From the late 1990s, Hasidism in Ukraine has increasingly become a means of attracting mostly secular Ukrainian Jewry, to religious and national values. Every year, Ukraine becomes a center of pilgrimage for religious Jews from all over the world. About 20,000 Bratislava Hasidim come to Uman for the grave of their spiritual leader Nachman Bratslavsky. The pilgrimage attracts the attention of the media, the public and the media. Talking about the Bratslav Hasidic, they draw attention to the external attributes of (...) this spiritual stream, to scandals related to burial and almost nothing - to the religious and philosophical meaning of Nachman Bratslavsky's teachings, to his socio-psychological and socio-cultural phenomenon. Elements of this doctrine have not yet been the subject of special studies by Ukrainian religious scholars. Meanwhile, in the West and in Israel, the spiritual heritage of Rabbi Nachman arouses the continued interest of philosophers, historians and anthropologists, and his works are intensively published and reprinted. The article deals with the social and philosophical analysis of democracy as an element of holistic social being in contrast to its political and instrumental interpretation in politology research. Social entropy process and its effects were given special attention in this article.

The purpose of this paper is to determine the influence of theoretical approaches to the philosophical concepts of culture M. M. Bakhtin on the genesis and implementation of historical and anthropological concepts and renovations mentality and socio-cultural characteristics and behavior of individuals and societies of the past. Methodology. Methodological tools are methods of system and source analyses. Theoretical basis and results: analyzes the concept of the philosophy of culture such M.M. Bakhtin as a carnival, folk culture, culture of humor, doubleworld, (...) concept social-cultural projection material and cultural bottom and its impact on the culture of laughter European Middle Ages and Renaissance. Methodological approaches Bakhtin recreated for historical and anthropological reconstruction mentality and socio-cultural realities of the high Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Investigated the perception of philosophical and cultural concepts M. M. Bakhtin, the scientific community and their impact on the historical and anthropological studies. It was also analyzed the influence of the respective ideas M.M. Bakhtin's historical and anthropological studies of the last quarter of XX - beginning of XXI century. in particular on the work of D. Likhachev, A. Gurevich, E. Thompson and other researchers. Conclusion: concept of the philosophy of culture, MM Bakhtin, in particular, the culture of humor, the popular perception of the world, carnival, social and cultural doubleworld, reconstruction of the domestic foundations of culture laughter Europe era high Middle Ages and the Renaissance were one of the most important conceptual elements in the study of the mentality of socially significant behavior and daily life as these periods, so or any other, from the early Middle Ages to the present. Сучасні підходи до розвитку співвідношення «особистість-інформація» в глобальному інформаційно-пізнавальному просторі розгортаються в системі інформаціологічного забезпечення фахової компетентності в межах вищої освіти. Це передбачає напрацювання новітніх соціально-філософських тенденцій у контексті "людина-технологія-вища освіта-фахова компетентність".

Basic mechanisms of forming and functioning of civil movements in the modern world are considered. Different interpretations of the concept of civil movements are given. E. Giddens has identifid four areas in which social movements operate in modern societies: 1) democratic movements that work for political rights; 2) labor movements that work for control of the workplace; 3)ecological movements that are concerned with the environment: 4) peace movements that work against military conflcts. Author gives her own classifiation separating economic, religious, (...) social, political, ecological movements. It is underlined, that civil movements may destroy political system. The possibilities of political mobilization are considered. Mass media and Internet are proved to have a large inflence on political movements. A special attention is paid to civil movements in Ukraine. (shrink)

The problem of tolerance as a component of effective professional education and harmonious development of the individual in society is shown. The etymology of word “tolerance” and its development in the historical context are brought. The analysis of the formation and development of the tolerance concept is done. The features of formation of tolerance in students’ consciousness on an example of research carried out among the students of the Zaporizhzhia State Engineering Academy are found.
