    The conceptual model presented in this article argues that corporations exhibit specific behaviors that signal their true level of moral development.     This study explores the relationship between Hofstede’s cultural dimensions and public relations practitioners’ perceptions of corporate social respon- sibility in South Korea. Therefore, the long-term effectiveness of approaches that focus solely on isolated, individual acts of corruption are limited.
