    Discrimination can closely follow disclosure of neurodivergence in the workplace. This traditional review of the literature therefore aims to critically explore factors that facilitate and inhibit mental discrimination in workplace environments, and produce an evidence-based, anti-discrimination guide supporting neurodivergent employees.
