    En el presente trabajo se aborda críticamente la concepción de igualdad en la institución del matrimonio en Kant. Argumentaré que dicha igualdad no se sostiene si consideramos al sexismo y a la homofobia en los que incurre Kant en sus escritos jurídicos, éticos y antropológicos.
