В публикации рассматриваются особенности функционирования банков развития. Проанализированы мнения ученых по поводу деятельности банков развития и их влияния на экономическое развитие страны. Определены основные цели банков развития. Обоснованы отличия между банками развития и коммерческими банками. Рассмотрены особенности деятельности Банка развития Республики Беларусь. Исследованы мнения отечественных ученых по поводу необходимости создания банка развития в Украине. Проанализированы проблемы функционирования Украинского банка реконструкции и развития, а также Всеукраинского банка развития. Предложены основные направления создания государственного банка развития в Украине.

Maxim the Confessor is an outstanding thinker, continuer of the tradition of the last ancient Neo-Platonists, author of the Byzantine philosophical and theological synthesis, which became the subject of special researches in the works of eminent domestic and foreign scholars. The study of Maxim's creative heritage has undergone a certain evolution in science. From the beginning of the scientific study of the legacy of this eminent thinker and until the mid-1960s, the efforts of scholars were aimed at reconstructing Maxim's theological (...) system. From 1965 to the beginning of the 1980s the stage of interest in the anthropology of Maxim continued. At the same time, since 1960, the ground has been prepared for the latest stage in the research of Maxim's work, namely the study of his works as a monument to the last stage of the development of the philosophy of ancient Neo-Platonists. In this article, we aim to carry out a historical and philosophical analysis of foreign studies of the work of Maxim the Confessor of the second stage of scientific study. (shrink)

Анотація. У статті увагу зосереджено на тому, чи доречно дефініювати поняття «Український світ» з врахуванням дійсної ситуації та наявності в сучасній Україні різних конфесій, що можуть самовизначатись варіативно. Українські академічні релігієзнавці вже звертались до теми «Українського світу» та ситуативно застосовували цей термін в своїх попередніх розвідках. Але осмислюючи позначуване ним, науковці усвідомили, що сам термін «Український світ» потребує більш чіткого визначення. Адже трапляються випадки, коли самому терміну відмовляють в автономності, в наявності у нього дійсного змісту, вважаючи його дзеркальним відображенням «Русского (...) міра». Так само є спроби спростувати дійсність предмету, цим терміном позначуваного. Також є актуальною і проблема усвідомлення «українського світу» релігійними суб’єктами поліконфесійної України, адже деякі з них визначаються в інших світоглядних парадигмах, з інтерпретації яких «Український світ» може й не сприйматись очевидністю. Тому автори ретельніше окреслюють обсяг та зміст поняття «Український світ» в релігійних вимірах. Стаття задовольняє пізнавальну потребу в системному релігієзнавчому аналізі, завдяки якому вдається з’ясувати, яким чином співвідносяться релігійні та конфесійні суб’єкти з культурно-бутійним локусом «Український світ». «Український світ» як поняття має власну сенсово-змістовну структуру, яка відповідає структурі того феномену, який ми цим поняттям позначаємо. Тож у обсяг поняття «Український світ» потрапляють ключові параметри українського ціннісно-смислового універсуму, український історіографічний дискурс, сформульовані українською мовою та висловлені українською культурою світоглядні системи координат, у яких визначається сучасний український громадянин та держава Україна. Різні церкви та релігійні інституції, присутні в сучасній Україні, мали б самовизначатись в координатах «Українського світу». Однак деякі церкви та релігійні інституції співвідносять себе швидше з іншими культурно-бутійними, історично-суспільними локусами. Відповідно таке самовизначення в інших координатах призводить до того, що ці церковні інституції оцінюють сучасні події та й саму державу Україна крізь оптику інших світоглядних вимірів та поводять себе як представники інших локацій. Найпроблематичнішою з таких виявляється історіографічно-ідеологічна локація «Русского міра». Адже ця імперська ідеологема намагається спростувати «Український світ» як адекватне поняття з повноцінним змістом та обґрунтовує сучасну загарбницьку війну Кремля проти України. (shrink)

В статті проаналізовано сутність категорії «буття» в історії соціально-філософської думки, яка має багато проявів і характеристик, фундаментальні принципи, найбільш загальні категорії і визначення сутнісного існування людини; доведено, що буття культури як особливий зріз соціального простору створює поле для реалізації специфіки людської життєдіяльності і спілкування; обгрунтовано сутність антропологічного і аксіологічного підходів до буття культури як простору для самореалізації особистості та з’ясовано системно-синергетичну методологію буття культури, що являє собою зверхскладну, самоорганізовану систему. Охарактеризовано культуру буття людини у синергетичному розумінні, з точки зору постмодерністської (...) методології як культурного контексту, в основі якого принцип децентрації соціокультурної реальності. Багато уваги приділяється поліпшенню комунікаційних технологій в розвитку туризму в умовах інформаційного суспільства та глобалізації. Виділено основні фактори успішного розвитку українського туризму в майбутньому; проводяться дослідження соціальних аспектів розвитку туризму різних культур. У монографії аналізуються методологічні можливості культурної предикації, що має теоретичний статус міжкультурної комунікації і дефінітивної специфікації. Вони слугують основами культурно-предикативного аналізу як гуманітарно-наукової методології. Культурно-предикативний аналіз узагальнює окремі методології гуманітарних наук. Серед них – методологія історії, методологія логіки і методологія історії філософії, в якій методології історії і логіки поєднуються на підставі принципу єдності історичного і логічного. Монографія адресована фахівцям з філософії і методології гуманітарних наук, методології історії, логіки та історії філософії, метафілософії і комунікативістики.

