Principles of Philosophy. Author’s Letter to the Translator (Preface).

In the article the problem of transformation of the information received by the user on the Internet into his knowledge is investigated. The paper uses the main special scientific and logical research methods used in the social and humanitarian sciences. At the same time, the methods of systematic and value-worldview analysis of the phenomena of the spiritual world of a person are distinguished by the degree of significance, which allow us to study the problem of the dialectic of knowledge and (...) information on the Internet not in isolation, but in connection with the main phenomena of the spiritual life of people, taking into account the priority of value-worldview structures. The goal of the work is to find a priority factor that provides a higher degree of accuracy in the transformation of information from the Internet into human knowledge. It is shown that the nature of the world wide web to a certain extent complicates the process of translating information coming to a person into his knowledge. It is concluded that the condition for the transformation of information received by the user on the Internet is the cognitive activity of a person, due primarily to the development of its value and ideological sphere. If the cognizing person has sufficiently developed and stable value – ideological foundations of personality, he successfully realizes himself as a developing subject, an active participant in knowledge. On the contrary, insufficiently stable value-worldview sphere can lead to passive perception of information by the individual, adaptation to reality, simplification of personality. Information from the Internet in the most adequate form is transformed into a person’s knowledge on the basis of his own cognitive activity, in the presence of intellectual and volitional capabilities for verifying the information available on the Network. статье рассматривается философская позиция критики метафизики в контексте негативных философских традиций скептицизма, релятивизма и апофатической онтотеологии. Задается вопрос о том, в чем состоит принципиальное отличие негативных позиций скептицизма, релятивизма и апофатизма от реализма. Показано, что и в случае положительной онтологии, которая допускает познание мира, и в случае отрицательной онтологии, которая запрещает познание мира, речь идет о познаваемости познаваемого и непознаваемости непознаваемого. Но философия бы закончилась, почти не начавшись, этой тривиальной тавтологией, если бы не мыслила содержательно. Содержательные же вопросы относятся к (...) установлению границ между познающим и миром, они задаются о природе связи между субъектом и данным ему в познании материалом или о причинах отсутствия связи между субъектом и тем, что лежит вне сферы его познания – «Великим Внешним». Показано, что отрицательная онтология, которая полагает предел нашему мышлению и утверждает непознаваемость мира в целом, тем не менее, остается онтологией, т. е. концептуальным выражением нашего постижения бытия и условий его непознаваемости. Таким образом, показано, что любая критика метафизики, включая релятивизм, нуждается в онтологии. Такая точка зрения обезвреживает релятивизм и по-зволяет помыслить философию в целом в качестве онтологически укорененного знания. (shrink)

Ідея створення Українського Патріархату рівночасна загалом спробам поєднання Української Православної Церкви з Римським Апостольським Престолом і насамперед з діяльністю єзуїта Антонія Поссевіно з Польщі при дворі князя Костянтина Острозького. З метою такого поєднання у 1583 році відбулась у Кракові нарада, на якій обговорювалось переважно питаня створення в Україні католицького патріархату. Про це довідуємося зокрема із звіту Апостольського Нунція в Польщі Альберта Больонетті, який в травні 1584 р. запропонував польському королеві Стефанові Баторію створити для українців і білорусів патріархат у Вільні або (...) ж у Львові за допомогою князів Острозьких. Цей патріархат мав бути підставою поєднання Української Православної Церкви з Римським Апостольським Престолом. (shrink)

Today, artificial intelligence is actively mastering natural languages, becoming an interlocutor and partner of human in various aspects of activity. However, the symbolic approach, which implies the transfer of rules and logic, has failed, the number of rules and exceptions of the language does not allow its formalization, so modern «deep learning» of artificial neural networks involves an independent search for patterns in extensive databases. During training, artificial intelligence puts a word into a sentence so that the syntagmatic relationships are (...) as close as possible to those of the target word in the base, taking into account both the semantic relationships of words and the relationships between words in the sequence of presentation. The «language» of information technologies is digital. During natural language processing, words are represented in vector form as a sequence of numbers. The idea of representing words mathematically is familiar to people and is usually associated with logical consistency. Visualization of the position of words in a multidimensional space created by artificial intelligence demonstrates a number of patterns, obvious semantic and syntactic relationships, but the essence of other relationships between words is not obvious. The mathematical representation of words, created by artificial intelligence, can allow you to look at the language from a new non-human point of view. (shrink)
