  1. Normativita života a společenská normalizace.Ondřej Švec - 2012 - Teorie Vědy / Theory of Science 34 (1):53-75.

  2. La normatività di Marx. Critica immanente, etica e politica.Marco Solinas - 2018 - la Società Degli Individui (63):91-104.
The paper aims to provide a critical analysis of Marx’s normative conception, both in terms of his economicistc mistakes and in relation to the normative principles implied in his general theoretical framework. The attention is then focused on Marx’s immanent critique of capitalism, also in relation to the normative interpretation of socialism recently presented by Axel Honneth; the Author highlights as Marx’s concept of freedom is linked to the idea of liberation from forced labour.

  4. La riduzione sociologica della normatività. Tre osservazioni sull’argomento di Stephen Turner.Pietro Salis - 2022 - L'ircocervo 21 (2):110-130.
Stephen Turner claims that social science can explain away normativity. By exploiting a non-normative view of rationality and a causal view of belief, he claimed that normativist views are akin to what he calls Good Bad Theories (GBT). GBT are false accounts that play a role of social coordination like primitive rituals (Taboo and the like). Hence, “norms”, “commitments”, and “obligations” are just like Taboo and can be explained away as GBT. Normativism, as a consequence, is doomed to disappear in (...)

  6. Člověk jako normativní tvor.Jaroslav Peregrin - 2012 - Teorie Vědy / Theory of Science 34 (1):3-23.

Realism and Rule-Following.Louis Caruana - 2003 - In R. Egidi, M. Dell'Utri & M. De Caro (eds.), Normatività Fatti, Valori. Macerata: Analisi Filosofiche Quodlibet. pp. 143-152.
This paper explores how realism is crucial in understanding rule-following. The strategy involves starting from what has been achieved by Wittgenstein and others as regards semantic normativity and then applying it to other areas, including moral deliberation. The result shows that realism in rule-following involves not only the weak claim that rules are independent of the individual rule-follower, as conventions are. It involves also the stronger claim that conventional rules are constrained by non-conventional constraints. These constraints depend neither on the (...)
