  • The Perceived Fairness of Layoffs in Germany: Participation, Compensation, or Avoidance?Christian Pfeifer - 2007 - Journal of Business Ethics 74 (1):25-36.
    This study analyses to what extend and under what circumstances layoffs are accepted in Germany. Principles of distributive justice and rules of procedural justice form the theoretical framework of the analysis.     The worldwide growth of franchising has been phenomenal during the past decade. At the same time there has been increased media attention to questionable business practices in franchising.
