In the present article, attention is focused on the existing potential to ensure national self-sufficiency, the main challenges to its achievement and future prospects. According to the authors, transportation and communication system of the country can become the dominant model for self-sufficient development, due to its geostrategic location which allows it to be an advantageous bridge for goods, and passengers transit transportation between the states of Europe, Asia and the Middle East. To date, the transport and communication system is hardly (...) the only sector of national economy, which is capable to become the catalyst for socio-economic growth without significant investment, a tool to achieve self-sufficient and safe level of Ukraine's development. -/- У представленій статті акцентовано увагу на наявних потенційних можливостях забезпечення національної самодостатності, основні проблеми на шляху її досягнення і подальші перспективи. Домінантою моделі самодостатнього розвитку країни може стати транспортно-комунікативна система, яка в силу геостратегічного розташування дозволяє їй бути вигідним мостом для транзитних перевезень товарів і пасажирів між державами Європи, Азії і Близького Сходу. На сьогоднішній день транспортно-комунікативна система є чи не єдиним сектором національної господарської системи, який здатний без істотних капіталовкладень стати каталізатором соціально-економічного зростання, інструментом досягнення самодостатнього і безпечного рівня розвитку України. В диссертации разработан проект становления постнеклассической метафизики и представлена концептуальная версия постнеклассической метафизики истории. Установлено, что формированию универсального языка философии будет способствовать построение ее категориального каркаса на основе конструктов, не предполагающих своего жестко определенного онтологического наполнения. Выявлен характер „работы” общества с прошлым, установлена неадекватность историческому процессу как представлений о „законах истории”, так и утверждений об отсутствии в нем объективной логике. Показана связь творчества и культуры, проанализированы причины цивилизационных кризисов и очерчены возможные пути их разрешения, обсуждаются проблемы социального прогнозирования, исследуются метафизические (...) истоки глобализации, определяются риски и перспективы будущего развития человечества. The article deals with the formation of understanding and interpretation of the phenomenon of memory in the European philosophical tradition. The historical-cultural and linguistic-semantic connections of the ideological paradigm of Ancient Greek thinkers and philosophers are researched. In article revealded a peculiarities of the main philosophical categories of Plato’s philosophy in the context of explaining the phenomenon of memory and memories. We realized a distinction for better understanding of the phenomenon of memory for ancient culture into two branches: 1) memory (...) as a natural property of man and 2) memory as a technique, as a skill for perfection, as an instrument. We emphasize that ancient categories: eidos, logos and cosmos are the central of the theory of memory of the western tradition, which we can also observe in the treatises left by Plato. Also we analyzed the connection between the Platonian theory of memory and the development of knowledge about memory paradigm. Memory for Plato is determined by a metaphysical character, like immortal knowledge, it is a way of human transcendence. An intelligent soul for Plato is the translator of eternal knowledge of things through which we learn not only the world, but also receive knowledge about ourselves, our true perceptual perception, and represent our ideas in real forms. The soul of man for Plato, due to memory, connects human existence from outside the physical space and time, where there is simultaneously the past, present and future, which at the metaphysical level are united into a concrete conceptual design of memory. Thus, the Platonic theory of memory as a reproduction of knowledge can not relate to the development of the art of memory, but has a direct connection with the development of the paradigm of knowledge about memory and allows us to understand the concept of memory as a philosophical and cultural phenomenon. We noted that the theory of Plato’s memory resembles the same categories as the art of memory, it is a category of “place” bearing memory-reflection in the memory of the soul and “image” of true knowledge. Проблематика проектного менеджменту складається в необхідності індивідуального підбору набору принципів менеджменту які будуть забезпечувати якість економічного розвитку. Відповідно задля реалізації потенціалу «зеленої» економіки необхідно розглянути її вихідні принципові основи.

За результатами аналізу доцільних і необхідних змін у відомих моделях лідерства, створених авторами на основі трикритеріальних лінійних, площинних і просторових моделей, продемонстровано необхідність удосконалення останніх у напрямку задоволення викликів епохи інтелектуальної економіки. Встановлено необхідність і обґрунтовано доцільність внесення таких змін, які б відповідали вимогам і особливостям нової епохи, а також новим цінностям інтелектуалізованого суспільства, яке вимагає інтелектуалізованого управління і лідерства. Обґрунтовано також можливість і доцільність комплексного використання для побудови інноваційної просторової моделі інтелектуального лідерства таких феноменів психологічно-інтелектуальної взаємодії особистостей, як синтелектика, (...) синархія і синергія. Запропонована просторова модель лідерства, в порівнянні із відомими моделями проаналізовано її потенційні переваги і гіпотетична корисність використання, рекомендовані найбільш перспективні сфери використання, сформульовані основні напрями і завдання з подальших досліджень і оцінок. В статті проаналізовано сутність поняття «культура» та підходи до її аналізу, в основі якої діяльність як головна категорія філософської культури вчителя; представлено аналіз основних видів професійно-педагогічної діяльності, яка здійснюється у цілісному педагогічному процесі та досліджено особливості педагогічної праці; проаналізовано основні елементи і цінності філософської культури вчителя, а також окреслено напрями оптимізації філософської культури вчителя.

