Abstract

With the progress of cognitive science, molecular biology and quantum mechanics, fundamental questions have been raised about the nature of consciousness and the possibility of simulating it in biological structures (Hameroff & Penrose, 2014). In this regard, the theory of "infinitely intelligent biological simulation: the infinite cycle of creator and creature" proposes that consciousness, as an information structure, is in a recursive cycle between creator and creature and is processed and enhanced through biological and quantum mechanisms. This article specifically examines "the role of genes as key codes for understanding the past and the path to the future" within the framework of this theory. Genes are not only carriers of biological information of living organisms, but can also be considered as mediators in the transmission and processing of consciousness in higher dimensions of existence. This perspective transcends genetics from a purely biological framework and analyzes it in a broader context of biological phenomena, consciousness developments, and cosmic structures. This research, using data from molecular biology, epigenetics and synthetic biology, investigates this relationship and provides a new framework for understanding the genome as part of an intelligent cosmic pattern. Note: In the first article, the principles of genetics, biology and self-awareness were briefly reviewed and a proposed theory was presented under the title "infinitely intelligent biological simulation: the infinite cycle of creator and creature" (Rahim, 2025). This theory, based on the continuity of the creator and the created in an endless cycle, has investigated cosmic structures, physical principles, and fundamental concepts of consciousness. In this framework, the law of conservation of energy is considered as the main basis and it is stated that not only matter and energy, but also consciousness is stable and continuously moves on the path of promotion to higher levels of perception and cognition.
