Abstract
This study examines the relationship between sustainability and employee perceptions of Human Capital Management
(HCM) practices in Cebu City's Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. The participation of 370 different BPO
companies at Cebu I.T. Park indicates their dedication to HCM and highlights areas that require improvement,
particularly in labor relations and HRIS deployment. Employee evaluations are influenced by demographic factors
such as age, gender, and educational attainment. Suggestions for improvement include implementing employee
development plans, streamlining the HRIS, strengthening due process, integrating sustainability into HCM practices,
and personalizing strategies based on demographics. To foster adaptable workplaces and keep pace with the changing
BPO landscape, it is strongly advised to employ continuous monitoring and feedback mechanisms.
