  1. Current Trends in Substructural Logics.Katalin Bimbó - 2015 - Journal of Philosophical Logic 44 (6):609-624.
This paper briefly overviews some of the results and research directions. In the area of substructural logics from the last couple of decades. Substructural logics are understood here to include relevance logics, linear logic, variants of Lambek calculi and some other logics that are motivated by the idea of omitting some structural rules or making other structural changes in LK, the original sequent calculus for classical logic.

  • An Algebraic View of the Mares-Goldblatt Semantics.Andrew Tedder - 2024 - Journal of Philosophical Logic 53 (2):331-349.
An algebraic characterisation is given of the Mares-Goldblatt semantics for quantified extensions of relevant and modal logics. Some features of this more general semantic framework are investigated, and the relations to some recent work in algebraic semantics for quantified extensions of non-classical logics are considered.

  • The Idea of a Proof-Theoretic Semantics and the Meaning of the Logical Operations.Heinrich Wansing - 2000 - Studia Logica 64 (1):3-20.
This is a purely conceptual paper. It aims at presenting and putting into perspective the idea of a proof-theoretic semantics of the logical operations. The first section briefly surveys various semantic paradigms, and Section 2 focuses on one particular paradigm, namely the proof-theoretic semantics of the logical operations.

  • Disentangling Structural Connectives or Life Without Display Property.Sergey Drobyshevich - 2019 - Journal of Philosophical Logic 48 (2):279-303.
The work is concerned with the so called display property of display logic. The motivation behind it is discussed and challenged. It is shown using one display calculus for intuitionistic logic as an example that the display property can be abandoned without losing subformula, cut elimination and completeness properties in such a way that results in additional expressive power of the system. This is done by disentangling structural connectives so that they are no longer context-sensitive. A recipe for characterizing structural (...)

  • Displaying the modal logic of consistency.Heinrich Wansing - 1999 - Journal of Symbolic Logic 64 (4):1573-1590.
It is shown that the constructive four-valued logic N4 can be faithfully embedded into the modal logic S4. This embedding is used to obtain complete, cut-free display sequent calculi for N4 and C4, the modal logic of consistency over N4. C4 is a natural monotonic base system for semantics-based non-monotonic reasoning.