Монографія "Проблеми та перспективи розвитку системи вищої освіти в сучасному суспільстві" присвячена висвітленню особливостей функціонування сучасної вищої освіти, що виникають під впливом сучасних викликів у VUCA-світі, а також – визначенню перспектив подальшого розвитку вищої освіти. Особливу увагу авторам монографії потрібно приділяти вивченню тих умов реформування вищої освіти, які забезпечать сталий та результативний розвиток майбутніх фахівців. Автори колективної монографії дослідили комплекс нагальних проблем вищої освіти в Україні та за кордоном; визначили шляхи їх вирішення в умовах сучасних викликів на тлі трансформаційних змін (...) у суспільстві. Це, у свою чергу, вплинуло на побудову логічної структури монографії. Розглянуто український досвід щодо участі студентів у діяльності університетів. У другому розділі "Розвиток потенціалу університетів: від теорії до практики" автори вивчають фактори, які впливають на розвиток ЗВО. How will religion develop in the 21st century? How optimistic can her outlook be on her future? What will be the meaning of global religious change in the coming decades? Despite being very advanced in the West, the answers to these questions remain problematic. In the famous work, "Returning the Sacred: Arguments for the Future of Religion," D. Bell noted that in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries, most thinkers expected that religion would disappear in the twentieth century. At (...) the turn of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, many sociologists believed that sociologists believed that "At least since the Enlightenment, most Western intellectuals have expected the death of religion as fervently as the ancient Jews of the coming of the Messiah," reminds American religious scholars R. Stark and R. Bindbridge. and the social sciences were particularly distinguished in the prediction of the inevitable triumph of rationality over “prejudice.” The most celebrated figures in sociology, anthropology, and psychology unanimously expressed the belief that their children, or indeed grandchildren, would witness a new era in which, from Freud, the infantile illusions of religion humanity will outgrow ”. Michail Bakhtin’s philosophy of act is considered as a metaphysical project. Bakhtin’s conception is explored in a wider context of the metaphysical project of Russian existentialism. Interpretations of the term “truth”, which correspond to different versions of existentialism, are compared. Shestov’s existentialist particularism, Berdiaev’s actualistic personalism, Bakhtin’s ethical existentialism are analysed. Existentialist implications of Gregory Palama’s metaphysics of light are considered.

