В диссертации разработан проект становления постнеклассической метафизики и представлена концептуальная версия постнеклассической метафизики истории. Установлено, что формированию универсального языка философии будет способствовать построение ее категориального каркаса на основе конструктов, не предполагающих своего жестко определенного онтологического наполнения. Выявлен характер „работы” общества с прошлым, установлена неадекватность историческому процессу как представлений о „законах истории”, так и утверждений об отсутствии в нем объективной логике. Показана связь творчества и культуры, проанализированы причины цивилизационных кризисов и очерчены возможные пути их разрешения, обсуждаются проблемы социального прогнозирования, исследуются метафизические (...) истоки глобализации, определяются риски и перспективы будущего развития человечества. Specificity of Shestov’s interpretation of existentialtheological views of Kierkegaard. This article reveals the problem of understanding of Soren Kierkegaard’s specific religious existentialism by Lev Shestov. The author argues that Shestov failed to adequately understand the Kierkegaard’s indirect discursive method. Therefore, Shestov is inadmissible interpretation of Kierkegaard of canonical Christianity.

The article deals with the features of the interpretation of political justice in the concept of John Rawls. The emergence of the concept of justice by American researcher John Rawls would mark a new stage in the scientific study of the problem of justice. He raises the question of the lack of development of modern capitalism in terms of solving social, political and economic problems. According to Rawls’s concept, the future society should not only be effective, as the theorists and (...) practices of industrial society have called for, but also fair. First of all, for the existence of justice, an unbiased system of ordering institutions is needed. The main subject of justice, according to Rawls, is the basic structure of society, under which he understands the whole set of the most important social, legal, political and economic institutions, the main function of which is the distribution of advantages and burdens arising from the social cooperation of members of the society. From Rawls’s point of view, justice issues are on the agenda when there is a need for a public assessment of the activities of the relevant institutions in order to balance legitimate competing interests and harassment of members of society. In other words, the problem of legitimacy arises when the legitimate rights of people come into contact with each other. Justice in the first place begins with the choice of the fundamental principle of the political, social and legal system of society, which should regulate all further institutional reforms. J. Rawls defines political justice as «the constitutionality of justice», that is, in his understanding, the validity of the functioning of the political sphere, the organization of public administration and the political regime. Revealed a variety of approaches and concepts ethnogeny of the Ukrainian people in the context of its primary mentality. Within historiosophical Ukrainian mentality paradigm study describes key milestones ethnogeny of Ukrainians. Emphasized on the bright tilling discovered the nature of Tripoli culture — protocultural Ukrainian, which defined the original features of their mentality. Ants state is seen as the first proto-Ukrainian political community, which laid the mental qualities that find their further development in the political mentality of the Ukrainians: democracy, (...) decentralization, regionalism and more. The article made the following conclusions. To solve the problem of Ukrainian ethnogeny finally and clearly, convincingly and consistently play its period features and is quite a difficult task given the complex dynamic processes ethnogeny. The process of the emergence of ethnicity is not always adequate and comprehensive reflection of scientific sources. But we can talk about the possibility and the need to find the most acceptable and scientifically correct hypotheses concerning Ukrainian ethnogeny. In this connection, the indigenous-origin Ukrainians autonomous version looks like is that most meets the requirements. Summarizing some moments Ukrainian ethnogeny should pay attention to the specific features of the formation of primitive mentality of pre Ukrainians who subsequently receive proper development of the mentality of the Ukrainian people. Prolonged existence of matriarchal clan system in the distant predecessors Ukrainian ensured the dominance of women in their mentality primary which is fixed at the time of Tripoli culture in the cult of the earth-mother, typical, however, for all grain-growing nations. Surely this time there is a future mental dominant Slavs — female archetype of the Earth Mother. The emergence of a day of metals territorial community where there is communal land ownership, and processing is carried out a separate family, on the one hand, determines saving big role family (actually a mother) in the education and life of a particular individual, and withother hand, reinforces sedentary, propensity to a certain piece of land that forms the mentality of a no-aggressive expansionist motivations and as a result — peacefulness. The latest feature best manifested in Ukrainian, which for all its history never won one but, however, were themselves the object of permanent conquest. The existence of modern Ukrainian territory ScythianSkolot, Ants States is representative of the capacity of the substrate to the proto-Ukrainian political organization. Study of the socio-political system Ants state, which M. S. Grushevsky generally believed the first Ukrainian state formation, and to determine certain characteristics of political mentality of their own immediate ancestors Ukrainian. The decisive role of tribal assembly, which later transformed into Kiev Rus in the council, shows immanence democratic guidelines original Ukrainian mentality. Consideration of the basic contemporary mental characteristics of the Ukrainian people will make it possible to better understand the global perspective of the newest state building in Ukraine. Recent research and publications analysis. Mentality is thoroughly investigated by many scholars as a sociocultural phenomenon in all its diversity and complexity. Particular attention deserves works that explore the phenomenon of Ukrainian mentality in all its diversity. Paper objective. The purpose of this article is to identify the modern political and (...) mental characteristics of the Ukrainian people based on an analysis of its long-standing and recent historical experience. Paper main body. The article reveals the historical context and specific features of the modern political mentality of the Ukrainian people. The most important mental char- acteristics of Ukrainians are established using methods of historical description and sociological survey. Today, community-centeredness is a necessary mental lever for the process of decentralization, which thanks to the efforts of the central Ukrainian authori- ties led by the President of Ukraine P. O. Poroshenko is gaining momentum in modern Ukraine and has full support from the overwhelming majority of the population. This is the case when Ukrainians are typical Europeans for whom the efficient system of local self-government acts as the basis of the regime of the political polyarchy. The dominant factor in the specifics of the mental basis of Ukrainianity is long-term statelessness. This factor led to the emergence and existence of statist anomie as an integral part of the political mentality of the Ukrainian people. Non-government led to the apparent disunity of Ukrainian ethnic territories in time. The affiliation of the Ukrainian lands to the Austro-Hungarian, Russian empires, Czecho- slovakia, Poland, Romania influenced the traditions, life and culture of various groups of the Ukrainian people. For example, anarchism, collectivism and paternalism are considered to be decisive for the mentality of the Dnieper people, compared with the Galician national consciousness and identification in them is much weaker. On the other hand, the mentality of Galician Ukrainians was constantly in the field of Western European culture. An important role in the mental setting of this branch of the Ukrainian people was played by the Greek-Catholic Church, which is directly subordinate to the Pope. According to the overwhelming major- ity of specialists, the habitants of Galicia have more characteristic features such as respect for property, hard work, management skills, conservatism and individualism. In addition to the regional mental separation among Ukrainians, social mental het- erogeneity has always been manifested. It is a question of the existence of two main types of mental: the Cossack and peasant. The 2004 Orange Revolution and the 2014 Revolution of Dignity showed a complete rejection of dictatorial and authoritarian-voluntarist practices with modern Ukrainian mentality. Conclusions of the research. Conclusions are drawn: the modern political mentality of the Ukrainian people has a hybrid character ; in connection with the process of decentralization, the mental constant of Ukrainianity was updated; will and freedom have become existential imperatives for the vast majority of modern representatives of the Ukrainian people; a new, pro-Western activist type of mentality is gradually being born and spread; the national identity and the state character of the political consciousness of Ukrainianity crystallize. The theses of the All-Ukrainian scientific and theoretical conference "Political and legal mentality of Ukrainian society in the context of European integration".

