Монографія "Проблеми та перспективи розвитку системи вищої освіти в сучасному суспільстві" присвячена висвітленню особливостей функціонування сучасної вищої освіти, що виникають під впливом сучасних викликів у VUCA-світі, а також – визначенню перспектив подальшого розвитку вищої освіти. Особливу увагу авторам монографії потрібно приділяти вивченню тих умов реформування вищої освіти, які забезпечать сталий та результативний розвиток майбутніх фахівців. Автори колективної монографії дослідили комплекс нагальних проблем вищої освіти в Україні та за кордоном; визначили шляхи їх вирішення в умовах сучасних викликів на тлі трансформаційних змін (...) у суспільстві. Це, у свою чергу, вплинуло на побудову логічної структури монографії. У першому розділі монографії "Врядування у системі вищої освіти України" висвітлено проблеми ефективного управління в сучасних університетах, а також перехід від управління до врядування у закладах вищої освіти та фактори, що сприяють цьому процесу. Розглянуто український досвід щодо участі студентів у діяльності університетів. У другому розділі "Розвиток потенціалу університетів: від теорії до практики" автори вивчають фактори, які впливають на розвиток ЗВО. Особлива увага приділяється вивченню розвитку наукового-педагогічного персоналу та впровадженню інноваційних технологій у розвиток працівників закладів вищої освіти. У третьому розділі «Забезпечення якості вищої освіти: європейський та український досвід» увагу авторів монографії зосереджено на вивченні сучасних підходів до оцінювання студентів та аналізі стейкхолдерів забезпечення якості системі вищої освіти в Україні та в ЄС. The basic aspects of the political risks are characteristic of Ukrainian society. Reveals the factors that favor provocateurs political risks. As a result, the study determined that political globalization is a multifaceted process that has an ambiguous impact on different countries depending on their level of economic development and political influence in the world. Integration processes that accompany globalization, on the one hand, reduce the number of risks that are generated by the lack of dialogue, their inability to find common interests. A parallel risk management in Ukraine and the EU. Reasoned position that the political risks of modern Ukraine related to the state’s economic and political systems so that there is no clear political ideal of the country and the political doctrine which it would settle. Found that political risk plays a significant role in determining the level of country risk, especially true in developing countries and countries with economies in transition, which is important for Ukraine. The possibility of political risk is determined on the basis of: evaluating the use of coercion in the exercise of power, the impact on society of radical political forces, violations of law and order, the scale of anti-constitutional actions, the delegitimization of the political regime, the crisis of public administration, separatism, the degree of ethnic, religious, racial, social differences, particularly social inequalities, etc. Clarified the political risks of Ukrainian society and revealed their interdependence on a variety of factors, including the religious, ethnic, economic factors, geopolitical interests, the lack of public consensus that entails internal conflict and political identities. Метою статті є дослідження наявних та потенційних форм інновацій у міжнародному туризмі. У статті розглянуто особливості інноваційної діяльності та зазначено, що до інновацій в туризмі відносяться нововведення, що супроводжуються створенням нових туристичних послуг і удосконаленням старих, розробкою нових туристичних маршрутів, використанням нових технологій при обслуговуванні туристів. Зазначено, що здійснення ефективних інновацій в міжнародному туризмі має супроводжуватися принципами: науковості, системності, позитивного результату, іманентності інвестиційних процесів, відповідності інновації потребам туристів, зв'язності, безпеки, адаптивності, конкурентоздатності, керованості, врахування інноваційного потенціалу території, зворотного зв'язку. Визначено сучасні (...) форми інновацій у космічному туризмі, дарк-туризмі, індустріальному, медичному, івент-туризмі, гастрономічному, кіно-туризмі, шопінг-туризмі, фото-туризмі та віртуальному туризмі. Для аналізованих видів туризму запропоновано потенційні напрями інновації у сферах продуктової політики, технологій, маркетингу, організаційно- управлінських заходів, сервісу, логістики. Досліджено зміну моделі цінностей в сучасному українському суспільстві та її критерії.

The study of political discourse in recent decades has become a popular area of scientific studies both abroad and in Ukraine. But the complexity of political discourse as a phenomenon of political reality makes it difficult to adequately understand it and learn. Given the understanding of the political discourse as a set of political texts, incorporated by topic and updated in various forms of communication, there is a need to study political text. The very political text can be understood as (...) a set of specific elements, such as sender, recipient and the context in which the message is transfered. This article focuses on the political sender as the author of political message. The author investigates its nature and role in political discourse by using political linguistics, semiotics and linguistics. In the article is analyzed the sender as author of political text, are called different approaches to its definition and classification. The author notes, that sender is as part of political communication as a style of the political message, that can be seen in different planes, particularly in the plane of brevity and eloquence, crisis and stability, democratic and nondemocratic governance, comic or tragic, etc. The paper established a correlation between the style of political messages and political discourse, political sentiments relevant community as a whole. The article defines and analyzes the subject field of modern studies of everyday aesthetics aesthetics of the everyday; defining the specific transformation of the concept of aesthetic experience in the context of studies of aesthetics of the everyday; defining of the aesthetics of (...) urbanism as a research direction of the aesthetics of the everyday and being-in-the-city experience as the main subject of this research ; studies of aesthetics of urbanism, in particular the issues most relevant within the aesthetic studies of the being-in-the-city experience of contemporary Ukrainian city dwellers and tourists. Aesthetics of everyday life is one of the most relevant areas of modern aesthetic research within exploring the everyday experience of human in the variety of its scale and value modes is the focus on the city-wide environment, exploring the concept of the city in the context of human experience in all its diversity, involving both positive and negative factors. Experience in the city is a fundamental element of the subject field of aesthetics of everyday life and the aesthetics of urbanism for the analysis of urban space as forming human, and human as transforming urban space within a complex aesthetic evaluation process. The problems of urban aesthetics are gaining ground in such subject areas as the study of human and nature interaction, urban landscape and its negative aspects, public art and art practices as a way of forming the collective aesthetical and ethical values. Oksana Horkusha’s article «The World Outlook function of religion and church identity: challenges in the contempopary coordinates of Ukrainian reality» analyzes the world outlook functioning of churches in the events of modern Ukraine. The rhetoric and the activity of church institutions are explored, on the basis of which the 3 levels of perception of reality are distinguished: 1) global 2) "Russko-mirovsky" 3) Ukrainian. Given the characteristic of each of them.

