Purpose. The research is aimed at understanding the philosophical and journalistic heritage of M. Scheler during 1914-1919. "The philosophy of war" is regarded as the middle link between the phenomenological and anthropological stages of its philosophical evolution. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the philosophical legacy of Max Scheler, as well as the work of domestic and Western researchers devoted to this issue. Problems of Weltkriegsphilosophie become comprehensible based on the historical, logical and comparative principles of historical (...) and philosophical analysis, which allowed to theoretically reconstruct the cultural and historical context, philosophical sources and ideological intentions of the German philosopher. Originality. For the first time in domestic historical and philosophical thought, it proved that the works by Max Scheler of the First World War played an outstanding role in the formation of philosophical anthropology as a separate philosophical trend. Conclusions. The basis of the Weltkriegsphilosophie by Max Scheler is the philosophical comprehension of the war in which the thinker tries to see the high sacral meaning, where the sacrifices that the nation brings to the altar of victory are not in vain: the nation is rallying this sacrifice, its readiness for it. According to Scheler, war is the most effective means of forming the so-called "love communities", to which he refers combat brotherhood, family and nation as a "collective personality", which recognizes itself through war. The philosopher is disappointed to some part with militaristic enthusiasm in his later military journalistic works and calls for a spiritual and moral renewal of Europe, fed from Christian roots. At the heart of this renewal should be the principle of personal solidarity, based on the Christian idea of love. However, Catholic universalism is an insufficient means for the formation of a "love community" and a new man who is co-creator of God that constitutes the main core of the philosophical anthropology of Max Scheler, which emerges in the 20s of the twentieth century. Based on this, the article affirms the existence in Sheler’s works of an intermediate stage between his phenomenology and philosophical anthropology – Weltkriegsphilosophie. (shrink)

. In the article of Sannikov S. "Formation of Pedobaptism in the Third century: Origen, Hippolytus of Rome, Tertullian and Cyprian the texts of pre-Nicaea Church fathers are analyzed in order to present their conception of water baptism. The works of four prominent theologians of the 3rd century " are examined particularly. Based on their texts, reflecting the conception of water baptism in various regions of the Roman Empire, the process of formation of children baptism is studied in its active (...) stage at that time. The author demonstrates the factors significantly affecting the substitution of credobaptism with pedobaptism. The leading role in the emergence of children baptism was held by situations of extreme baptism when the rigid rules of joining the community could be ignored. The theological background for such actions was the conception of the baptism role as the washing of sins, which was gradually transformed from the forgiveness of sins by faith of the baptized to the conception of this process ex opera operato. Because of the fact that the theology of that time didn’t have the idea of original sin, Origen’s conception of the so called “spot of sin” began to develop for explaining the baptism of innocent infants. Therefore, in this article attempt to justify attributional information and commu- nication processes throughout the Genesis companies. Paper objective. The purpose of the article is justification attributional information and communication processes of social development. Paper main body. Society is a system of entities related communication processes. Life and human activity is impossible or extremely limited outside of society. The need for communication is among basic human needs, it dictates the behavior of people with no less authority than, for example, so-called vital needs. Communication is a necessary condition for the normal development of a person as a member of society, as individuals. In social-philosophical discourse has formed two approaches to the consideration of communications – the mechanistic and activity. From the position of the mechanistic ap- proach, communication is understood as a unidirectional process of transmission and reception of information through encoding and decoding, respectively. Man is here viewed as a mechanism, which can be described by a finite defined rules, and external medium communication represents noise. In the framework of the activity approach communication is understood as communication, joint activities, exchange of information. Information of this position can be represented as transmission of messages in the process of interaction of the two systems, which leads to a change in their status. In the process of development of society as a system of communication and relations, acquire new characteristics, change the properties of the information that is transmitted. According to the theory of technological determinism, which removes a major role in social development, science and technology, the development of society up to the present time occurs in three stages: the preindustrial, industrial and postindustrial. Pre-industrial society is characterized by an agrarian mode of production; the indus- trial society – the machinery of production, scientific organization of labour, free trade, a unified system of national economy. In post-industrial society the key role of knowledge and information. Class division is changing the professional service sector dominates the sphere of production. Conclusions of the research. The nature of society is the information and communi- cation, complexity of social structure is directly dependent on complexity and expansion of information and communication linkages. The discrete–structural structure of the world is described. In comparison with the idea of Heraclitus about an indissoluble world, preference is given to the discrete world of Democritus. It is noted that if the discrete atoms of Democritus were simple and indivisible, the atoms of the modern world indicated in the article would possess, rather, a structural structure. The article proves the problem of how the mutual connection of mathematics and philosophy influences cognition, which creates a discrete–structural worldview. The paper presents the analysis of the concept of the noosphere, information and innovation management, which aims to realize the idea of noosphere thinking in administrative management, namely development of harmonious relationship between man, society, nature. It is revealed that the sphere of mind and spirit is based on the concept of the noosphere-no-information-innovative development of administrative management, which serves as the core of noosphere thinking manager. The aim is to create the concept of noosphere thinking, which is a key (...) point of noosphere genesis. Method - information and synergy that allow to analyze the complex phenomenon of civilization as noosphere, innovative information management. At the heart of the noosphere, information and innovation management is coevolution of interacting elements of the elements of the system, which develops and maintains its integrity. It is important for noosphere administration as a set of processes, which combine three types of evolution - natural, social and activity-in fact, the center of which man as the measure of all things. It is made the conclusion that the formation of the concept of the noosphere-information-innovative development of administrative managers of the modern era should work out the innovation and information infrastructure of noosphere thinking and management culture.
