Michail Bakhtin’s philosophy of act is considered as a metaphysical project. Bakhtin’s conception is explored in a wider context of the metaphysical project of Russian existentialism. Interpretations of the term “truth”, which correspond to different versions of existentialism, are compared. Shestov’s existentialist particularism, Berdiaev’s actualistic personalism, Bakhtin’s ethical existentialism are analysed. Existentialist implications of Gregory Palama’s metaphysics of light are considered.

Topicality. Under the conditions of Ukraine’s integration into the European community, there is an urgent need to restructure all social institutions, freeing them from all forms of discrimination, including on the basis of gender. Modern problems of the state's socioeconomic development require a new look at the functional roles of men and women, as well as the understanding that the political, economic, cultural future of society depends on overcoming gender stereotypes that are deeply rooted in the social and individual consciousness (...) and inhibit social progress, and also the development of democracy. That is why, today, it is extremely important to study the issue of social influence and the role of women and determine their social status against the backdrop of the historical development of our state. Purpose. The article studies the emergence and adoption of the phenomenon of gender as a factor of the social status of the Ukrainian woman in the historical, philosophical and legal realm. Methodology. In the research process the authors used the methods of analyzing and synthesizing historical sources to study the content and main provisions of philosophical concepts and legal norms that formed the social status of a Ukrainian woman at different historical periods of society development, with their subsequent comparison and generalization. Originality. The work further develops the theory of gender processes with the use of interdisciplinary approaches to the study of the phenomenon of gender in the historical, philosophical and legal field as a factor of the social status of the Ukrainian woman, to critically re-evaluate the value guidelines on the construction of modern society and the formation of new ideas about the role and model of behavior of men and women and their interaction in society. Conclusions. For a long time, the social status of women was formed under the influence of philosophical views and concepts, slowly turned into the moral traditions of peoples and the rule of law. The high status of a woman, as a full-fledged member of society, formed in the early state stages, lost its relevance already in the days of antiquity. The woman became a symbol of exclusively domestic, family relations and played the role of guardian of the private foundations of the social being of men. This trend found its continuation in the Roman Empire, significantly increased in the Middle Ages and left an imprint in the philosophy of modern times and German classical philosophy. In the period from Kievan Rus to the twentieth century, the Ukrainian woman remained a victim of stereotyped thinking. Despite the normative settlement of the equality of men and women in modern conditions, this equality has a purely declarative nature. (shrink)

У статті здійснюється історико-філософський розгляд контроверсійних підвалин комунікативних стратегій, де під контроверсіями розуміється принцип суперечності діалогу як такого, а під комунікативними стратегіями – діалог як «раціональна комунікація», тобто комунікація з наперед заданою метою. Показано зв’язок між морально-етичною настановою історичних періодів та принципом діалогу, притаманного цій добі. Виявлено, що принцип діалогу, запроваджений ще у добу Античності як спосіб знаходження порозуміння, знайшов своє продовження у диспутах середньовічних університетів та жанру діалогу доби Відродження. Водночас індивідуалізм доби Відродження, раціональна настанова Просвітництва та наукові дослідження (...) Нового часу усталили суб’єкт-об’єктний принцип взаємин; відновлення принципу діалогу як засобу порозуміння, пов’язується, зокрема, із працями представників комунікативної філософії. Акцентується увага на значущості критичного мислення та безперервної освіти як засобу подолання маніпулятивних впливів, зокрема у ситуації названою «добою постправди», що актуалізує дане дослідження. При дослідженні впливу застосування інноваційних хімічних речовин в сільському господарстві на міжнародну торгівлю продовольчою продукцією, було розглянуто позитивні й негативні сторони хімізації сільського господарства й виявлено, що цей процес, безумовно, є масштабним проривом в науково-технічному прогресі. Він заснований на широкому застосуванні хімічних речовин в рослинництві й тваринництві, і приводить до значного підвищення конкурентоздатності сільськогосподарської продукції, яка полягає в притаманних їй якісних характеристиках та рівні ціни. В результаті аналізу та узагальнення поглядів сучасних вчених, що вивчають міжнародну торгівлю інноваційною продукцією, було встановлено (...) наступне: країни, що експортують результати діяльності, в якій застосовувалися передові технології, показують швидше зростання обсягів експорту, ніж