The article deals with both ideological context as well as selective mode of the «Decommunization» Laws, and their direct relation to the ethnocentric politics of memory. The author argues that «Decommunization» is an effort of the new Ukraine’s political elite to be legitimized, but under enduring economic crisis and war conflict in East Ukraine the chosen option proves to be a way for a radical construction of the national identity. This kind of consolidation, from the one hand, threatens to disintegration (...) of socially, ethnically and regionally heterogeneous Ukrainian society and, from the other hand, it might sharply strike on the image of the country which is considered to become a subject for European integration. The article examines the events that preceded the annexation of the Crimea and occurred during the seizure of the peninsula by the Russian Federation in 2014. The reasons of invasion of Russian military forces into Ukraine are analyzed. The arguments of politicians concerning the fact that it prevented the organization of military resistance from the beginning of Russian aggression was given. The consequences of the annexation of the Crimea are determined. Prospects of further relations between Ukraine and Russia are outlined, (...) threats of escalation of the conflict are revealed. The actions of Russian Federation during annexation of Crimea rudely violated principles of international law in industry of providing of the world and safety and peaceful collaboration, namely: principle of the non-use of force or threat by force in international relations, principle of sovereign equality of the states, principle of inviolability of state boundaries, principle of territorial integrity of the states. The terms of the Budapest memorandum are broken, Agreement is broken on friendship, collaboration and partnership between Ukraine and Russian Federation of 1997 and Agreement between Ukraine and Russian Federation about the Russian-Ukrainian state boundary of 2003 on March, 16, 2014 in Crimea the so-called "referendum" took place about status of peninsula, on results that Russia "added" Crimea on March, 18, actually annexing him. The results of voting on a "referendum" are not confessed by the world. The military actions of Russia in Ukraine are a clear violation of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine. Russia continues to build a powerful military base in the Crimea. The threat of the invasion of the Russian troops into the territory of Ukraine did not disappear even today. The annexed Crimea remains an active problem, which continues to be a threat to international order. (shrink)

In the article the features of development of parity democracy in Ukraine in the context of contemporary European trends addressing gender sensitive issues in the political sphere. On the basis of the European experience analyzed the current situation regarding quantitative parameters comply with European gender requirements and the most effective measures for their implementation, as well as the status of implementation of these measures in Ukraine. The analysis shows the complex nature of addressing gender balance and representation of women, particularly (...) in political parties and the legislature. On its basis the conclusion is made that only through the joint efforts of all relevant actors, including governmental structures, political parties, media and organizations of the public sector with the use of a combination of various measures to stimulate the involvement of women in political activities it is possible to achieve gender parity. XXI ст., що розгортається, робить грандіозні виклики традиційному суспільству, національним державам і культурам, способам підготовки людини до життя, що здійснюється, насамперед, засобами освіти і виховання. Отже, мета та задача даної статті полягає в розгляді проблеми, пов’язаної з пошуком нової парадигми підготовки людини до життя, яка б забезпечила не лише адаптивне ставлення людини до дійсності, але й розвиток дійсності у відповідності до людських вимірів життя.

The annexation of Crimea and occupation of the eastern part of Ukraine provoked the crisis of the bilateral cooperation between key geopolitical players and changed an agenda of the international relations in a mid-term and long-term prospect. The primary objective of the article is the analysis of the Ukrainian-Russian conflict that takes into consideration historical preconditions and possible geopolitical consequences for Ukraine. The interdisciplinary analysis defined the international aspect of the influence on the country of such constituents as the place (...) of location, provision of resources, quality of human potential, level of cultural and mental identity and others like that. The tendencies of forming the modern geopolitical status of Ukraine are distinguished in the international arena by means of methods of the historical analogy, comparison and systemic, the idea of real events leading up to the development of UkrainianRussian conflict is discovered during the last twenty five years, and also prior directions of the activity of Ukraine as the subject of international relations. The buffer role of Ukraine was proved in opposition West-Russia as a fight of civilization character. The imperialistic moods of Russian Federation require expansion of the sphere of influence and control over the former Soviet Union republics. Otherwise, it provides validation of Putin’s regime and high rating of support by a comprehensive way of fighting against foreign enemies – Westernization and NATO. Ukrainian territory is crucial in the achievement of intention to establish itself as a new geopolitical player of global scale. However, two revolutions that took place in Ukraine result in aspirations of people to fight for democratic values as a determinant argument of civilization development. The imposed by Russia vassal type of peripheral and economically unable territory was thrown away at the mental and political level by Ukrainian society. It was proved the hypothesis, that Ukraine chose the role of defender of European values as easternmost territory of distribution the interests of the West, by defining the peripheral nature, and managing maximally possible regional support of the western neighborhoods. It allows it to form the recommendation for peaceful negotiations that will assist the solution of UkrainianRussian conflict in a diplomatic way. (shrink)
