The urgency of the research is the concept of sports culture, which is formed in the conditions of globalization with the usage of domestic and foreign experience which is analyzed. The concept of sport is seen as expression of the generic nature of a man that is reduced to a physical and spiritual perfection of man, the harmony of the soul with the inner essence of a man. Formulation of the task - the article focuses on the development of sports (...) culture in the conditions of globalization, which acts as an integral part of global culture and acts as an influential force capable of consolidating society. Sports are an important element of culture and one of the most widespread activities. Sport is claimed as a social, cultural and economic phenomenon of a globalized society. This type of society requires the development of the concept of sports culture and its implementation in the cultural practice of sports management. The analysis of recent research and publications. We rely on authors who investigated sport as a phenomenon that acts as a factor in the formation and development of personality. The problem of self-determination of a sports personality as a philosophical problem is considered in the philosophical works of V. Bilohur, N. Vizitey, R. Robertson, I. Walsall's, E. Giddens, M. Kastesels, U. Beka. Isolation of unexplored parts of the general problem - conceptualization of the concept of sports culture. At the core of the study is the conceptualization of the basic sports circuits in the system of interdisciplinary space as a factor for the formation of a tempered and integral sports personality. Methodology - the use of approaches, in particular anthropologic, ontological and art-therapeutic, which allowed considering sport as an important economic, social and cultural phenomenon, aimed at developing the concept of sports culture. Presenting main material. The place and role of the concept of sports culture as a new scientific direction and discipline of the culture of sports management are analyzed. At the heart of the culture of sports management - the development of a sports man, the use of humanistic and cultural foundations for the formation of a holistic concept of sports culture. The place and role of sports culture in the conditions of globalization in the context of domestic and foreign experience for the affirmation and development of the human organism, which predetermine the formation of a sports person, is explored. It is revealed that the concept of sports culture forms a model for expanding the influence of sport on all spheres of society's life in a globalizing environment, which contributes to the unification of mankind. The essence of sport as the main determinant of influence on the development of the culture of sports personality is revealed. Conclusions - the concept of sport in the context of sports culture in the conditions of globalization, based on which the affirmation of the cultivation of the culture of the soul, body and spirit, is revealed. Characteristic features of Christianity of the twentieth century were the consolidation of his denominations around social problems and holding inter-Christian theological and missionary conferences. These components of Christian history of the last century are connected with ecumenism. Ecumenism, in turn, influenced the initiation of a dialogue between Christianity and other religions, most notably Judaism and Islam. Thus, a comprehensive study of ecumenism will not only enable us to better understand contemporary Christianity and try to predict further ways of its development, (...) but also on the basis of it to understand the inter-religious dialogue, which largely depends on the future of the world community. In this article, the results of conceptualization of the definition of mind as an object of interdisciplinary applied research are described. The purpose of the theoretical analysis is to generate a methodological discourse suitable for a functional understanding of the mind in the context of the problem of natural language processing as one of the components of developments in the field of artificial intelligence. The conceptual discourse was realized with the help of the author's method of structural-ontological analysis, and developed (...) in the mainstream of the system-methodological tradition of the school of G.P. Shchedrovitsky and intended for descriptive research of subject areas of interdisciplinary objects of scientific study. As a result of the structural and ontological analysis of the super-system, the relevant place and role of the directly studied system (mind) are determined, and its primary process and material are localized and structural and functional connections are described. At the basic level, the mind is conceptualized as an energy process unfolding in a spatio-temporal environment and accompanied by archetypal structuring of neural impulses into images. The genesis of the system is separately analyzed by constructing a structural-ontological matrix that reflects the initial stage of the development of the mind. The primary process is concretized with the help of hetero- and homeostatic dichotomy, and also the most significant features of the consistent transformation of the material of the system and its ascent to verbal morphology are described. The structural-ontological comparison of the functioning of the verbal intelligence with the preverbal level has been carried out. The transformation of neural impulses of needs into words, as verbal units fixing semiotic values is analyzed. Structural-ontological connections that determine the reactive and prospective characteristics of the functioning of the system are disclosed. The position of the chronological primacy of "semiotic readiness" for language with respect to the debut of the latter as an information-sign model of the environment is argued. The hypothesis of domination at the initial stage of the development of the mind of exopsychic functions over endopsychic ones is formulated. The theoretical substantiation of the hypothesis of the inevitability of the ontology of language in the functional understanding of the mind is given, corresponding structural and ontological arguments are given, including those based on the ideas about the information relationship between affects and needs, according to the views of P.V. Simonov. The arguments are presented in favor of the non-alternative methodology of A. Turing in studies of artificial intelligence. (shrink)

