Монографія "Проблеми та перспективи розвитку системи вищої освіти в сучасному суспільстві" присвячена висвітленню особливостей функціонування сучасної вищої освіти, що виникають під впливом сучасних викликів у VUCA-світі, а також – визначенню перспектив подальшого розвитку вищої освіти. Особливу увагу авторам монографії потрібно приділяти вивченню тих умов реформування вищої освіти, які забезпечать сталий та результативний розвиток майбутніх фахівців. Автори колективної монографії дослідили комплекс нагальних проблем вищої освіти в Україні та за кордоном; визначили шляхи їх вирішення в умовах сучасних викликів на тлі трансформаційних змін (...) у суспільстві. Це, у свою чергу, вплинуло на побудову логічної структури монографії. У першому розділі монографії "Врядування у системі вищої освіти України" висвітлено проблеми ефективного управління в сучасних університетах, а також перехід від управління до врядування у закладах вищої освіти та фактори, що сприяють цьому процесу. Розглянуто український досвід щодо участі студентів у діяльності університетів. In the present article, attention is focused on the existing potential to ensure national self-sufficiency, the main challenges to its achievement and future prospects. According to the authors, transportation and communication system of the country can become the dominant model for self-sufficient development, due to its geostrategic location which allows it to be an advantageous bridge for goods, and passengers transit transportation between the states of Europe, Asia and the Middle East. При дослідженні впливу застосування інноваційних хімічних речовин в сільському господарстві на міжнародну торгівлю продовольчою продукцією, було розглянуто позитивні й негативні сторони хімізації сільського господарства й виявлено, що цей процес, безумовно, є масштабним проривом в науково-технічному прогресі. Він заснований на широкому застосуванні хімічних речовин в рослинництві й тваринництві, і приводить до значного підвищення конкурентоздатності сільськогосподарської продукції, яка полягає в притаманних їй якісних характеристиках та рівні ціни. В результаті аналізу та узагальнення поглядів сучасних вчених, що вивчають міжнародну торгівлю інноваційною продукцією, було встановлено (...) наступне: країни, що експортують результати діяльності, в якій застосовувалися передові технології, показують швидше зростання обсягів експорту, ніж експортери продуктів застарілої технології. У статті ідентифіковано потенціал економічного розвитку АСЕАН. Досліджено історичні аспекти створення інтеграційного об’єднання АСЕАН. Оцінено сучасний економічний стан АСЕАН у світовому господарстві. Проаналізовано наявні та визначено майбутні тенденції розвитку АСЕАН. Розкрито проблематику та перспективи розвитку АСЕАН.

У статті розкрито зміст поняття «соціальне інвестування», а також визначено його вплив на суспільні соціальні процеси. Визначено роль соціально-відповідального інвестування, його характеристику та джерела фінансування. Виокремлено учас-ників ринку соціально-відповідальних інвестицій. Проаналізо-вано напрями та елементи системи соціальної відповідаль-ності. Відзначено відмінність і переваги між корпоративною благодійністю та корпоративними соціальними інвестиціями.

Статтю присвячено дослідженню глобальної та національної проблематики безробіття. Висвітлено чинники та тенденції безробіття у світовій економіці. Визначено сучасний стан та основні проблеми, які формують рівень безробіття в Україні. Запропоновано заходи щодо зменшення рівня безробіття та оптимізації структури зайнятості.

An application of diagrams for separating modes of theory development.

В статті дається аналіз становлення і розвитку концепції заповідної справи в Україні, обґрунтовується розвиток наукових та організаційних засад заповідної справи; визначається сутність заповідної справи, теоретичних і практичних розробок, спрямованих на оптимізацію відносин людського суспільства і природи; проаналізовано Програму системи заходів, спрямованої на збереження унікальних і типових ландшафтів, інших природних комплексів, біологічного різноманіття, в тому числі генофонду рослинного і тваринного світу; визначаються основні тенденції становлення і формування концепції заповідної справи.

У статті розглянуто особливості суспільної модернізації в регіонах сучасної України. Визначені проблеми, що породжують регіональні протиріччя і поглиблюють соціальну депривацію. Доводиться, що інноваційний розвиток сучасного українського суспільства можливий за умови органічного поєднання національної ідеї як духовно-ідеологічного феномену розвитку державності із вирішенням економічних і соціально-політичних завдань.

