    De acuerdo a este artículo, los argumentos más importantes contra un derecho cosmopolita a la inmigración no son transferibles legítimamente al caso de los refugiados. Interpretando el Derecho Cosmopolita kantiano, en el artículo se argumenta que el derecho de asilo debería ser entendido de un modo más extensivo que en la práctica usual de nuestros días.
