Abstract

The process of removing bioactive flavonoids from citrus peels has the potential to help fight diabetes and obesity. It is now feasible to extract these molecules with great efficiency and purity because to developments in extraction methods and computer-aided drug discovery. This approach aligns with the economic cycle's principles, promoting health and environmental sustainability in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries. According to the study, these flavonoids may work in concert to lower morbidity and death.