The present paper is a practical supplement to an earlier theoretical work by the author, published in a preceding issue, on methodological foundations of the European philosophizing in the aspect of sophical synthesis. Building upon understanding of general philosophical methodologies and their ‘epochal’ implementations as presented there, the author makes use of a cross-cutting example, to show ‘zones of responsibility’ and onto-gnoseo-epistemological limits for every mentioned ‘way towards the thing.’ Six marker packages should be of special professional interest as proposed (...) by the author to identify methodological attitudes and ‘edge’ cases ranging from Antiquity to nowadays. Validity of each and all of these packages has been illustrated with proper textual material, i. e. fragments from essays by renowned European philosophers.In § 1, the naturalistic methodological attitude is considered, as focused on the proper vital aspect of sophical synthesis; its characteristic reliance on experience, fact, belief, opinion, and authority, and thereby on the rhetorical aspect of philosophizing, is explained.In § 2, the phenomenological methodological attitude is considered, as focused on the proper knowledge aspect of sophical synthesis; its characteristic reliance on knowledge and sense beyond any non-essential per se factual ways things are given, is explained.In § 3, the transcendental methodological attitude is considered, as focused on the synthesis of knowledge and life by means of knowledge in the aspect of logos of the logos per se; its characteristic reliance on sense being a sense in the making, and on fact as the bearer of a sense, with their integration in a common logical-conceptual thing structure, is explained.In § 4, the dialectic methodological attitude is considered, as focused on the synthesis of knowledge and life by means of knowledge in the aspect of logos of the eidos; its characteristic reliance on intelligent thing as a unit of sense and a product of senseful self-development wherein not only the thing is posited, but the entire otherness as defined by it as well, is explained.In § 5, the mythological methodological attitude is considered, as focused on the synthesis of knowledge and life in the aspect of their integral arrangement as vivid mind; its characteristic reliance on intelligent thing as a real and self-evident in its unicity live being, is explained.In § 6, the hermeneutical methodological attitude, as focused on the synthesis of knowledge and life in the aspect of its naming as an intelligent expression of thing for the other; its characteristic reliance on the name and text as a full expression of sense and a full knowledge of fact being revealed in the truth of thing, is explained. У статті розкрито сутність соціально-філософського підходу до етичного знання в освітянській традиції. Нестримний розвиток сучасної цивілізації зумовлює кризові ситуації, які є загрозою для існування буття людини. А це дає можливість відповісти на вічні питання про співвідношення сущого і належного, про усвідомлення актуалізації етики у соціально-філософській думці, у культурі, в освіті. Водночас актуалізується теоретизування та практичне застосування моральних цінностей в усіх сферах суспільної діяльності. Важливим завданням етики як сутнісного аспекту сучасної освітянської традиції є становлення моральної особистості. Здійснено аналіз історичного розвитку моралі, (...) історію становлення та розвиток етичних теорій, цінностей, категорій, концепцій, етапи історичного розвитку етичної думки їх взаємозв’язок з матеріальним та духовним, життям людей і суспільства. Розкрито сутність етичних знань, моральних принципів, моральних норм, життєвих орієнтацій, а саме – такі знання відіграють роль у визначенні спрямованості моральної культури особистості, що є показником рівня її соціалізації, носієм смислів людського буття. Актуалізовано необхідність формувати етичну культуру, моральні принципи, моральні норми, які застосовують у національних, політичних, екологічних, економічних, правових, соціальних сферах, у розвиткові культури етичного мислення, яке спроможне вирішувати найскладніші в моральному відношенні життєві проблеми. Визначено шляхи етизації освіти та людини. Таким чином, актуалізуються завдання етики щодо її застосування в освіті, а відтак, у всіх сферах людського буття. (shrink)

The religious unification of true Orthodox Christians appeared in the late 1930s. within the realm of the Orthodox Church. Soviet sectarian and researcher F. Cherkavenko, who printed books under the name of Fedorenko, saw the cause of true Orthodox Christianity in the collapse of the communities of the true Orthodox Church in the 1940s. and in its wreckage the emergence of a new religious association - true Orthodox Christianity. We cannot agree with such a vision and argument for the emergence (...) of true Orthodox Christianity. History shows that the true Orthodox Church in the 1940s. has not broken up and is successfully operating to date. (shrink)

