    In this paper, I explore two closely related ethical principles, ‘Ought implies Can’ and the Kantian ‘Du kannst, denn du sollst’ . The former principle is mainly used to diffuse moral dilemmas and other problem cases. Possibility is a necessary condition of obligation.
