Changes in modern society, the increasing role of information and knowledge, improvement of communication, development of network structures, etc. – generate qualitative changes in all kinds of activities at all levels. Recent research and publications analysis. The term “society” is Central to social philosophy. There are many points of view on society, its nature, system features, factors and determinants of development. In the vast majority of publications traced the idea that information and communication is actually an attribute of (...) the information society. Therefore, in this article attempt to justify attributional information and commu- nication processes throughout the Genesis companies. Paper objective. The purpose of the article is justification attributional information and communication processes of social development. Paper main body. Society is a system of entities related communication processes. Life and human activity is impossible or extremely limited outside of society. The need for communication is among basic human needs, it dictates the behavior of people with no less authority than, for example, so-called vital needs. Communication is a necessary condition for the normal development of a person as a member of society, as individuals. In social-philosophical discourse has formed two approaches to the consideration of communications – the mechanistic and activity. From the position of the mechanistic ap- proach, communication is understood as a unidirectional process of transmission and reception of information through encoding and decoding, respectively. Man is here viewed as a mechanism, which can be described by a finite defined rules, and external medium communication represents noise. In the framework of the activity approach communication is understood as communication, joint activities, exchange of information. Information of this position can be represented as transmission of messages in the process of interaction of the two systems, which leads to a change in their status. In the process of development of society as a system of communication and relations, acquire new characteristics, change the properties of the information that is transmitted. According to the theory of technological determinism, which removes a major role in social development, science and technology, the development of society up to the present time occurs in three stages: the preindustrial, industrial and postindustrial. Pre-industrial society is characterized by an agrarian mode of production; the indus- trial society – the machinery of production, scientific organization of labour, free trade, a unified system of national economy. In post-industrial society the key role of knowledge and information. Class division is changing the professional service sector dominates the sphere of production. Conclusions of the research. The nature of society is the information and communi- cation, complexity of social structure is directly dependent on complexity and expansion of information and communication linkages. Актуальність дослідження пошуку стратегій розвитку менеджменту стійкого розвитку в умовах «глобалізації 4.0» має велике теоретичне і практичне значення і є інноваційною концепцією сучасності, тому що без збалансованого розвитку цивілізація існувати не зможе. В умовах «глобалізації 4.0» починають переосмислюватися проблеми, які виникли в часи розвитку технологій, що змінили світ. Мета дослідження - концептуалізація пошуку стратегій менеджменту збалансованого розвитку в умовах четвертої хвилі глобалізації. Мета статті : виявити проблеми сучасного соціально-економічного розвитку, які відрізняють винятковий динамізм та непередбачуваність процесів; здійснити аналіз терміну «стратегічний (...) менеджмент стійкого розвитку»; розкрити стратегії менеджменту стійкого розвитку в умовах четвертої хвилі глобалізації як національного, так і регіонального масштабів; сформувати концепцію менеджменту стійкого розвитку в умовах «глобалізації 4.0». Аналіз останніх досліджень і публікацій, з яких започатковано розв’язання даної проблеми. Ми спираємося на роботу Донелли Медоуз, Денніса Медоуз і Йоргена Рандерса «Межі зростання. 30 років потому» - поновлене дослідження, що базується на нових даних про тенденції розвитку людської цивілізації. Методологія дослідження. В основі моделі - методологія системної динаміки та сучасних комп’ютерних можливостей. Наукова новизна - у виявленні проблем «глобалізації 4.0» та формуванні концепції збалансованого розвитку цивілізації. Результати дослідження - виявлено проблеми соціально-економічного розвитку, в основі яких знаходиться винятковий динамізм та непередбачуваність економічних процесів, поразка «четвертої промислової революції»; здійснено аналіз терміну «стратегічний менеджмент стійкого розвитку»; розглянуто стратегії менеджменту стійкого розвитку в умовах четвертої хвилі глобалізації як національного, так і регіонального рівня масштабів; сформовані перші підходи до вироблення концепції менеджменту стійкого розвитку в умовах четвертої хвилі глобалізації. Висновок - нами сформовано перші підходи до пошуку стратегій, що лягли в основу концепції менеджменту стійкого розвитку в умовах четвертої хвилі глобалізації. (shrink)

The relevance of the research of current problem is that the development of information and digital technologies contributes to digital development of the society, which is based on new wave of technological progress. The purpose of the research is to show how informative revolution of the XX1 century contributes formation of developmental concept of information-digital technologies in the conditions of the electronic era; to identify contradictory phenomena that contribute to the reduction of labor as a result of progressive robotics, which (...) is being introduced through digital technologies. The technologies that are used today to replace people are different; the need for human resources is reduced thanks to robots, automation and computerization, and other high-tech gadgets. Methodology. The methods of theoretical analysis - deduction and induction, historical and logical, comparative and system analysis, informational method, which contribute insight into the essence of the studied phenomenon as a complex phenomenon and dynamic process. Results : It has been proven that, thanks to various well-known developments in information digital technologies and robotics, many experts believe that society is at an early stage of the new industrial revolution. This type of revolution in the future can change the way people live and work, just as a steam engine did 200 years ago. Technological unemployment is one of the main reasons for introducing the concept of development of information and digital technologies in the conditions of the electronic era, which has contributed to increasing the overall unemployment rate in Western countries over the past 30 years. The development of information-computer technologies, as well as other types of automation and the Internet, played a significant role in shaping the concept of information-digital technologies. Conclusion. Digital society focuses on the development of human resources; therefore, in connection with the introduction of the concept of development of information and digital technologies, many workplaces with cheap labor can disappear. The world is turning into a digital society and the world is ruled by a figure, the world is controlled by intelligence, intelligence, algorithms and digitalization. The digital society consists of a set of algorithms that are controlled by information and computer technologies that penetrate digital management, which is based on intellectual and rational power, represented by intellectual and creative human resources. It is human resources that develop robotics, artificial intelligence, computerization, automation, robotics, which are based on the activity of algorithms. These varieties of digital society accelerate the potential for long-term productivity gains through intellectualization. Practical recommendations. Formation of the concept of development of information and digital technologies in the digital era will contribute to the development of information bases of the society, which is based on advanced technologies, small business development, which is based on networked intelligent platforms, which requires the creation of jobs in the Internet and the search for new types of employment. Nowadays the problem of Ideal is no less urgent to study than in previous centuries. Ideal interpretation is a hot topic for debate in contemporary philosophy, cultural studies, political science, public administration theory. The purpose of the article is to move from general vision of Social Ideal to its interpretation in the light of the understanding of religious form of ideation. The basic method of this research is the method of hermeneutics and cultural-anthropological analysis. The modern polysystemic vision of Social (...) Ideal problems makes it possible to explore the Ideal in the light of the definition of ideation types. There is given classification of ideation types: religious, ethical, aesthetic, which are rooted in the reality of cultural practices and have an influence on the Social Ideal formation. It is proved that religion and art are the most broad cultural practices, and ethical and aesthetic should be defined as the reflection. The article analyzes the cultural practice, which is based on a religious form of ideation. There is considered the modelling of Ideal in cultural and anthropological matrix. (shrink)
