  1. Dyadic characteristics of guanxi and their consequences.Jack Barbalet - 2017 - Journal for the Theory of Social Behaviour 47 (3):332-347.
Research on guanxi is conducted principally within the disciplines of anthropology, business studies and sociology. • Psychology of Communicating Trust: Consensual Dependency of Trust and Knowledge Sharing.Rejina M. Selvam - 2023 - Human Review. International Humanities Review / Revista Internacional de Humanidades 19 (1):1-9.
Trust indicates positive effects on mental and social health in the work environment. In this study it was aimed to analyze the bidirectionality of trust and knowledge sharing variables over time. In time 2 (middle stage) trust decreases and finally in time 3 (matured stage) it again increases. Finally, implications of the study (...)

  • Organizational trust in a networked world.Luca Giustiniano & Francesco Bolici - 2012 - Journal of Information, Communication and Ethics in Society 10 (3):187-202.
PurposeTrust is a social factor at the foundations of human action. The pervasiveness of trust explains why it has been studied by a large variety of disciplines, and its complexity justifies the difficulties in reaching a shared understanding and definition. As for all the social factors, trust is continuously evolving as a result of the changes in social, economic and technological conditions. The internet and many other Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) solutions have changed organizational and social life. Such mutated (...)
