Rather, spacetime exists by depending on another, more fundamental, non-spatiotemporal structure.     ABSTRACT Unlike the relativity theory it seeks to replace, causal set theory has been interpreted to leave space for a substantive, though perhaps ‘localized’, form of ‘becoming’.
