Purpose. Objectives of the study are as follows: to remove the reduction of women to a metaphysical subject, to the "castrated Other" through the correlation of postmodern strategies and gender medicine; to institutionalize gender medicine as knowledge and practical activities that improve the quality and span of life of women based on the methodological application of deconstruction, complementarity, differance, "double writing", X-subject treatment and biomedical innovations; the perspective of gender medicine development is the implementation of the concept of "sovereign writing" (...) of postmodern in individual treatment of a person. Theoretical basis. Shock value of the title means farewell to metaphysics in the complex of its derived concepts. The author criticizes the abstract, reduced, marginalized, deviant subject of classical metaphysics and its continuation in psychoanalysis, explores the correlation of postmodern philosophy strategies and biomedical innovations. The allusion to the masterpiece of world cinematography Pasolini’s "Ciao maschio" corresponds to the rhizomatic stylistics of the postmodern. Originality. After feminist transgressions, gender constructivism postmodern philosophy demonstrates a new subject and a new methodology, which formed gender medicine. Differance, distinction, complementarity, X-subject of treatment, chiasmatic movement, "double writing", "sovereign writing" organically turned over and reconstructed modern medicine in gender, biochemical, and hormonal innovative variations. Conclusions. 1. Based on the philosophy and biomedical innovations, a new direction has grown – gender medicine, which has removed the reduction of women to a metaphysical subject, "castrated Other", which has improved the quality of women’s health and span of life. 2. Gender medicine in organic combination with the strategies of deconstruction, complementarity, differance, distinction as hormonal distinction, "double writing" as a "dual protocol" of treatment for the same diseases of men and women, the treatment of X-subject turned out to be "new wisdom", which improves the quality of health and span of life in everyday practice. 3. The prospect of the gender medicine’s development is in the implementation of the "sovereign writing" as an individual treatment of a specific person. (shrink)

The aim of this work is to implement hospital clowning as an urban social project into the space of social and philosophical research. One of the bright and good projects in volunteering is hospital clowning. As a form of volunteering, hospital clowning has not been practically investigated that this activity of rehabilitating children in hospital in many countries is a professional activity. The research methodology consists in using a combination of general scientific and interdisciplinary research methods: induction and deduction, generalization, (...) ‘case studies’, historical and comparative approaches. According to the philosophical and anthropological ontology of M. Bakhtin, a dialogical worldview opens up prospects for an existential-ontological understanding of the ethics of an act. The scientific novelty of the study is to consider hospital clowning as a variety of ‘laughter culture’, “popular laughter’, ‘carnivalization’ and, at the same time, ‘responsible act’ of volunteers who develop this direction in different cities of Ukraine. Volunteering contributes to the formation of a democratic society, which should be based on the principles of freedom, creativity and humanism. Among the reasons why people engage in volunteer activities and charity is the desire to share what is good, moral, fashion or the trend to do good, because it is accepted and brings moral satisfaction. Sometimes a person feels a need or emptiness in himself and tries to fill it through good deeds. In creativity, along with clowns, children rest from medical procedures and reveal their fears and experiences. Such art therapy is directed against the ‘hospital syndrome’, and the clown becomes a companion for the child to recover. In some hospitals, clowns accompany the child to surgery, and distract the child during painful medical procedures. Prospects for further research are to study the role of biographical / autobiographical experience in the framework of hermeneutic and phenemenological interpretations. This will contribute to the creation of a cross-disciplinary concept of medical gelotology and the development of a modern laughing culture. (shrink)

The article is about metaphysical studies of Peter Linitskyi’s (1839–1906), a professor of the Department of Logic and Metaphysics in the Kyiv Theological Academy. For many years P. Linitskyi taught students of the Academy all parts of metaphysics. The author of the article examines all approaches to metaphysical issues that the Kyiv professor held. Special attention is paid to the arguments that P. Linitskyі used to protect metaphysics from attempts to prove its inability to formulate theoretical knowledge about transcendental objects (...) – God, Soul, World. Deep analysis conducted by P. Linitskyi with regard to the purpose and task of metaphysics revealed different principles of construction and substantiation of metaphysical knowledge, significant impact that metaphysics of materialistic philosophy of that time had on metaphysics, as well as positivism, which despite all the criticism of metaphysical doctrine, showed a strong connection with and dependence on metaphysical principles and concepts of positivism even derived from metaphysics. A concept of “Matter” in materialistic philosophy (C. Vogt, L. Büchner, J. Moleschott), “the Unknowable” concepts of the positivists (H. Spencer) – all these doctrines meet the basic criteria of transcendent reality, which is the subject of traditional metaphysics. In his studies of the origins of metaphysics, P. Linitskyi draws the reader’s attention to those conceptual approaches that reduced metaphysics to psychical motives such as interest, curiosity, desire to discover new truths about “hidden” things, search for answers to questions caused by fear of death, egoism or altruism, intent on explaining transcendent things based on his knowledge. Not ignoring these subjective motives of metaphysics, Kyiv professor believed that metaphysics needs to be studied and explained more thoroughly, namely, what is a logical-epistemological and categorical definition of the subject of metaphysics, as well as the recognition of theological basis which lays in cognition of it. Only a combination of all these factors allows existence of metaphysics as a philosophical science. (shrink)