Thesis for a Candidate Degree in Philosophy: Speciality 09.00.09 – Philosophy of Science. – Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University, Zhytomyr, 2013. In the thesis the system of theoretical grounds for philosophical comprehension of the axiological ideas is complexly analyzed; the attention is drawn to modern science peculiarities which actualize the processes of axiologization in scientific cognition and singling out axiology of science. The research reveals the role of internal and external values in modern scientific cognition, in comprehending the relationship of (...) scientific truth and values, in singling out fundamental and applied research. The evolution of scientific truth interpretation in the context of specific epistemological situations of modern scientific cognition is analyzed. The paper specifies the changes which ideals and criteria of scientific rationality undergo in modern conditions that indicate the tendency to a more ‘soft’ methodology and liberalization of the criteria of scientific rationality if the latter is viewed from the normative perspective. It is proved that modern epistemology despite a number of epistemological difficulties retains the function of presenting an adequate analysis of the peculiarities of the modern cognitive situations in science. At the same time the sharp distinction between epistemology and axiology gradually disappears. (shrink)

Peculiarities of political corruption in Georgia are studied. Attention is paid to further necessary institutional transformations, which would have influenced decrease of political corruption in this country. It is stated that Georgia is a leader of the region by the criteria of fight against corruption. The country is showing increasing rates in various ratings, including the Corruption Perceptions Index. Attention is given to the fact that corruption in Georgia is decreased to minimum, first of all, at the level of the (...) public and personal services, in the area of taxation, but not in the sphere of political corruption. Author pays attention to the fact that for minimizing political corruption in Georgia number of reforms are needed. For example, empowering of political parties through implementation of more fair financing system, what will enable widening of possibilities oppositional parties, providing of alternative sources of financing of public organizations and freedoms while allocating advertisement in media, etc. In the context of possible changes, resuming of work of Constitutional commission working in Georgia in 2017 is significant. It is stated that in general pluralistic management system has not been formed in Georgia yet. This is impeded by absence of powerful political parties and nonunderstanding of true value of democracy and pluralism by particular political players. (shrink)

The article explicates platonic concept of family in the sacral and symbolic dimension. The notion of hierophany is the key to understanding the family in Platonism. Having analyzed Plato’s dialogues ‘Phaedrus’, ‘Symposium’, ‘Republic’, ‘Laws’, it was concluded than Platonism makes soteriological impact on the perception of marriage. Salvation in platonism can be realized when a personal or collective is established in the Good and there is a sacral and symbolic marriage that unites the soul and Good or a community of (...) souls and Good. These both identifid aspects are clearly visible in the works of Christian Platonists. (shrink)

In the context of the modern information age social demand for higher education is increasing because it opens up the possibility for human personal and career development. As a matter of professional individual, a leading cultural capital importance, since it is in its content and specificity can be played in higher education, responding with public expectations of students in the appointment of high school. In fact, the implementation of the functions of education and is sanctioned by the transfer of inherited (...) cultural capital. Returning to the realities of the present, we must recognize that higher education fails to adequately fulfill this mission entrusted to it, sooner or later can lead to destabilization of the entire socio-cultural space. Therefore, it is philosophical exploration of this issue meet the needs of both students and the entire social community. Therefore, the purpose of writing this article is to attempt philosophical study of the phenomenon of cultural capital in reliance on P. Bourdieu’s concept and features of the mechanism of reproduction of cultural capital in modern higher education. Interesting in this context appears as peculiarities of cultural capital students. As a result, the study was able to reach the following conclusions: cultural capital acquired by the students through the mediation of learning in higher education, defines social status and professional fulfillment graduate. An obstacle to its full assimilation of the individual is to have a destructive phenomena and processes in higher education, which should be eliminated. Thus, the reform of the educational segment of cultural capital in higher education involves the following major tasks: the establishment of a scientific schools and educational systems that would approximate carrier of cultural capital to the practical side of future professional activity, the concentration of educational programs on the processes of self-development and student learning, expanding the relationship of educational processes and practical profession, modernization and expansion of social control quality educational segment of cultural capital. Present international relations are a complex of relatively particular varieties, especially political, diplomatic, economic, religious, cultural and media relations. Integration is a versatile and complex phenomenon. It is quite diffiult process which does not have defiitive typology. Integration determines patterns of development of the modern world, because it inflences the global structure, global governance. At the present, the development of integration organizations has great importance in international relations. These organizations exist in all regions. They have a great inflence on the (...) development of political, economic, social and cultural relations between states that are members of these associations. New integration structure should ensure an active human development in general. This is the main criteria and principles of the modern world, and according to this criteria, it is also an institutional functional mechanism. In particular, the process of integration is very popular in Latin America. In Latin America, there are a large number of different integration organizations. Among them are: Latin American Integration Association, Andean Community of Nations, Central American Integration System. All of these organizations inflence the development of integration processes on the continent. Latin American integration has one feature. The cooperation between states has an economic basis. The above organizations have not only economic interests, but also common political, cultural, eco and social projects. It can be argued that the process of integration in Latin America is developing rapidly and has great prospects. But there are some problems. First of all, there is no unity among the states. Different countries have different integration strategy. Also, Latin American countries do not develop uniformly. Argentina and Brazil are developing faster rate than other countries. Thus, it is obvious that the integration of Latin America has some problems. But there are many organizations that are developing and increase their potential. (shrink)
