This paper introduces Holistic Free Will (HFW), a transformative framework that reconceptualizes autonomy as a dynamic, relational, and ethically aspirational process embedded within structured realities. Distinct from traditional theories like libertarian free will and compatibilism, HFW integrates interdisciplinary insights from neuroscience, moral philosophy, and cultural traditions to provide a comprehensive understanding of free will that aligns individual agency with systemic and relational contexts. HFW emphasizes structured reality as comprising four dimensions—natural laws, human constructs, social norms, and personal histories—that act not (...) as constraints but as enablers of ethical autonomy and moral development. Fan culture has grown immensely over the past few years. People are constantly looking up to celebrities and personalities as role models for their fashion, identity, and success. During the stage of adolescence, it is normal for teenagers to admire well- known people and form fan attachments as part of their identity formation. However, this admiration of a specific media figure can be associated with one's personality, cognitive processes, and psychological well-being. Thus, the current study aims to investigate the correlation (...) between celebrity admiration and the self-esteem of 238 Filipino male teenagers. The research instruments, namely Celebrity Attitude Scale (CAS) and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) were both utilized through google forms. Results have shown high scores on celebrity admiration and the normal range of self-esteem of the participants. Using Pearson’s r correlation coefficient, it was found that celebrity admiration and self-esteem of Filipino male teenagers have a significant relationship that exists in a negative direction. The Quantum Observer Model (QOM) presents a speculative yet philosophically coherent framework for addressing foundational questions about the origins of reality. While models such as the Many-Worlds Interpretation, Decoherence Theory, and Multiverse Hypotheses rely on speculative assumptions and lack empirical verification, they are often considered valid within scientific discourse. QOM integrates metaphysical causation, observation, and free will—rooted in a primordial consciousness— as foundational forces in the transition from quantum superposition to an actualized universe. Rejecting QOM solely due to its metaphysical (...) aspects risks inconsistency, given the metaphysical elements inherent in quantum mechanics, such as wavefunction collapse and observer-dependence. Furthermore, QOM aligns with established scientific concepts, such as zero-dimensional frameworks and emergent spacetime, offering coherence comparable to existing speculative models. By situating the universe within a zero-dimensional state where observation drives spacetime emergence, QOM bridges gaps in causal explanation left by deterministic and reductionist paradigms. QOM is presented as a call for further philosophical and scientific inquiry rather than as an empirically verified theory. Its coherence and compatibility with foundational principles warrant rigorous examination rather than dismissal. By integrating metaphysical and scientific reasoning, QOM provides a thought-provoking framework for exploring the role of consciousness in shaping reality, encouraging interdisciplinary research to evaluate its validity. This presentation introduces a mathematical model in which the probability of physical actualization is modulated by an internal “awareness” factor that dynamically alters the influence of entropic forces. By integrating recursive awareness—later expressed using the Fibonacci sequence—the model illustrates how coherent, meaningful structures (e.g., functional RNA) might emerge from high-entropy prebiotic conditions. In the revised version, we extend the formulation from a one-dimensional (1D) configuration space to include a full three-dimensional (3D) formulation, thereby offering a more comprehensive view on how (...) directed emergence of structured configurations may occur in realistic environments. The study evaluated the implementation of research-based extension programs among mainland campuses of State Universities and Colleges in the Bicol Region. Specifically, it determined the profile of extension programs implemented, the extent of implementation, and the extent of involvement of stakeholders in implementing research-based extension programs. Descriptive and evaluative research methods were employed in the study using purposive random sampling. Respondents were the 105 stakeholders of research-based extension programs from 7 SUCs mainland campuses in the Bicol Region. Data were interpreted (...) using frequency count, percentage, mid-rank, and weighted mean. Data revealed that the implementation of research-based extension programs among SUCs varies. SUCs, except SUC G, “highly implement” research-based extension programs aligned with the needs of the community and are anchored to the curricular offerings of the institution and stakeholders’ involvement in the implemented research-based extension programs.
