This article discusses the possible consequences of the decentralization process in the system of higher education in Ukraine. The attention to possible hidden privatization of public universities in the direction of education. Focused look at the realities of higher education, compared with the peculiarities of the society of the middle ages. It indicated a signifiant gulf opportunities and revenues university leaders and their subordinates. Displaying the lack of dialogue between the leaders of Ukrainian educational sphere and ordinary teachers. The article explicates platonic concept of family in the sacral and symbolic dimension. The notion of hierophany is the key to understanding the family in Platonism. Having analyzed Plato’s dialogues ‘Phaedrus’, ‘Symposium’, ‘Republic’, ‘Laws’, it was concluded than Platonism makes soteriological impact on the perception of marriage. Salvation in platonism can be realized when a personal or collective is established in the Good and there is a sacral and symbolic marriage that unites the soul and Good or a community of (...) souls and Good. These both identifid aspects are clearly visible in the works of Christian Platonists. (shrink)

Purpose. The article deals with the consideration of certain types of value models of human creation from the standpoint of philosophical anthropology and social philosophy. It is about certain models that fulfill the worldview-semantic modes of a person. Theoretical basis. The authors cover peculiarities of such models in the process of creation of "the new types of a person". The process of reformatting these types and its means are studied. The process of valuing metamorphoses of Ukrainians is taken as an (...) example. The research is limited to the Soviet period and the period of independence, which is reflected respectively in Thesis I – The Phenomenon of Homo Sovieticus and Thesis II – A Person in the Situation of Post-Homo Sovieticus. The emphasis is on the peculiarities of the value matrix of these types and their ideological potential. Originality is in the disclosure of anthropological models that correspond to the value functionality, that is, the determination and expression of the essence of a person. It is shown that certain projects, under the conditions of forced reformatting, by their value reduction are classified as inhuman. They are based on the narrative of ideological myth and deprived of the projection of the complete development of a personality. The proposed approach allows to revise the current trends of such projections and, most importantly, to predict their value potentials in the dynamics of the transformational progress of the essence of the modern Ukrainian. Conclusions. The essay reflects the process of transformation of the worldview-semantic modes, which are represented by two situations-products – the Soviet person and the contemporary. The first type is formed by the mythology of political ideology. This person is deprived of himself or herself. Their collective identity is brought up by the anthropological effect of violence and fear. The second type is very similar. This person finds himself or herself in the situation of value disorientation, nostalgic impulses and instrumental thinking. Their task is to move towards the "monad personality". This is possible by means of formation of the "own philosophy", "inherent teleology of a breakthrough", as well as by taking into account the problem of consolidation and radicalism of external factor. The problem of tolerance as a component of effective professional education and harmonious development of the individual in society is shown. The etymology of word “tolerance” and its development in the historical context are brought. The analysis of the formation and development of the tolerance concept is done. The features of formation of tolerance in students’ consciousness on an example of research carried out among the students of the Zaporizhzhia State Engineering Academy are found.

The paper explores the argument from introspection as a counterargument for the validity of reductive materialism and, in other cases, of any type of materialism. The author uses methods and conceptual apparatus of analytic philosophy, as well as the instruments of logical analysis to demonstrate falsity of this argument and impossibility of its usage for the defense of dualism and criticism of materialism. Theory of mind, proposed by David Chalmers, is revisited to demonstrate the epistemic asymmetry arises in case of (...) usage of introspection-argument against materialism. The phenomenon of epistemic asymmetry is explained through the discordance between causal and conceptual relations. The author uses thought experiments as well, to demonstrate uselessness of additional sense, which arises in case of ontological postulation of such concepts as “conscious experience” as something to what introspection propositions refer. The argument from “cultural diversity”, holding the support of introspection-argument, is revisited as well. The results of research resulted into conclusion, to which the ontologization of subjective experience as a proof of causal openness of physical world for the dualism of features and properties is illegitimate and beats completely off the mark. Therefore, the argument from introspection, which is considered the ‘protective belt’ of modern dualistic and non-reductive materialistic approaches (from naturalistic dualism to ‘folk-psychology’, cannot suit as an argument in the discussions in philosophy of mind. У статті проаналізовано вольові аспекти політичної активності на індивідуальному і суспільному рівнях. Особлива увага у дослідженні зосереджена на визначенні змісту та форм політичної активності. Встановлено, що вольовий характер політичної активності найбільш повно виявляється у діяльності політичних партій, у процесі вироблення їх ідеології та в процесі боротьби за завоювання, утримання й використання політичної влади.

В статті проаналізовано сутність категорії «буття» в історії соціально-філософської думки, яка має багато проявів і характеристик, фундаментальні принципи, найбільш загальні категорії і визначення сутнісного існування людини; доведено, що буття культури як особливий зріз соціального простору створює поле для реалізації специфіки людської життєдіяльності і спілкування; обгрунтовано сутність антропологічного і аксіологічного підходів до буття культури як простору для самореалізації особистості та з’ясовано системно-синергетичну методологію буття культури, що являє собою зверхскладну, самоорганізовану систему. Охарактеризовано культуру буття людини у синергетичному розумінні, з точки зору постмодерністської (...) методології як культурного контексту, в основі якого принцип децентрації соціокультурної реальності. Для проведення дослідження ролі правової освіти при формуванні організаційної культури України, необхідно внести термінологічну визначеність відносно того, що сучасна наука розуміє під терміном «організаційна культура». Організаційну культуру можна розуміти як одну з субкультур, у якій знаходять своє специфічне відображення основні елементи культури суспільства: уявлення, символи, цінності, ідеали, зразки поведінки тощо. Це дає підстави стверджувати, що організаційна культура перебуває у прямій залежності від фундаментальних ідей, цінностей, символів та зразків поведінки всього суспільства, а на їх основі інтегруються індивіди й групи, через них (...) здійснюється ціннісний та нормативний контроль за їх поведінкою. Організаційна культура, на нашу думку, активно сприяє структуризації мотивацій, досягненню їх сумісності, і, відповідно, координації рішень і діяльності членів організації. Синтез стимулюючих механізмів, структуризації мотивів, внутрішньої структури забезпечує єдність будь-якої організації. Ми можемо узагальнити цей принцип взаємозв’язку, якщо скажемо, що організація формує систему цінностей. (shrink)

The article explored the relationship of the notions of "spirit", "spirituality" and "personality". Their meaning in the philosophy of G. Hegel J. Fichte, F. Nietzsche, N. Hartmann, N. Berdiaev, S. Franko and modern Ukrainian philosophy is analyzed. It was found that Hegel has the concept of the personality of the Roman jurists’ spiritual qualities: personality is not only a person who has property but it is personification. It is the opinion of the personality of the scholar is able to be (...) objective foundation of the state and of social existence and ensure the equality of people in the state. Studied Schopenhauer, Nietzsche, Berdiaev, Franko, Buber traced philosophical affinity of the views of Hegel. It is discovered that tradition combines with the concept of the four levels of spiritual development of man from the position of the proposed concept analyzed the content of the concepts of "spirit", "spirituality", "personality". It is proven that the human spirit is the personal quality of the level of development that causes her to act with the interests of society, population. The spirit of this principle that dictates a person personal way of life, abandon the selfishness of they own benefits. Spirituality is a belief in the ability to achieve moral purity and the level of the individual, which must be not only personification of the spirit, and metaphysics the foundation of public life.
