretical statements enable us to formulate certain social-philosophical issues of legal standing, and outline the ways of their solving. For instance, there is a problem of the symbolic status of a legal entity, found in its relations with the state and citizens; the issue of possible legal person’s recognition as a value in the conditions of his/her minimalized rights and hypertrophy of the legal duties is considered; the nature of a legal conflict and the mechanism of its solution is studied through recognizing the value of various communicative perspectives; it is stated that the differences between the intentional experiences of a legal person and the person with duties are a precondition to form legal nihilism and ignorance. The legal person is also considered in the context of his or her ability to be engaged in the discourse practices, embedded in the mechanisms of interpersonal constitution of senses inherent in the social being. The purpose of the legal discourse in the modern world is defined as a field to identify problems and “tension zones” in the implementation of liberal values and the rule of law. Following the analysis of the approaches to identifying the legal discourse core, its main strategies were discussed: legal discourse is focused on searching and developing socially important topics and sound arguments, confirming positive suggestions for the solving social problems (after J. Habermas); legal discourse implies the use of the power of language to fight against the arbitrary rule, including that of the legitimate power (М. Foucault); the specifics of the legal discourse are in creating linguistic tools and developing the procedures, owing to which legal enforcement is transferred to the speech space (P. Ricoeur). Conclusion. The study showed that the activity of the person who has his or her own legal opinion is in the fact that their generated texts and individual statements are not limited to the formal logical regulations, but are the means of expressing their social experience, the measure of balancing between the person’s claims and his or her social recognition. M. Mokienko in his article “The key transformative tendencies of the Pentecostal religious centres in post-soviet Ukraine” points to the direction of development of translocal structures of Ukrainian Pentecostalism. The author examines historical-theological and ecclesiological prerequisites of institutionalisation and argues that integrative processes among Pentecostals led to centralisation of their structures and government and stimulated establishment of these in Ukrainian religious landscape.

The subject of the research is the mutual influence of the pressure of globalization, information technology, post-modernization of society, on the one hand, socio-cultural and political transformations, in particular – the formation of enclaves of the knowledge society, and, on the other hand, the strategic management of the states and changes. The research methodology is based primarily on the interpretations of regulatory opportunities, limitations and prospects in the works of specialists in sociocultural and political processes’ management, in the sphere of (...) geo-strategic thinking, and effective ways to informational influence on the social level. The purpose of the article is a statement of the author’s position on the analysis of the nature and direction of the leading social and political transformations, as well as the need for adequate changes in the implementation of political thinking and strategic management. Transformation of socio-cultural and political structure under the influence of globalization, post-modernization and information of the world considered to functional and structural positions. Democratically elected and accountable government as the characteristics of democracy dominated throughout the world. However, they hide the contents of a variety of socio-cultural and political trends, understanding which comes from a comparison of the basic values and meanings complex cultural and civilizational worlds. Creating a culture of active information impact is necessary not only for the exchange of achievements, but also to preserve their identity. Conclusions. Architectonics world order actively tested for strength postmodern transformation. The most important challenge of the globalization era becomes a task to preserve their identity, autonomy and subjectivity, not dissolve in the shadow of the world’s centers, to use the processes of integration in their favor. The choice of our time: the transformation of Ukraine into a second-rate country pseudowestern – or revival based on values and meanings complexes, spiritual core of their cultural and civilizational world. Strategic diagnostics allows us to estimate the future thinking and action in the direction of analysis, forecasting and creating global projects based on basic values and meanings of their complexes cultural and civilizational worlds. Preservation of identity and the development of cultural and civilizational peace cannot be achieved by conservation and socio-cultural vestiges of the past archaic and breakthrough to the level of the knowledge society, primarily on the basis of giving basic value-semantic complexes advanced forms and priorities of the strategic partnership in education-research-production complexes. As a result of the strategic confrontation win the cultural and civilizational worlds that can provide advanced everyday conditions for the state and dynamics of life and development. Among the factors geostrategic positioning and fixing in the trend of the knowledge society is particularly significant information technology. Key part in the success of the internal and external transformation rate is the quality of strategic management. (shrink)
