_Purpose._ The article aims to define the philosophical narratives about the "beautiful human" of Greek antiquity in the coordinates of the triad of "natural", "social" and "cultural" body. _Theoretical basis._ When achieving this purpose, the author based on the conceptual provisions of the philosophical anthropology of Н. Plessner, in particular, concerning the attitude of a limited body to its limit as an empirical comprehension of a human him/herself and the world. Developing the position of the body as a socio-cultural phenomenon (...) and proceeding from the definition of corporeality as a "transformed human body under the influence of social and cultural factors, which has socio-cultural meanings and performs certain socio-cultural functions" (I. Bykhovskaya) (transl. by O. G.), the triad of "natural", "social" and "cultural" body was used as a methodological basis to analyse the research object. _Originality_ lies in the explication of the peculiarities of aesthetic and anthropological discourse in Ancient Greek philosophy, not only through the prism of the dichotomy of "soul" and "body", but also through the prism of the triad "natural", "social" and "cultural" body, allowing rethinking of the narratives concerning the "beautiful human" of the formation period of the European anthropological aesthetics in Antiquity. _Conclusions._ The anthropological aesthetics of Greek Antiquity is masculine aesthetics, the aesthetics of the male "cultural body". If a man is an epistemological subject, he is able, despite the ugliness and abomination of his natural body, to reach the level of the cultural body, the level of "personal existence of corporeality". As for the female corporeality, since the Ancient Greek philosophy does not provide the status of an epistemological subject for a woman, she remains at the level of "social body". (shrink)

Монографія "Проблеми та перспективи розвитку системи вищої освіти в сучасному суспільстві" присвячена висвітленню особливостей функціонування сучасної вищої освіти, що виникають під впливом сучасних викликів у VUCA-світі, а також – визначенню перспектив подальшого розвитку вищої освіти. Особливу увагу авторам монографії потрібно приділяти вивченню тих умов реформування вищої освіти, які забезпечать сталий та результативний розвиток майбутніх фахівців. Автори колективної монографії дослідили комплекс нагальних проблем вищої освіти в Україні та за кордоном; визначили шляхи їх вирішення в умовах сучасних викликів на тлі трансформаційних змін (...) у суспільстві. Це, у свою чергу, вплинуло на побудову логічної структури монографії. У першому розділі монографії "Врядування у системі вищої освіти України" висвітлено проблеми ефективного управління в сучасних університетах, а також перехід від управління до врядування у закладах вищої освіти та фактори, що сприяють цьому процесу. Розглянуто український досвід щодо участі студентів у діяльності університетів. У другому розділі "Розвиток потенціалу університетів: від теорії до практики" автори вивчають фактори, які впливають на розвиток ЗВО. Особлива увага приділяється вивченню розвитку наукового-педагогічного персоналу та впровадженню інноваційних технологій у розвиток працівників закладів вищої освіти. У третьому розділі «Забезпечення якості вищої освіти: європейський та український досвід» увагу авторів монографії зосереджено на вивченні сучасних підходів до оцінювання студентів та аналізі стейкхолдерів забезпечення якості системі вищої освіти в Україні та в ЄС. The present paper is a practical supplement to an earlier theoretical work by the author, published in a preceding issue, on methodological foundations of the European philosophizing in the aspect of sophical synthesis. Building upon understanding of general philosophical methodologies and their ‘epochal’ implementations as presented there, the author makes use of a cross-cutting example, to show ‘zones of responsibility’ and onto-gnoseo-epistemological limits for every mentioned ‘way towards the thing.’ Six marker packages should be of special professional interest as proposed (...) by the author to identify methodological attitudes and ‘edge’ cases ranging from Antiquity to nowadays. Validity of each and all of these packages has been illustrated with proper textual material, i. e. fragments from essays by renowned European philosophers.In § 1, the naturalistic methodological attitude is considered, as focused on the proper vital aspect of sophical synthesis; its characteristic reliance on experience, fact, belief, opinion, and authority, and thereby on the rhetorical aspect of philosophizing, is explained.In § 2, the phenomenological methodological attitude is considered, as focused on the proper knowledge aspect of sophical synthesis; its characteristic reliance on knowledge and sense beyond any non-essential per se factual ways things are given, is explained.In § 3, the transcendental methodological attitude is considered, as focused on the synthesis of knowledge and life by means of knowledge in the aspect of logos of the logos per se; its characteristic reliance on sense being a sense in the making, and on fact as the bearer of a sense, with their integration in a common logical-conceptual thing structure, is explained.In § 4, the dialectic methodological attitude is considered, as focused on the synthesis of knowledge and life by means of knowledge in the aspect of logos of the eidos; its characteristic reliance on intelligent thing as a unit of sense and a product of senseful self-development wherein not only the thing is posited, but the entire otherness as defined by it as well, is explained.In § 5, the mythological methodological attitude is considered, as focused on the synthesis of knowledge and life in the aspect of their integral arrangement as vivid mind; its characteristic reliance on intelligent thing as a real and self-evident in its unicity live being, is explained.In § 6, the hermeneutical methodological attitude, as focused on the synthesis of knowledge and life in the aspect of its naming as an intelligent expression of thing for the other; its characteristic reliance on the name and text as a full expression of sense and a full knowledge of fact being revealed in the truth of thing, is explained. The article explores the ways to solve the problem of the lack of a common interdisciplinary definition of myth at the beginning of the 21st century. The problem was actualized in the 20th century after the development of new theories that reject the enlightening stereotypes of archaic nature of myth, and instead develop the ideas about the existence of modern mythology, the inability to escape from myth and its active participation in the formation of the current worldview. A number of (...) contemporary researchers have been attempting to evade a common ultimate definition of myth in favour of forming a productive, inclusive discourse. So, there are attempts to refrain from defining myth at all, to elaborate a compromise definition, to define not a myth but a “work on myth”, to evolve a detailed but flexible definition that is open to adjustments. These investigations ground an interdisciplinary theoretical foundation that can be used for further studies of the mythic phenomena in each individual perspective, without neglecting the achievements of various discourses. It is also noticed that a common feature of contemporary efforts to define a myth is an observation that we always deal with a myth not as an isolated story but simultaneously with the diversity of its plots and manifestations. The studies focus on its multiplicity, variability, modifiability through time. The other important side of myth is significance that it produces for both universal and specific aspects of the life of social groups. If the narrative stops producing significance, it loses its mythic status and transforms into the products of the mythology of other epochs. Article received 27.08.2019. (shrink)