експортери продуктів застарілої технології. Ukraine occupies a special position among multiple centers of power. Since independence, Ukraine is an active participant of global geopolitics, so study the problem of border areas is relevant for our country interest because it has specific geopolitical, cultural, civilizational and geo-economic features an develops on the periphery of geopolitical regions. Study the situation around the Ukrainian issue within the geo-strategic and geo-economic paradigm of geopolitical analysis of interstate integration makes it possible to consider the Ukrainian crisis as a fragment (...) of the complete picture in the competition for resources between the fragmented West and divided the East. Geo-economic component of the modern Ukrainian crisis is reflected in the struggle for the European market between the US and China in the global economic crisis. Ukrainian territory was to be part of the new Silk Road connecting China and the European Union markets. In other words, Russia perceives the «problem of Ukraine», as part of its relations with the West, while the West mainly as a deterrent capabilities of Moscow, as a regional and global power center. In such circumstances, an important issue for the possibility of the continued existence of Ukraine as an independent and integral state is to develop effective geo-strategic doctrine, which would include national security doctrine that determines the technology of the state behavior to achieve their goals in the geopolitical, geoeconomical and geo-information space. The issue of political stability is one of the most important research problems of modern political science. The issue of political stability does not occur by itself – pressure of an internal and external environment on the political system is the condition that makes the existing power to find new ways and sources of stabilization system. One of the most important aspects of this problem is to determine the factors and the formation of a system of indicators that influence the (...) formation of political stability and will make it possible to give a rough estimate of its condition. The article is devoted to the conceptual analysis of globally-glocal interpretations of the archetype of the House, taking into account the peculiarities of the organization of social space in modern transformations of the city. The archetype of the House as a component of the universal symbolic triad “House - Field - Temple” is considered from the standpoint of contradictory global transformations of the modern city, the global manifestations of which are specified in ontological, existential, cultural and phenomenological aspects. The proposed (...) archetypal triad has a powerful ontological orientation in determining the existential foundations of the temporal deployment of the life path against the background of the realities of native culture, nature, family comfort in vital networks of the interweaving of the material and ideal. The archetype of Fields is associated with nature, the environment, mother earth, which reflects the organic connection of human, nature and ethnicity. The modern interpretation of the archetype of Fields is the value basis of environmental movements, which finds original implementation in environmental styles for the development of urban studies and eco-feminism. The archetype of the Temple symbolizes sacredness, which can be embodied in the semantic contexts of the language and cultural areas of shrines. The archetype of the House has an existential filling of orderliness and security, which concretizes the locus of one’s own truth and freedom, showing family unity and general comfort, which tends to be clearly labeled as a separate space of “One”s”. The crisis connotation of the archetype of the House has existential contexts of the loss of internal connection with the native land, occupation and capture, which is manifested in images of ruins, emptiness, breaking the connection of generations and doom to wander. The glocal-global theming of the archetype of the House demonstrates the possibility of expanding the space of His-Own from a specific locus of residence to global dimensions of the planetary perception of the World-as-Home, which is manifested in cosmopolitan settings and understanding the shared responsibility for the future of humanity. A separate perspective of the archetypal interpretation of the House provides for the formation of common places of We-House as an organization of a cultural landscape of common interest in the form of a public space “We-in-the-world” as a common place for work, study and development, which is specified in the formats of the People’s House, House of Culture, hub, coworking, smartworking, etc. The article notes that the archetype of the House is a local expression of constructing an open living topos in the unity of sociocultural, natural and sacred-symbolic, characterizing the city of the globalization era not only in terms of universality, but also the activation of regionality, the need for selfdetermination in uniqueness, organic connection of the past and future, adaptation advantages of environmental friendliness, etc. (shrink)
