    This article articulates and defends a dissolution of the so-called repugnant conclusion, which focuses on the notion of life worth living figuring both in Parfit's formulation of the repugnant conclusion and in most responses to such a conclusion.   • Straw men with broken legs: a response to Per Sundstrom.P. Singer - 1995 - Journal of Medical Ethics 21 (2):89-90.
    Per Sundström has totally misunderstood what I was trying to do when, in the context of my debate with some German opponents of my views, I referred to their views as implying that if we break a leg, we should not try to get it mended. My brief response corrects this misunderstanding.
