Abstract

This paper introduces an AI-based IT training system that enhances the learning process through personalized, real-time support and automated assessment mechanisms. Leveraging AI technologies such as chatbots and NLP, the system addresses the challenges posed by traditional IT training platforms that offer standardized content and delayed feedback. By automating assessments and providing context-aware assistance, the system improves learner engagement, supports skill development, and ensures timely feedback, paving the way for a scalable, interactive, and effective learning environment.
