The article analyzes Petro Kudriavtsev’s historical philosophical conception in the context of basic tendencies and reference points of development of historical philosophical science in Europe in 19th – the beginning of 20th cent. For this purpose, the place and significance of reception of European philosophy in the P. Kudriavtsev’s historic philosophical works are identified. Furthermore, the article discusses the complex of philosophical and historical ideas that appeared to be productive for development of Kudriavtsev’s original historical philosophical conception. The latter is (...) proved to be formulated in the process of deep creative interpretation of European historical philosophical studies achievements, such as ethics and philosophical constructions of the European thought. The author finds out the particularity of the P. Kudriavtsev’s original approach to understanding of historical philosophical process, based on comprehension of rationalism and empiricism, two opposite models of historical philosophical knowledge. Besides, the author argues for the similarity in approach to the history of philosophy between P. Kudriavtsev and the representatives of historical-philosophical tradition after Hegel. Reconstruction of P. Kudriavtsev’s historical philosophical conception allows the author to conclude, on the one hand, that conception reflected one of the central problems in Western European philosophy on the edge of 19 th – 20 th centuries – the problem of values. On the other hand, the conception was aimed to oppose the relativistic and nihilistic tendencies, which dominated in Modern European philosophy. (shrink)

У монографії викладено результати дослідження автора щодо передумов та сутності радикального джихадизму в Європі початку ХХІ століття, а також осмислення наявних прогнозів щодо майбутнього цього явища. Для фахівців у галузі релігієзнавства, а також усіх, хто цікавиться дослі-дженням радикальних напрямків в ісламі.

Статтю присвячено дослідженню альтернативних можливостей інтерпретації Декартової концепції cogito: як авто-референтної структури і як авто-афекційності. Контекстом аналізу виступає трансцендентально-феноменологічний ракурс погляду на картезіанську філософію як на засновок трансцендентального мотиву. Визначено роль принципу авто-референтності в трансцендентальному дискурсі. На ґрунті розгляду перспектив тлумачення картезіанського підходу, запропонованих М. Анрі й Ж.-Л. Марйоном, виявлено моменти іррелевантності авто-афекційної настанови вимогам трансцендентального мислення і втомивовано адекватність авто-референтної моделі його засадам. Авторка доходить висновку, що, попри позірну пріоритетність авто-афекційності для трансцендентального дискурсу, пов’язану насамперед з притаманною їй радикалізацією (...) функціонального аспекту свідомості й усуненням небезпеки субстантивації cogito, закладеної в структурі авто-референтності, остання видається відповіднішою вимогам трансцендентального мислення, оскільки передбачає збереження принципу відношення-відмінності, конститутивного для трансцендентальної думки – який в умовах авто-афекційності виявляється редукованим. The article considers the Ukrainian translation of the latest edition of Hegel's work “The Phenomenology of Spirit”. The analysis focuses on the conformity of this translation with the generally accepted world requirements and norms that put forward the translation and publication of classical philosophical texts. The historical circumstances of the appearance of “Phänomenologie des Geistes” are briefly considered, as well as the history of its editing and republishing in the 19-20th cent., and it is shown that without this history any (...) translation cannot be considered as acceptable. The article is devoted to the actual problem of interaction of state authorities and civil society institutions in the sphere of humanitarian policy. The author seeks to examine the main aspects of such interaction, analyze the participation of civil society in the formation of the state humanitarian policy and determine the main factors of its implementation. The study of Ukrainian civil society as an object of managerial influence on humanitarian policy requires addressing the problem of delimiting the competence of the (...) state and society and determining the economic and political status of self-governing structures. The urgency of the problem of our study is that, despite the availability of publications related to the analysis of various aspects of communication between the state and civil society, to date, the problem of the very socio-political (social, civil dialogue, and formation of institutional mechanisms of dialogue interaction between power and society in Ukraine. A special kind of intersubjective dialogue is the institutional social and political dialogue between the state and civil society that takes place in the sphere of humanitarian policy. In recent years, the Ukrainian authorities are actively engaged in the creation of civil society institutions, today significant and important changes are taking place in the institutional design of the civil society of modern Ukraine. This tendency is expressed in the emergence and institutionalization of a number of new practices of interaction between society and government. In the same series, institutionalization of such interactions as negotiating procedures, discussions, debates, as well as tolerance, feedback mechanism, public relations The use of structural and functional analysis and the systemic method as the main ones in the study made it possible to conclude that, on the one hand, the range of the main functions and tasks of civil society, as a rule, is out of the framework of the current state structure. However, on the other hand, in some cases, civil society institutes can take part in governance by taking on a number of government functions. The specificity and effectiveness of this interaction depends on the specific political situation and on how effectively the public administration process is implemented in this case - whether it will be complicity or support from the state, or an informal substitution of non-working formal institutions. The result of the work is practical recommendations for removing obstacles and improving the intersubjective dialogue between civil society and the state in the field of humanitarian policy. (shrink)
