In this paper comparative analysis of maximum power point tracking techniques has been conducted to achieve highest magnitude of power from photovoltaic array. The algorithms proposed in this paper for extracting peak output from photovoltaic array are Perturb and Observe, Incremental Conductance, and Fuzzy Logic Control. There are some limitations with conventional converters i.e. Buck-Boost converter. When the operating voltage exceeds normal voltage as the voltage becomes high, the conventional converters fail to carry high voltage and current. Apart (...)

  2. Energy analysis for construction of a zero-energy residential building using thermal simulation in Iran.Nima Amani, Abdulamir Rezasoroush, Mostafa Moghadas Mashhad & Keyvan Safarzadeh - 2021 - International Journal of Energy Sector Management (Ijesm) 15 (5):895-913.
Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine the feasibility and design of zero-energy buildings (ZEBs) in cold and semi-arid climates. In this study, to maximize the use of renewable energy, energy consumption is diminished using passive solar architecture systems and techniques. -/- Design/methodology/approach: The case study is a residential building with a floor area of 100 m2 and four inhabitants in the cold and semi-arid climate, northeast of Iran. For thermal simulation, the climate data such as air temperature, (...)

  3. Energy consumption management of commercial buildings by optimizing the angle of solar panels.Nima Amani & Abdulamir Rezasoroush - 2021 - Journal of Renewable Energy and Environment (Jree) 8 (3):1–7.
One of the main reasons of environmental pollution is energy consumption in buildings. Today, the use of renewable energy sources is increasing dramatically. Among these sources, solar energy has favorable costs for various applications. This study examined a commercial building in a hot and humid climate. The findings showed that choosing the optimal angle of solar panels with the goal of optimized energy consumption would yield reduced costs and less environmental pollutants with the least cost and maximum energy absorption. In (...)

  5. A Feasibility Study of A Zero Energy Building in Egypt.Nehad Khattab - 2018 - International Journal of Engineering and Information Systems (IJEAIS) 2 (12):36-43.
Abstract— According to studies, buildings use around 40% of the total energy consumption in the world. Most of this consumed energy comes from fossil fuel, one of the sources of environmental pollution. The Net Zero Energy Building (NZEB) is an alternative to this alarming pollution. With its reduced energy needs and renewable energy systems, a ZEB can return as much energy as it takes from the utility on an annual basis. Thus the main objective of this study is to discuss (...)