The range of issues related to the origins of Christianity, the birth and formation of its doctrine, the existence of Christianity at an early, pre-conciliar stage, the problem of the identity of its founder, always concerned not only Christian scholars, not only those scholars who in one way or another were involved in them in their research, but society as a whole. However, in all of this, in Ukraine these problems are not well developed. Those researchers who are now engaged (...) in them, as they say, can "count on your fingers." For the most part, this gap in Ukrainian religious studies is still traditionally filled with information from former Soviet and contemporary Russian scientific publications, some foreign reprints, and the findings of Russian Christian scholars. The main milestones of the process of mathematization of scientific knowledge in the history of philosophical thought are considered in the article, role and place of mathematics in solving basic problems of philosophy are examined.

The article deals with the use of the author’s original concept of existentialdeep structure of cultural discourses constitute the categories of ultimate bases, such as Birth, Life, Death, and Immortality in their formulaic conjunction «affirmation of life, overcoming death and the desire for immortality», as well the world view codes – Alimentary, Erotic, Aggressive and Informative ones in their strong and weak aspects. By his concept, the author examined the myths, literary works, rituals, religious and folklore texts, the structure of (...) mental forms, and proved that these elements of the structure are the basis for the construction of these texts and at the same time they are the universals of culture. As a result, the entire culture appeared as a special sign system with the same in all its forms invariant. But the one important question remained unanswered: «Can we apply the existential-semiotic concept of universals of culture in other areas of knowledge, not only in the semiotics»? The aim of the article is to review the various disciplines’ works, where the conception has been applied, with the author’s researching task to prove its transdisciplinary versatility and overall value, and thus to get the answer to this question. A positive answer to this question we have already seen in some articles, which have recognized nterdisciplinarity of the concept. Some research papers developed the concept itself, but most of the works applied the concept as a method for solving their own problems. Since the application of the concept realized in the very different fields of knowledge, such as the philosophical anthropology, cultural studies, theory and philosophy of culture, literature, folklore studies, the myth theory, social theory, pedagogy, religious studies, archaeology, sociology, theatre studies, musicology, law, social work, management theory, social communication, sports and so on, transdisciplinarity of the concept of existential semiotics is evident and clear.