The article discloses the prerequisites of the Noohumanism, which incorporates the noosphericenvironmental as well as the humanistic components. Studied is the role of the principle of harmony as a basic cornerstone element of the Noohumanism. The metaprinciple, being projected through each level of the “human-society-nature” system, generates the axiological array of the noohumanism and plays the regulatory role in forming the noohumanistic senses and values. The aim hereof is to provide a rationale for the author’s development of the worldview potential (...) of the noohumanism as the homonymous worldview concept based on the synthesis of the noosphericenvironmental and humanistic worldview matrices. The noohumanistic worldview focused on the harmonization of the socio-natural systems shall be formed applying adequate approach, in this particular case, the noohumanistic approach, which plays the methodological role within the scope of the handled problem. The noohumanistic approach, as elaborated by the author, is the complex research method that helps to argue and approves the conceptual bases lying under the formation of the noohumanistic worldview and to structurize the framework of the determinant noohumanistic categories and concepts. The noohumanistic approach incorporates: (a) the mixed-level analysis and the subset of approaches (axiological, interdisciplinary, regional, psycho-didactic, musicological et al.), exposing the philosophicalanthropological, culturological, psychological-pedagogical and other requisites that predetermine the sociocultural, worldview-wise and moral significance of the noohumanism; (b) the noohumanistic ideas tracing their origins back to the philosophic, naturalistic, interdisciplinary areas of knowledge. The noohumanistic approach reflects the relevancy of the introduced worldview system as a social demand of the present. The scientific finding that resulted from the noohumanistic approach is the developed theoreticalmethodological and methodical framework of the noohumanistic worldview within the scope of the philosophy of education to provide blueprint principles for the incipient noohumanistic pedagogy – one of the most prospective areas of contemporary education. The practical implication hereof is that the study materials may be put into scholarly circulation and used in developing the strategies of the educational modernization, the youth policy and within the teaching and learning activities. In 1921 was published the book of the famous Austrian-British philosopher and funder of the analytic philosophy Ludwig Johann Wittgenstein, in which he wrote, that the big part of our philosophical problems, which were subject of the thinking of the thousands philosophers, are created not by the difficulty of reality but by the complication of the language. When a philosopher analyzes a language he uses, he will find that the biggest part of the philosophical problems is illusory. Following Wittgenstein's advices, (...) in this article we probe to analyze what means the concept "polytheism" and to answer the questions: did the phenomenon, what is with this word described, anytime exist, or it is only a phantasies' fabrication, and all attempts to think about it are wandering in the dark labyrinths without exit. The first problem we have in our way is absolutely darkness in this question. We could not find any research, in which the concept of polytheism is analyzed in this way we changed. So we must get through the forest of an unknown ourselves without opportunity to have support from the experience of the predecessors. We hope our mistakes might be useful for the following researches. The Greek word "doxa polytheos" was first time used by Philo of Alexandria and after them many Judaic and Christian authors repeated this word opposing own religion to the paganism. Jan Bodin 1n 16th Century used this word in the modern mean as a France word "polythéisme". The Greek word "doxa polytheos" and the France one "polythéisme", though they are constructed of the same Greek word "Θεός", based on the different concepts, because in 16 centuries the word "Θεός" changed its means. In Greek-speaking society this word was used to detonate any being who overstate the material world. When Thales of Millet wrote, that "the world is full of gods", he did not mean that there is an Absolut in every small part of the world. When he used the word "Θεός" in this mean, Thales thought about different objects, as we called "God" now. The mean of the term "polytheism" is unclear and is the cause of many researches problems in the religious studies. The Greek word "Θεός" detonated every sacral being, which was the object of the worship, but not the Absolut. When this word went in the term "polytheism", its mean was changed, and it was used for the calling Absolut in the Christian meaning. This transformation of the meaning created the wrong conception that in the world there were or are religions, the members of them believes in the existence of some or many Absolutes. The problem of using concept "polytheism" is not a real academic problem but an illusions problem, what is caused by the wrong and incorrect using of the term. The Greek word "Θεός", of them are created the terms "monotheism" and "polytheism", is used in both terms in different meanings. In the term "monotheism" the word "Θεός" means God-Absolut, and in the term "polytheism" – any beings, what are the objects of the religious worship. The monotheism and polytheism are not two different phase of the entvelopment of the religious consciousness. These ideas are created by the wrongness of Hegel's philosophy and must be uprooted from the lexicon of the religious studies. (shrink)

