Cilj rada: izložiti i analizirati pedagoške strategije i komunikacijski pristup definicijama bioetike, zajednički dio bioetičkih sadržaja koji se održavaju na sveučilišnim studijima Stomatologije i Organizacije, planiranja i upravljanja u zdravstvu, te Stručnom studiju medicinske radiologije na Medicinskom fakultetu u Rijeci. Metode: metoda analize sadržaja korištena je za istraživanje i prezentiranje enciklopedijskih i nekih autorskih definicija bioetike, s posebnim naglaskom na definicije bioetike autora – bioetičara iz Hrvatske; metoda uzorka 1. uključivala je kurikulum Medicinske etike, Bioetike i Etike zdravstvene skrbi te (...) istraživala stajališta 45 studenata studija na kojima se održavaju bioetički kolegiji. Uzorak je specifično stratificiran jer je: a) uključivao studente čiji se kurikulum odvija u turnusima – intenzivnim predavanjima u trajanju od dva tjedna, te one čija su se predavanja održavala svaki tjedan tijekom jednog semestra; b) različite godine studija , 2. skala procjene korištena je za istraživanje i prikupljanje stajališta studenata o sadržaju kurikuluma, metodama izvođenja i postignutoj razini komunikacije između studenata te komunikacije s profesorom. Očekivani rezultati: izložena metoda rada i rezultati dobiveni skalom procjene bi trebali pokazati prihvatljivost i uspješnost prikazanih pedagoško-metodoloških načina rada, ukazati na slabosti i nedostatke te konačno zaključiti o razmjeru u kojem izloženi koncept i pristupi aktualizaciji definicija bioetike doprinose realizaciji dijaloga i komunikacije u kojoj studenti istovremeno doživljavaju kurikulum kao nužan, koristan i zanimljiv te takav da potiče na razmišljanje, razmjenu ideja i nuđenje mogućih rješenja. Skala procjene bi trebala istaknuti različite stavove nastave. (shrink)

Rad nastoji prikazati polazišne pretpostavke integrativne bioetike, osvrćući se na autore koji pridonose njenom teorijskom fundiranju. Specifičnost integrativne bioetike leži, među ostalim, u direktnom uključivanju povijesti bioetike, filozofijskih tradicija te relevantnih bioetičkih i filozofijskih autora u njeno teorijsko tkivo. Primjer za to je bioetička koncepcija Fritza Jahra i znanstveni interes koji je ona izazvala. Jahrov doprinos bioetici nadilazi njegov »izum« bio-etike, odnosno formuliranje »bio-etičkog imperativa«. Ono što doista izdvaja njegov rad definirano je tek u integrativnoj bioetici, a to je potreba (...) za oblikovanjem nove paradigme znanja, odnosno pomak s uporabnog znanja na orijentacijsko znanje i pluriperspektivistički pristup. Dieser Artikel spezifiziert die Stellung, die der Hippokratische Eid im bioethischen Edukationsprogramm an den medizinischen Fakultäten einnimmt. Die vorgestellte Konzeptualisierung des Inhalts und die beschriebene Methodologie eines solchen Edukationsprogramms zeigen, dass das von historischen Fakten dominierte Curriculum durch die Vorkenntnisse der Studenten aktualisiert und durch ihre aktive Teilnahme am Zusammentragen neuer und relevanter Informationen problematisiert wird; daraufhin werden die neu erworbenen Kenntnisse umgesetzt, um eine Lösung für ein konkretes bioethisches Problem zu finden. Die aufgezeigten Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten von Studenten und (...) Professoren sollen die Kooperation zwischen ihnen betonen, ferner die Kommunikation, bei der beide Seiten verschiedene Aufgaben zur Umsetzung des Curriculums übernehmen. (shrink)

Work purpose: to present and analyze pedagogical strategies and the communicational approach to definitions of bioethics, a mutual part of the bioethics contents being realized on the university studies of Dentistry, Organization, Planning and Management in Healthcare, and professional studies of Medical Radiology at the Medical School in Rijeka. Methods: the method of content analysis was used to research and present encyclopaedic and some authorial definitions of bioethics, with special emphasis on definitions of bioethics by authors – bioethicists from Croatia; (...) the method of pattern 1: included the curriculum of Medical Ethics and Bioethics and the Ethics of Healthcare, and researched standpoints of forty-five students educated in studies where bioethics courses are being realized. The pattern is specifically stratified because it: a) included students whose curriculum is being realized in shifts – intensive lectures in a duration of two weeks, and those whose lectures are being realized each week during one semester; b) different year of education . 2. The scale of assessment was used to research and obtain standpoints of students on the contents of the curriculum, methods of its performance, and the achieved level of communication among students and communication with the professor. Expected results: the presented method of work and results obtained by the scale of assessment should display the acceptability and successfulness of the presented pedagogicalmethodological means of work and point out to weaknesses and deficiencies, and finally conclude the extent to which the presented concept, and approaches to the actualization of the definitions of bioethics contribute to the realization of dialogue and communication in which students simultaneously experience the curriculum as necessary, useful, interesting, and one that may motivate them to think, exchange ideas and offer possible solutions. The scale of assessment should point out to different standpoints of students depending on the length of their study and commitment to a method of class realization. (shrink)

This article specifies the place of the Hippocratic Oath in the programme of bioethical education on graduate schools where future medical and healthcare workers are being educated. The presented conceptualization of contents and described methodology of work show how the curriculum contents, dominated by historical facts, are being actualized by the use of knowledge students have acquired earlier, and problematized by an active inclusion of students in collecting new information relevant for the content, and then using the acquired knowledge to (...) solve a concrete bioethical issue or problem. The offered activity of students and teacher has the purpose to demonstrate a collaborative relationship between students and teacher and a communication in which students and teacher mutually takeover tasks for the realisation of the curriculum content. Purpose. Objectives of the study are as follows: to remove the reduction of women to a metaphysical subject, to the "castrated Other" through the correlation of postmodern strategies and gender medicine; to institutionalize gender medicine as knowledge and practical activities that improve the quality and span of life of women based on the methodological application of deconstruction, complementarity, differance, "double writing", X-subject treatment and biomedical innovations; the perspective of gender medicine development is the implementation of the concept of "sovereign writing" (...) of postmodern in individual treatment of a person. Theoretical basis. Shock value of the title means farewell to metaphysics in the complex of its derived concepts. The author criticizes the abstract, reduced, marginalized, deviant subject of classical metaphysics and its continuation in psychoanalysis, explores the correlation of postmodern philosophy strategies and biomedical innovations. The allusion to the masterpiece of world cinematography Pasolini’s "Ciao maschio" corresponds to the rhizomatic stylistics of the postmodern. Originality. After feminist transgressions, gender constructivism postmodern philosophy demonstrates a new subject and a new methodology, which formed gender medicine. Differance, distinction, complementarity, X-subject of treatment, chiasmatic movement, "double writing", "sovereign writing" organically turned over and reconstructed modern medicine in gender, biochemical, and hormonal innovative variations. Conclusions. 1. Based on the philosophy and biomedical innovations, a new direction has grown – gender medicine, which has removed the reduction of women to a metaphysical subject, "castrated Other", which has improved the quality of women’s health and span of life. 2. Gender medicine in organic combination with the strategies of deconstruction, complementarity, differance, distinction as hormonal distinction, "double writing" as a "dual protocol" of treatment for the same diseases of men and women, the treatment of X-subject turned out to be "new wisdom", which improves the quality of health and span of life in everyday practice. 3. The prospect of the gender medicine’s development is in the implementation of the "sovereign writing" as an individual treatment of a specific person. (shrink)