The study analyzed peculiarities of the Russian-Kazakh and Ukrainian-Kazakh relations in the years 2014-2015. It is found out their mutual inflence. Ukraine is forced to seek political and economic support from the former Soviet Union in the current crisis. Ukraine counts on the support of Kazakhstan, the country is economically developed, has the political and economic weight in the CIS and Central Asia. Russia is actively trying to keep Kazakhstan in the sphere of inflence. Between Russia and Kazakhstan is a (...) high degree of interdependence. Political and economic relations between Russia and Kazakhstan to 2013 belonged to the most «trouble-free» for Russia the former Soviet Union. However, the Kazakh government is trying to get out of the total impact of Russia. There was a moose cooling of bilateral relations in the years 2014-2015. For the development of Kazakhstan’s Eurasian integration projects with Russia should not threaten the political sovereignty of the country. Defied opportunities of political support and economic mutual benefi between Ukraine and Kazakhstan. Ukraine tried to get support for Kazakhstan. At present Kazakhstan supports the territorial integrity of Ukraine resumes military cooperation, intensify economic relations. Russian aggression towards Ukraine forced the Ukrainian authorities to intensify relations with Kazakhstan, which are promising in some areas. Ukraine must always «to represent» and «to offer» themselves. (shrink)

Автор вказує; що ідеологічним підґрунтям моделювання процесу взаємодії суспільного і особистісного ідеалів здоров’я є доведення в ході когнітивного аналізу того; що світогляд особистості має властивість інтегратора; тобто йому притаманна інтеграційна функція. Ідеали; на думку автора; є не просто компонентом переконань; разом зі знанням; емоціями; вірою; поглядами; вольовою готовністю до дій вони складають ціннісне ядро світогляду особистості.

The emergence of the term of public sphere in social and philosophical tradition in ancient times and its revival in modern times, during the conceptualization of modernity were a number of steps that have shaped the transformation of the content of the public sphere. For ancient thinkers public sphere was a natural environment of the society functioning, the foundation of political activity. The main achievement of the ancient philosophical theory in research of the public sphere should be considered a combination (...) of social and political meanings mentioned public sphere. This constitutive unity led to the development of the concept and phenomenon of the public sphere in the procedural context of democracy. Overview of mentions of the public sphere of social and philosophical constructs of the past enables to understand that the public sphere was a concept that served auxiliary element in building a holistic and systemic view of society, the state and government. However, references to the public sphere most of the sources are philosophical context. This political-philosophical foundations and empirical consideration of political and public spheres reveal the contents of institutional publicity. Publicity in politics - it’s both political and social, and individual and collective at the same time. It is a way of life of an individual and a way to stimulate the expression of his qualities in its relation to other people. Hence the need for differentiating factors of the political process and opportunities for public expression counterfactual political positions appears. Constituting of the publicity as the sphere of common social life in general is an important feature and the result of political and philosophical developments of this issue. Enlargement of the philosophical knowledge and reflctions on the public sphere, provided multiple and very full display of the public in art, in social activities. Formation of social philosophy as a special area of research, formed the ideological legacy, which, in turn, led to the emergence of comprehensive publicity and stereotypes about the public sphere. The specifid dimension complements the system vision of politics, allows us to formulate the relationship between facts of the political and the political ideosphere products that have not found a place in the functional structure of the system vision. Public sphere of politics as a construct and phenomenon, according to the author, is designed to simultaneously distinguish the «new» political interaction and represent in a new light «old» political phenomenon. For example, the phenomenon of political communication becomes important public representation. At the same time theoretical and methodological searching on the object of public political fild there is a need of substantial parts inventory of substantial public sphere of politics requiring the use of structural-functional approach. However, the structure and function of the components of public sphere of politics are defied as specifi status role in the political environment and the direction of their real impact on political reality. This creates conditions for demarcation of both conceptual separation of the political process and public sphere of politics as the plane of the potential of implementation of communicative process participants’ importance claims. Also the specifi factors identifiation that determine the media activity, in both cases classifiation state media carried a means of differentiation from ideal-typical condition as proposed within political theory. However, unilateral attempts to transform mediastructure at least in some respects it may encounter on lack of understanding of the major players. That can mean either a lack of innovation or sharp short-term changes that destabilize the situation and again lead to a push towards building a democratic public sphere of politics. A special aspect of the media as part of the current public sphere of politics is the development of political and social networks, in which citizens are able to communicate, to defend their positions and on condition of anonymity to assess the current social and political situation. However, the development of new communication systems does not lead to the formation of a genuine public sphere as political actors are trying to use it for their own purposes. (shrink)