The concept of "personality" is multifaceted and multifaceted in its basis, and therefore, in science has always been a great difficulty in determining its essence and content. For example, in Antiquity, "personality" as such, dissolves in the concept of "society". There is no "human" yet, but there is a genus, a community, a people that are only quantitatively formed from the mass of different individuals, governed and subordinated to any one idea espoused by this society. In other words, in such (...) societies, the individual was not unique and unique; his personality was limited to the general, the collective. This is confirmed by the Jewish and early Christian texts. (shrink)

Sigmund Freud’s psychoanalysis and Carl Gustav Jung’s analytical psychology are different in many ways and some of their differences are extremely crucial. It is widely believed that one of the most obvious examples of this intellectual confrontation is the difference between Freud’s and Jung’s views on mythology. Proponents of this view believe that Jung was much more interested in mythological issues and his theory of myth became much deeper and more developed than Freud’s one. In particular, it is believed that (...) Freud focused exclusively on the individual’s psyche, while Jung allegedly reached the true origins of mythmaking in the collective unconscious, which is the sediment of the vast historical experience of mankind. The article shows that such statements do not reflect the real situation but just the point of view, which Jung began to spread after his break-up with Freud. In fact, the founder of psychoanalysis had a steady and deep interest in mythology. The manifestation of this interest was the formation of “psycho-analytics” of myth – a specific area of research, which in the early years of the psychoanalytic movement was joined by several first psychoanalysts, including Franz Riklin, Karl Abraham, Otto Rank, Ernest Jones, and Jung himself. It is essential that both Freud and Jung, before and after the break-up in 1913, have been and remain the supporters of the consideration of a man and culture through the prism of certain biological concepts of that time. Those are the principle of inheritance of acquired properties (Lamarckism) and the idea that ontogenesis recapitulates phylogeny (“biogenetic law”). Based on Lamarckian-biogenetic assumptions, both Freud and Jung saw the origins of mythology in the collective historical experience of mankind. The article demonstrates that the image of Oedipus and the associated motives of incest and parricide play almost the same role in Freud’s (and Freudian) model of mythmaking as the archetypes of the collective unconscious in Jung’s (and Jungian) concept of myth. У статті розглядаються семіотичні категорії Ч. С. Пірса: Firstness, Secondness, Thirdness. Їх розробка привела Пірса до критики модерної теорії дуального знаку і побудови логіки зв’язків у структурі знаку, заснованої на тріаді знака, об’єкта та інтерпретанти. Модерний дуалізм знаку, в якому пов’язувалися два компоненти, означник і означене, замінюється у Пірса тріадною моделлю, завдяки введенню ним у структуру знаку інтерпретанти. Пірс спирався на методологічні наслідки чотирьох нездатностей, а саме – жодної інтроспекції, ніякої інтуїції у значенні неінференційного пізнання, жодної думки без знаків, і (...) жодної концепції абсолютно непізнаваного – для критики картезіанства. Це дало можливість Пірсу переосмислити класичну атомістичну концепцію мови і довести, що знак не існує ізольовано у вигляді окремої ідеї чи символу, але завжди вплетений у сітку інших знаків. Таким чином, підхід Пірса демонструє голістський підхід до мови та дійсності як системи знаків. Для Пірса концепція семіозису була центральним поняттям його семіотичної теорії. На думку Пірса, жоден предмет не функціонує як знак, доки не буде сприйнятий як такий. Кожен знак здатний генерувати інтерпретанту, і цей процес практично нескінченний. Ідея семіозису виражає саму суть відносин між знаком і зовнішнім світом: об'єкт репрезентації існує, але він недоступний, немов «захований» у низці семіотичного опосередкування. Однак пізнання цього об’єкта можливе лише шляхом вивчення породжених ним знаків. Щоб знати, що означає даний знак, розуму необхідний певний досвід об'єкта цього знака, досвід за межами цього знака або знакової системи, але пов'язаний з ним. (shrink)

Проаналізовано суть інформаційно-технологічної та гуманістичної парадигми ідеології інформаційного суспільства, викликаної новими тенденціями інформатизації. Відмічається, що нова інформаційно-технологічна та гуманістична парадигми ідеології інформаційного суспільства визначаються необхідністю узагальнення теоретичного і практичного досвіду інформатизації, що дозволяє визначити координати формування ідеології інформаційного суспільства. Головна мета наукового дослідження – концептуалізація інформаційно-технологічної та гуманістичної парадигми ідеології інформаційного суспільства доби глобалізації та інформаційної революції. У статті проаналізовано ознаки сучасної цивілізації, що сприяли формуванню ідеології інформаційного суспільства; розкрито місце і роль когнітаріату та проаналізовано дві моделі ідеології інформаційного суспільства: (...) технократичну та гуманістичну. Результат дослідження: технократичнй шлях формування ідеології інформаційного суспільства має міцну підтримку зі сторони економічної та політичної еліти. Водночас є загроза стати заручником техногенної реальності. Гуманістична модель ідеології інформаційного суспільства протистоїть дегуманізованим технологіям заради збереження природної і культурної самобутності. Наукова новизна дослідження: ці два типи ідеології інформаційного суспільства у вітчизняній сучасній філософії ще не проаналізовано. Висновок: Україна відстає від західних країн у розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, серед причин