The discrete–structural structure of the world is described. In comparison with the idea of Heraclitus about an indissoluble world, preference is given to the discrete world of Democritus. It is noted that if the discrete atoms of Democritus were simple and indivisible, the atoms of the modern world indicated in the article would possess, rather, a structural structure. The article proves the problem of how the mutual connection of mathematics and philosophy influences cognition, which creates a discrete–structural worldview. The author (...) notes that the appearance of writing, symbolic language and the depiction of the picture of the world through mathematics, led us into the sphere of discrete mathematical mathematics. Мета. Сформувати теоретичні підстави концепту людиновимірності спорту як реалізації родової сутності людини, що є основою становлення нового наукового напряму спортивної антропології та філософії спорту. Методологія. Осмислення проблем людської природи, модусів людського існування у вигляді спортивної діяльності, потенціалу антропологічної картини спортивного світу, у даному випадку, спорту як культури в цілому, дає можливість визначити спорт як діяльність, яка у своїй основі має як позитивні результати, направлені на реалізацію людської сутності, так і деструктивні, що направлені на руйнацію особистості-спортсмена. Наукова новизна. Дослідження полягає у (...) дослідженні недостатньо вивченої теми людиновимірності спорту з антропологічної точки зору. Практичне значення роботи полягає у розробці недостатньо вивченої теми в контексті виконання НДР кафедри теорії і методики фізичного виховання і спорту та спортивних дисциплін Мелітопольського державного педагогічного університету ім. Богдана Хмельницького «Філософія спорту як нова навчальна дисципліна і новий науковий напрямок», в контексті якої досліджуються проблеми спорту, розвитку спортивних цінностей і світогляду молоді, їх соціалізації у спортивній діяльності. Висновки. Упровадження антропологічних засад людиновимірної сутності спорту дозволяє розкрити повноту людської природи, її творчої природи, в результаті чого і відбувається самостановлення особистості. Антропологічні засади людиновимірності спорту як реалізації родової сутності людини направлені на прирощення людського (гуманного) потенціалу, накопичення здорових сил молодого покоління через посередництво розвитку фізичної культури і спорту. It is proposed to analyze fuzzy concepts and relations between them in the frame of triplet concept modeling. Fuzzy concepts are introduced by means of the so-called fuzzification of dichotomous concepts. The cognitive and psychological aspects of concept possession are separated and studied.

The article is about metaphysical studies of Peter Linitskyi’s (1839–1906), a professor of the Department of Logic and Metaphysics in the Kyiv Theological Academy. For many years P. Linitskyi taught students of the Academy all parts of metaphysics. The author of the article examines all approaches to metaphysical issues that the Kyiv professor held. Special attention is paid to the arguments that P. Linitskyі used to protect metaphysics from attempts to prove its inability to formulate theoretical knowledge about transcendental objects (...) – God, Soul, World. Deep analysis conducted by P. Linitskyi with regard to the purpose and task of metaphysics revealed different principles of construction and substantiation of metaphysical knowledge, significant impact that metaphysics of materialistic philosophy of that time had on metaphysics, as well as positivism, which despite all the criticism of metaphysical doctrine, showed a strong connection with and dependence on metaphysical principles and concepts of positivism even derived from metaphysics. A concept of “Matter” in materialistic philosophy (C. Vogt, L. Büchner, J. Moleschott), “the Unknowable” concepts of the positivists (H. Spencer) – all these doctrines meet the basic criteria of transcendent reality, which is the subject of traditional metaphysics. In his studies of the origins of metaphysics, P. Linitskyi draws the reader’s attention to those conceptual approaches that reduced metaphysics to psychical motives such as interest, curiosity, desire to discover new truths about “hidden” things, search for answers to questions caused by fear of death, egoism or altruism, intent on explaining transcendent things based on his knowledge. Not ignoring these subjective motives of metaphysics, Kyiv professor believed that metaphysics needs to be studied and explained more thoroughly, namely, what is a logical-epistemological and categorical definition of the subject of metaphysics, as well as the recognition of theological basis which lays in cognition of it. Only a combination of all these factors allows existence of metaphysics as a philosophical science. (shrink)
