The article deals with long-term process and measures to intensify the all orthodox efforts during the twentieth century for the preparation of the Ecumenical Orthodox council, which acquired the special dynamics after the Second Vatican Council.

Purpose. Objectives of the study are as follows: to remove the reduction of women to a metaphysical subject, to the "castrated Other" through the correlation of postmodern strategies and gender medicine; to institutionalize gender medicine as knowledge and practical activities that improve the quality and span of life of women based on the methodological application of deconstruction, complementarity, differance, "double writing", X-subject treatment and biomedical innovations; the perspective of gender medicine development is the implementation of the concept of "sovereign writing" (...) of postmodern in individual treatment of a person. Theoretical basis. Shock value of the title means farewell to metaphysics in the complex of its derived concepts. The author criticizes the abstract, reduced, marginalized, deviant subject of classical metaphysics and its continuation in psychoanalysis, explores the correlation of postmodern philosophy strategies and biomedical innovations. The allusion to the masterpiece of world cinematography Pasolini’s "Ciao maschio" corresponds to the rhizomatic stylistics of the postmodern. Originality. After feminist transgressions, gender constructivism postmodern philosophy demonstrates a new subject and a new methodology, which formed gender medicine. Differance, distinction, complementarity, X-subject of treatment, chiasmatic movement, "double writing", "sovereign writing" organically turned over and reconstructed modern medicine in gender, biochemical, and hormonal innovative variations. Conclusions. 1. Based on the philosophy and biomedical innovations, a new direction has grown – gender medicine, which has removed the reduction of women to a metaphysical subject, "castrated Other", which has improved the quality of women’s health and span of life. 2. Gender medicine in organic combination with the strategies of deconstruction, complementarity, differance, distinction as hormonal distinction, "double writing" as a "dual protocol" of treatment for the same diseases of men and women, the treatment of X-subject turned out to be "new wisdom", which improves the quality of health and span of life in everyday practice. 3. The prospect of the gender medicine’s development is in the implementation of the "sovereign writing" as an individual treatment of a specific person. (shrink)

Purpose. The article deals with the consideration of certain types of value models of human creation from the standpoint of philosophical anthropology and social philosophy. It is about certain models that fulfill the worldview-semantic modes of a person. Theoretical basis. The authors cover peculiarities of such models in the process of creation of "the new types of a person". The process of reformatting these types and its means are studied. The process of valuing metamorphoses of Ukrainians is taken as an (...) example. The research is limited to the Soviet period and the period of independence, which is reflected respectively in Thesis I – The Phenomenon of Homo Sovieticus and Thesis II – A Person in the Situation of Post-Homo Sovieticus. The emphasis is on the peculiarities of the value matrix of these types and their ideological potential. Originality is in the disclosure of anthropological models that correspond to the value functionality, that is, the determination and expression of the essence of a person. It is shown that certain projects, under the conditions of forced reformatting, by their value reduction are classified as inhuman. They are based on the narrative of ideological myth and deprived of the projection of the complete development of a personality. The proposed approach allows to revise the current trends of such projections and, most importantly, to predict their value potentials in the dynamics of the transformational progress of the essence of the modern Ukrainian. Conclusions. The essay reflects the process of transformation of the worldview-semantic modes, which are represented by two situations-products – the Soviet person and the contemporary. The first type is formed by the mythology of political ideology. This person is deprived of himself or herself. Their collective identity is brought up by the anthropological effect of violence and fear. The second type is very similar. This person finds himself or herself in the situation of value disorientation, nostalgic impulses and instrumental thinking. Their task is to move towards the "monad personality". This is possible by means of formation of the "own philosophy", "inherent teleology of a breakthrough", as well as by taking into account the problem of consolidation and radicalism of external factor. У статті досліджено частково фразеологізовані речення з семантикою зумовленості, описано засоби зв’язку між їхніми частинами. Схарактеризовано семантико-структурні різновиди двох підтипів частково фразеологізованих речень із відношеннями зумовленості. Простежено специфіку вираження дії в пре- і постпозитивних частинах цих речень, описано специфіку додаткової семантики, що нашаровується на основне значення.

Висвітлюється науковий доробок Л. Т. Масенко – визначного українського мовознавця, доктора філологічних наук, професора. Проаналізовано основні засади її соціолінгвістичної концепції, схарактеризовано вплив її ідей на мовну політику в сучасній Україні.

The article reviews logical and mathematical problems, which were the starting point of what is now known as “analytical philosophy”. The author proves that the moment of birth of analytical philosophy was Frege’s invention of a notation for quantifiers and va-riables in 1879. Another source of analytical philosophy was rather declaration than proof of certain philosophical beliefs by Moore and Russell during the 1990s. Generally, an analysis of these sources serves to clarify what analytical philosophy is and what it is (...) not, as well as why it appeared exactly at the beginning of the 20th century. (shrink)

The main problems of crisis research methodology are considered. Logical, general scientifi and special methods used by political scientists are considered. In modern political science different methods are used. Gabriel Almond and David Easton used system approach. Easton’s principal research interest was in elaborating a systems analytical approach as a central means of understanding how political systems operate. Structural functionalism is a framework for building theory that sees society as a complex system whose parts work together to promote solidarity and (...) stability. This approach looks at society through a macro-level orientation, which is a broad focus on the social structures that shape society as a whole, and believes that society has evolved like organisms. This approach looks at both social structure and social functions. Functionalism addresses society as a whole in terms of the function of its constituent elements; namely norms, customs, traditions and political institutions. A common analogy, popularized by Herbert Spencer, presents these parts of society as organs that work toward the proper functioning of the whole body. In the most basic terms, it simply emphasizes the effort to impute, as rigorously as possible, to each feature, custom, or practice, its effect on the functioning of a supposedly stable, cohesive system. For Talcott Parsons, structural-functionalism came to describe a particular stage in the methodological development of social science, rather than a specifi school of thought. The structural functionalism approach can be considered as macrosociological analysis, with a broad focus on social structures that shape society as a whole. Ilya Prigogine developed a synergetic one for political crises research. Synergetics is an interdisciplinary science explaining the formation and self-organization of patterns and structures in open systems. In the last few decades political crises have been studied not only in Western countries, but also in post-Socialist ones. The Polish scientist Piotr Sztompka explains the factors and consequences of crises and revolutions. (shrink)

The conceptual phenomenon of image of a political leader is analyzed, as well as the peculiarities of its design in the era of transition to an information society. The method of determining the effectiveness of a political leader’s image is offered. The article aims to determine the characteristics that do not require large-scale search to determine the level of trust, sympathy, and affection to the leader in order to determine the values of the basic image parameters. With comprehensive methodological tools (...) is developed the formula for calculating the efficiency of image of a political leader, based on indicators defined according to the current political system and the preferences of the people. It is determined that the parameters of image of a political leader can be found through the entrenched stereotypes and priorities of society and measurable variables actualized by social demand. It is proved that modern political science requires practical tools that can provide applied political studies including the sphere of political image with heuristic instruments. (shrink)

The article notes that political protest, such as in the Soviet period was totally rejected and could not be the subject of study. Have been developed a common practice against those who disagree with the official way, namely, physical destruction or isolation. Political protest has now become tangential subject of study in domestic science and requires a thorough scientific understanding to develop the concept of interaction, response, and settlement between the state and the subject of the protest and other civil (...) society actors.