чого слід виділити інформаційну закритість, недостатньо розвинуту інформаційну інфраструктуру, відсутність ідеології інформаційного суспільства, політичні та соціально-економічні умови, що стримують розвиток інформаційної інфраструктури. Purpose. The article is aimed to introduce Karol Wojtyła’s anthropological teaching into the philosophical discourse through the systematization of anthropological issues in his philosophical and theological works. Provision of insight into the peculiar features of his adequate anthropology implies the fulfillment of the following tasks: first, identification of the methodology and the meaning of the principal concepts; secondly, study of the thinker’s key ideas; thirdly, presentation of the periodization of his anthropological doctrine development. Theoretical basis comprises of Karol Wojtyła’s works (...) written before and during the pontificate, excluding his poetic writing. The fulfillment of tasks involves processing the substantial database of academic research devoted to Karol Wojtyła’s views. It will help identify less-explored issues in Karol Wojtyła’s legacy, as well as contradictory aspects in the interpretation of the thinker’s ideas. In view of the growing interest of philosophical anthropology to everyday life, this aspect of Karol Wojtyła’s teaching is an important point in the analysis of his philosophical and anthropological considerations. Therefore, general research methods and approaches will help study Karol Wojtyła’s views on the nature of a human being, as well as individual and social dimensions of a person’s life. Originality lies in systematizing Karol Wojtyła’s anthropological ideas. The disclosure of the methodology, the key concepts and their interpretations, and the periodization of the development of Karol Wojtyła’s anthropological views can reveal his connection with the philosophical trends and define his place in modern philosophy. Conclusions. Wojtyła justifies the need for a new anthropological doctrine with an inappropriate place of a human being in the value system of the modern world, as he or she has evolved from the aim of everything ever created to the means. The basis of the new doctrine of a human being, namely adequate anthropology, is, according to him, human identity, dignity and "moral greatness". Karol Wojtyła’s "new human being" is the result of an integrated approach to studying the anthropological issues of the present and the response to "cultural impoverishment" and "the decline of mankind". R. A. Gorban. Personalistic Anthropology of Czeslaw Stanislaw Bartnik. The article suggests the conception of Personalistic anthropology of Czeslaw Stanislaw Bartnik, a modern Catholic philosopher and theologian, one of the founders of the Polish Personalist School. The author reveals that the Polish thinker clarifies the anthropologic theological model based on the principles of Personalism, in which the Person of Christ is the main hypostasis being an individual personality and a communal person, that is the Church. Stanislaw Bartnik believed that anthropology (...) must completely base on Christology, as humanization of a man has to fully actualize itself only in Christ. The theologian works out the definition of a communal personality, in which both an individual person and community gain the same considerable importance, as a human being finds the fullness of its personal dimensions only in a community, where it achieves its fullness. Accentuating mutual interdependence of personalities, he thinks society to be an anthropological environment that molds a personality, enabling it to realize its potential and reach the fullness of human existence, as it would be impossible without personal relations that are established within a community. In his works, written in different years, Stanislaw Bartnik generates the idea that a communal anthropology, which is complemented by a communal anthropology of salvation in the earthly dimension, is constituent of an individual anthropology. That is why it is important to build up a full-fledged anthropology based on Personalism and theology, as the theory and practice of Christian Perstonalist model help actualize the fullness of a man’s perfect personality in all its dimensions and manifestations. У статті досліджується екосеміотика (термін запропонований Вілфрідом Нотом) – міждисциплінарна галузь, що має на меті: 1) поглибити розуміння особливостей взаємодії між людиною і довкіллям, культурою і природою на основі застосування семіотичного підходу; 2) розширення пізнавальних можливостей людини у природнознавчій і культурознавчій сферах за допомогою семіотичного інструментарію. Відзначається, що екосеміотика безпосередньо пов’язана з біосеміотикою, семіотикою культури (культурною семіотикою), а також з екологічною (інвайронментальною) філософією. Вона спирається на принцип неперервності (спадкоємності) у розвитку природи та розуму (свідомості) (Ч. Пірс), уявлення про внутрішній зв'язок (...) між живими (природними) та семіотичними процесами (Дж. Хофмейер), голістичний (системний) погляд на семіосферу (Ю. Лотман). Екосеміотика розглядає взаємодію культури і природи як двосторонній процес, в якому природа визначає культуру так само, як і культура у різний спосіб окреслює природу. Зауважується, що для екосеміотики як порівняно нового дослідницького напряму не вироблено єдиного методологічного базису та бачення досліджуваного ним кола проблем, що цілком релевантно ситуації в семіотиці загалом. Автор доходить висновку, що на тлі постійного зростання досліджень, які позиціонують себе як екосеміотичні, цей напрям потребує відповідних методологічних рефлексій і оцінок. (shrink)

