У статті подається короткий огляд прагматичного емпіризму Джеймса, емпіризму Дьюї, неопрагматистських ідей Рорті, огляд метамоделей Крейга щодо теорії комунікації. На основі даного огляду авторка обґрунтовує необхідність радикалізації прагматизму та аналізує його вплив на комунікаційні дослідження. Досліджується теорія комунікації Роберта Крейга, яку він розглядає як практичну дисципліну. Доводиться, що всі теорії комунікації є взаєморелевантними, якщо їх адресують у практичний життєвий світ, в якому «комунікація» вже є багатозначним терміном. Кожна традиція теорії комунікації походить з риторичних посилань на певні загальноприйняті уявлення про комунікації, (...) оскаржуючи інші переконання. Взаємодоповнення та напруженість традицій породжують теоретичний метадискурс, який перетинається з існуючим практичним метадискурсом у суспільстві та потенційно інформує про нього. За попередньою схемою комунікативного поля риторична, семіотична, феноменологічна, кібернетична, соціально-психологічна, соціокультурна і критична традиції теорії комунікації вирізняються властивими способами визначення комунікації та проблем спілкування, метадискурсивними словниками та метадискурсивними загальними поняттями. Запропоновано порівняльну аргументацію між традиціями, розглянуто результати для теоретичної роботи та дисциплінарної практики в цій галузі. (shrink)

In the author's article Volodymyr Hurzhy "The current state of the project "Russkyi mir" and the consequences of its implementation in Ukraine" interprets the project "Russian measure" as a new form of the Russian national idea, which always had a relational-mythological core and was associated with ideas about choices Russian people. From the ideological point of view, the doctrine of the "Russkyi mir" is an option of a religiously motivated ideology appealing to the Orthodox values, specifically meaningful Russian history, the (...) Russian language as a marker of the territories to which the project is directed. These parameters make it possible to identify the "Russkyi mir" doctrine as one of the options for post-secular global religious-political projects. The vast majority of Soviet rituals and practices were "absorbed" by the "Russkyi mir" and continue to be preserved and function in modern Russia in the 21st century in a re-imagined form. But now, with the loss of sacrality of the first of the key Soviet holidays - the Day of the October Revolution - the function of "the beginning of a new world" took over the holiday of the Victory Day. This function is enshrined in the collective memory of the people through the annual military parades, the historical reconstruction of the key battles of the Second World War, the spread and consolidation in the public consciousness of the thought of determining the role of the Russian people in gaining victory over Hitler's Germany as an absolute evil. Constantly reproducing an existentially marginal situation, the state affects the key need of its citizens in the sense of global security. These representations in total show new technologies for the deployment of conflict situations, based on global competition in the plane of values. (shrink)

März 2010 erschienen ist, im Umlauf gebracht, und bezeichnet eine wissenschaftliche (...) Disziplin, welche die morphogenetische Linguistk und Neurobiologie vereint, um die Zusammenhänge zwischen Wahrnehmung, Verhalten und Wortbildung zu erforschen. Die Sprache ist das Mittel zwischenmenschlicher Verständigung, und der Sprache ist dieses Buch gewidmet. Wie entsteht Sprache? Welche sprachliche Formen gab es, gibt es heute, und wird es noch geben? In welchem Verhältnis steht Kultur zur Sprache? Was sind neurobiologische Grundlagen des Denkens und der Verbalisierung mentaler Inhalte? Mit diesen und anderen Fragen befasst sich neue Wissenschaft, die im Jahr 2010 gegründet wurde, um interdisziplinär die Zusammenhänge zwischen Wahrnehmung, Wortbildung und Verhalten zu erforschen. Определено, что туристическая индустрия имеет важное значение для развития государства, однако ее роль в странах отличается в силу влияния ряда факторов. Идентифицированы угрозы, проблемы, тенденции, вызовы, риски и субъекты как главные факторы развития туристической деятельности в Украине. Отмечено, что дальнейшее развитие туризма в Украине обеспечит реализацию социально-экономического потенциала государства в краткосрочной и стратегической перспективе.

Durkheim’s epistemology, the argument for the social origins of the categories of the understanding, is his most important and most neglected argument. This argument has been confused with his sociology of knowledge and Durkheim’s overall position has been misunderstood as a consequence. This lead to the argument that there are two Durkheims: a functionalist positivist and an idealist. The current popularity of a “cultural" or “ideological” interpretation of Durkheim is as much a misunderstanding of his position as the “functional" interpretation (...) from which the current interpretations seek to rescue him. Durkheim articulated a sophisticated epistemology in the classical sense, a point that has been entirely missed. The argument, which is articulated mainly in the central chapters of “The Elementary Forms of Religious Life”, locates the origin of the fundamental categories of thought in the concrete empirical details of enacted practices. For social constructivists, social consensus, structure, or shared practices lead persons to believe certain things or think in certain ways. Because persons share the same beliefs, they act in ways that reinforce those beliefs. For Durkheim, however, the genesis of the categories of the understanding in enacted practice solved the problem of indeterminacy. (shrink)

Problem setting. The development of a modern, democratic Ukrainian state requires an integrated approach. An important component of this process is the establishment of spiritual values and guidelines that contribute to the development of the Ukrainian nation and the strengthening of its security on the international arena. In this context, the spiritual imperatives of the domestic state-building need not only clarification and modernization, but also protection in conditions of information aggression against our country. Recent research and publications analysis. Problematics of (...) the domestic state-building in the spiritual and value, and security contexts are presented in a number of scientific works of a diverse methodological direction. Thus, S. Konyk offers his vision of the state-building process on the basis of an integrated approach and associates its effectiveness precisely with the proper management of certain entities and the degree of their values development. In its turn, V. Karlova focuses on the special role of national elite in the state development by means of carriage the basic functions. Among such functions, she distinguishes primarily strategic, communicative, integrative. From the standpoint of S. Vovkanych, it is the Ukrainian national elite, at the present stage of the state-building, that should take responsibility for the consolidation of the nation. Paper objective. In this research, it is planned to analyze the basic spiritual imperatives of the Ukrainian state-building and to identify the main threats to their implementation. Paper main body. The formulation of spiritual guidelines of the domestic state-building is closely interconnected with various social processes and development trends of the Ukrainian nation as a history subject. Unconditionally, a special mission, which is the development of the nation spiritual guidelines, of the main directions of state growth, is assigned to various elite groups, which have an intellectual, organizational, political and legal potential and are able to guide society towards prosperity. In this way, the economic, legal, security and social policies should be based on the national idea, and should not contradict the spiritual heritage of the Ukrainian people. Nowadays, a number of experts talk about the advisability of creating a state-building ideology as an embodiment of a national development project based on the ideas of conciliarism, cultural identity, democracy, the rule of law, protection of human rights and freedoms, social justice, etc. Conclusions of the research. Therefore, the spiritual imperatives of the modern domestic state-building should be a continuation of those values that were developed by the best representatives of the Ukrainian nation during the national liberation struggle. On the other hand, the spiritual stratagems of the Ukrainian state development should conform to modern domestic and foreign political realities, should not be “archaic” and narrowly political.