One of the important forms of cooperation between peoples is inter-church relations. The latter develop in different directions and forms. Depending on geopolitical circumstances, religious contacts have one or another orientation, saturation, content and so on. However, despite all the factors, religious cooperation, as a rule, promotes mutual spiritual enrichment, affirmation of the authority of the denominations that form important spheres of social life.

The actuality is presentd the conditions for solving informational society’s problems that require use of informational method or approach, because the information society is the theory and practice of solving the informatization problems of society aimed at solving the problems of influence of informatization on society’s development. The main goal of the article is the conceptualization of informational society’s ideas, that create a new philosophy of society which acts as an ideology of modern thinking. The objectives of the study are (...) to identify problems that impede development of the information society as integrity in context of the present global processes and find ways to optimize the information society from individual to state-building levels. Methodology is in theusing the informational method that allows to investigate influence of informatization processes on human and society development, and analyze problems of information society - informatization, information culture, virtualization, social and communication structures as basis of information society, peculiarities of processes of society’s intellectualization and Internet communications. The result of the study is an information society as a qualitatively new state of civilization is a progressive development of civilization, in accordance to its scientific and technical achievements demonstrates the high threshold, to which all advanced advanced states seek. After all, information culture, information ideology and information philosophy can achieve such successes, to reach the threshold of development in conditions of information revolution that absorbed all developed countries of the world. As a result of the analysis, scientific and methodological approaches to solution of problems of the information society's technologization have been formed in order to overcome the biggest obstacles connected with the informatization of society and the lack of information. Nowadays, the Internet forms the informatiological basis of society through information of the Internet network and owing to the Internet. The scientific novelty of the research is in opening the laws of information society, which allow a modern man to survive within the framework of formation the modern thinking and conceptually rebuild the world in which a person lived before. Paganism is revived. In recent years, the phenomenon of paganism has been increasingly mentioned in connection with attempts to revive it in one way or another, making it a mass religious phenomenon. Since it appears to us as a non-religious non-religious phenomenon, rather than as an intrinsic phenomenon of primordial beliefs, it is regarded as neo-paganism. It has appeared and spread in many countries and is already a worldwide phenomenon. Non-pagans often congregate in their forums, have their own international association, (...) and even be related. Thus, the magician of the Ukrainian Native Faith married the leader of Russian neo-pagans. (shrink)

Визначено сучасний стан та основні проблеми, які формують рівень безробіття в Україні. Запропоновано заходи щодо зменшення рівня безробіття та оптимізації структури зайнятості.

У статті визначено поняття криптовалюти. Проаналізовано відповідність криптовалюти статусу грошей. Висвітлено основні етапи розвитку криптовалюти. Розглянуто переваги та недоліки використання криптовалюти біткоїн. Досліджено правовий статус криптовалюти в країнах світу. Охарактеризовано стан використання найбільш відомої криптовалюти Bitcoin в Україні.

Стаття присвячена дослідженню питань формування нової стратегії самодостатнього розвитку транспортно- комунікативної системи України. Проаналізовано стратегічний документ «Транспортна стратегія України на період до 2020 р.» та виявлено низку недоліків. Було виокремлено недоліки стратегічного та методич- ного характеру. Окрему увагу автором приділено недосконалості системи стратегічних документів, які регулюють розвиток ТКС, відсутності деяких стратегій розвитку галузей ТКС, проблемам фінансування, а також проблемам, пов’язаним з цільовими програмами розвитку. Вказано на проблеми, пов’язані із структурним наповненням зазначеної стратегії. -/- Статья посвящена исследованию вопросов формирования новой стратегии (...) самодостаточного развития транспортно-коммуникативной системы Украины. Проанализирован стратегический документ «Транс- портная стратегия Украины на период до 2020 г.» и выявлен ряд недостатков. Были выделены недостатки стратегического и методического характера. Особое внимание автором уделено несовершенству системы стратегических документов, регулирующих развитие ТКС, отсутствию некоторых стратегий развития отраслей ТКС, проблемам финансирования, а также проблемам, связанным с целевыми программами развития. Указано на проблемы, связанные со структурным наполнением действующей стратегии. (shrink)