The conceptual possibilities of the problem of narrativization of the social memory are discovered. The author considers social memory as mechanism of choice, coding, transmission and conservation of the information. In the article main characteristics and the main features of narrative as a form of being of social memory are determined. The examination of the narrativization of the social memory and opportunity to show the main changes into the forming of the new the social reality are the main aim of (...) the article. The author considers that the problem of narrativization of the social memory is very difficult and ambiguous. The narratives of the social memory may be fragmentary and biased. We should understand that it is very important to us to know their capable of living. We think the main condition for the narrative’s living as a form of the social memory is existing horizont of the culture. A set of narratives determining social memory is constructed as a result of social interactions, it is sustained by existing horizon of meaning. Analyzis of the narrative as an effective mnemonic means revealed its essential characteristics. In the article narrative is not simply as way of self-identification, it can be of the way of achievement the social purposes. Narrative as the form of being of social memory gives certain sense to the human actions and practices of identification. The narrative form allows to the social objects to be in memory and to have a certain value and meaning in culture. The article gives the narratives characteristic for different social formations, which made it possible to define social entity. The process of narrativization of social memory can have the dangerous signs, because memory, which refers to the past, turns into narrative, which refers to itself. The purpose of the research is to find new ways and methods to substantiate ethic and moral standards as the basis of civil interference into the life of the state. The role and place of the state in social, political and spiritual transformations are not always considered due to the crisis of certain social theories and models of state development. Methodology of the research is based on comparative, historical and logical methods. The applied investigation methods enable to reveal and analyze (...) specific models related to anthropological aspect in social relations used in definite types of state formations in order to find that dynamic outlook on future and personal fulfilment of a human.The scientific novelty is in concept to broaden the representation of freedom evolution of a human in different historic types of states. Comparative analysis of state development and the place of human freedom in them helps firstly, conceive anthropological determinant, the one that gradually places under control state institutions which are necessary for humanization of external conditions of human beings and secondly, find out possible directions of state development and freedom for human activity. Conclusions. Understanding and reasoning of paradigm systems development based on moral constituent of the state is an anchoring point for the reforming state towards human values. It is proposed to analyze fuzzy concepts and relations between them in the frame of triplet concept modeling. Fuzzy concepts are introduced by means of the so-called fuzzification of dichotomous concepts. The cognitive and psychological aspects of concept possession are separated and studied.

Він заснований на широкому застосуванні хімічних речовин в рослинництві й тваринництві, і приводить до значного підвищення конкурентоздатності сільськогосподарської продукції, яка полягає в притаманних їй якісних характеристиках та рівні ціни. The formation of political competence of youth is the approval, the development of civil and political competence, leading to a more educated, competent, mature and responsible citizen have become the urgent task for teachers and scholars today. Social teaching is an effective mechanism of social and political competences of young people. The effectiveness of social teaching political competence is growing conditions: awareness of the importance of needs; the presence of reinforcements, which determines and regulates individual behavior; the availability of real-life examples of positive, successful resolution of socio-political affairs ; regularity ahead, use acquired skills. Forming political opinion, political culture and enhance political education of Ukrainian youth are important in the education of the person with an active lifestyle, ready to show national pride, successfully self-realize in society, also of the citizens with a high level of political culture and education, prepared for life in a democratic civil society and the recognition and acceptance of th values that constitute main determinants of society. Определено, что туристическая индустрия имеет важное значение для развития государства, однако ее роль в странах отличается в силу влияния ряда факторов. Идентифицированы угрозы, проблемы, тенденции, вызовы, риски и субъекты как главные факторы развития туристической деятельности в Украине. Отмечено, что дальнейшее развитие туризма в Украине обеспечит реализацию социально-экономического потенциала государства в краткосрочной и стратегической перспективе.

Визначено лінійні та ієрархічні стратегії, тактики та прийоми на рівні кожної з координат.

