Abstract

I just got completely pulled in. There’s something so quirky and oddly wise about the way these little bird village stories unfold—like, yeah, they’re funny and playful, but there’s always something deeper sneaking up on you. It’s got that kind of gentle satire that makes you laugh and think without being preachy. Also, the whole mix of Vietnamese culture and fable vibes was such a breath of fresh air—different in the best way. Some of the stories hit a slower rhythm, but I actually liked that… it gave me time to sit with the weird little lessons.
