    Gibt es rechtfertigende Gründe dafür, demente Menschen für ihre im früheren Zustand der Kompetenz begangenen Taten staatlich zu strafen? Im folgenden Beitrag wird für eine bejahende Antwort auf diese Frage plädiert.