The article discusses the features of the innovative type of social development and reveals the essence of an innovative society. The conditions of its formation. Particular attention is given to the quality of higher education. We study the system of higher educa- tion quality: quality of higher education building, the quality of the process of higher edu- cation and quality results of higher education. Different approaches to ensure the quality of higher education as a prerequisite for becoming an innovative society (...) in Ukraine. Critical to the innovative development of higher education Ukraine should solve the problem of quality assurance. Its review should be carried out in the context of the Bologna Process, to which Ukraine was in 2005. Being a member of the Bologna process, Ukraine has committed to work to bring the quality of national education in line with Europeanмstandards and harmonization of legal and regulatory changes in higher education accord- ing to the standards and recommendations of the European higher education. The real change in the quality assurance of higher education institutions of higher education must take place with the implementation of the Law «On higher education», according to which the defined quality assurance system of higher education, which consists of: 1) system of universities as educational activities and quality of higher education ; 2) a system of external quality assurance of higher education institutions and quality assurance; 3) quality assurance system of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in higher education institutions and independent assessment and quality assurance. Effective tool to ensure the quality of higher education in Ukraine serve European and national qualifications framework, including Qualifications Frame- work European Higher Education Area, the European Qualifications Framework for lifelong learning, the National Qualifications Framework and the imple- mentation of internal and external quality assurance in accordance with the standards and guidelines for quality Assurance in the European higher education area. Thus, innovative society marks a transition from a society based on industrial technologies to society, the basic content of which is innovation. It connects humanity with innovations its future fate, seeing them as the main source of social needs and the most important means of solving practical and spiritual problems. One of the most important conditions for innovative development of Ukrainian society is quality assurance, to ensure which requires imple- mentation of competency approach to the analysis of the quality of higher education, the implementation of complex tools of internal and external quality assurance in accordance with the standards and recommendations of the European Higher Education as a basis for the integration of the national system of quality assurance in the European system of as- sessment of learning outcomes of higher education applicants. The article shows the heuristic possibilities of «legal life» concept in the ontological aspect. Sense measurements are considered as the basis of the measurement-effects, which together form the structure of legal life. It is shown that the main measurement-legal phe- nomenon of life is a legal entity. That it forms various ways of interpreting the legal life and advocates a legal condition for life. Phenomenological approach to determine the legal entity as a legal person, which has its own praovovoe consciousness (...) and is able to take an active part in the legal life poserdstvom legal communication. Legal awareness is defined as a multifaceted phenomenon, the core of which is the will to into practice. Analyzed the relationship between the characteristics of an entity, such as «carrier be justice» and «figure to be legal». It is proved that a phenomenological ap- proach allows us to represent the legal norm as a form of meaningful communication between the legal entity and the legal givens of life. Discloses a polymorphism of legal norms through its substantial manifestations – logo, Nomos, ethos. It is shown that the concept of the rule of law reflects the diversity of the legal life and involves a set of values. Examined the legal judgment as the basis of existence of legal norms. Their role – a representation of the given legal life and to ensure communication between the subjects of law. Legal judgments can be formal, logical constructions, and also take the form of sudzheny legal entity. The first type judgment accordingly relates to performative. The second type – motivating judgment. The possibilities of social experience as the measurement-phenomena of legal life. Firstly, in a repeat of the social experience of resistance expressed manifestations of legal life. In turn, the correlation with the specific pattern of conduct is a prerequisite for the identification of the subject of law. Secondly, in the context of the social experience of legal life is presented as a multi-level system of norms and values, based not only on ra- tional but also irrational basis. Third, the social experience is understood as a form of unfolding scheme of activities in space and time. It is concluded that the measurement-events are part of the content of the legal concept of life. They allow you to define the legal life as a set of legal phenomena, which are due to activity of the subject of law, related to the social experience and embodied in legal norms and values. The article considers the question of the role of psychosocial intervention in forming the professional Ethics of PR-specialists. -/- There are three ethical areas (social, corporate, personal) of professional Ethics of PR-activities. The first area of professional Ethics of PR-activities is social. It consists of responsibility of PR-specialist before society. The second area of professional Ethics of PR-activities is corporate. It consists of the responsibility of PRspecialists before the PR profession in general, a PR agency, increasing the reputation of the (...) profession of PR. The third area of professional Ethics of PR-activities is personal. This area is the basis of the Ethics of PR-activities. This area is the foundation for the development of corporate and social professional Ethics of PR-activities. -/- The authors formulate three levels of psychosocial intervention according to the three ethical areas of professional Ethics of PR-activities. They are social, corporate, and personal. The aim of psychosocial intervention on the first level (social) is to deepen knowledge, transform the attitude towards social phenomena and society in general. The aim of psychosocial intervention on the second level (corporate) is to deepen the knowledge (professional development), actualize professional subjectivity, relevant professional activity at this level. The aim of psychosocial intervention on the third level (personal) is to deepen the subjection of PR-experts.
