The article defines the algorithm and details the sequential tasks for building an effective model of automated classification of events in the information space. On the eve and during the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the consequences of external negative information influence were noticeable. Therefore, the organization and implementation of counteraction to such influence is urgent. An important component of this activity is the classification of information events in the information space in order to further analyze them (...) and form proposals for decision-making to counteract the negative information impact. Given the fact that in the global information space and, in particular, the information space of the state in the interests of counteracting such influence, it is necessary to constantly process a significant amount of information, so the task of improving the efficiency of this process is provided by automating its components. The algorithm of the automated classification process is based on a number of consecutive tasks, namely: data retrieval, preelection of messages, saving pre-selected messages in the database, determining a set of indicators for automated classification of information events, pre-processing a single document, distribution of messages by criteria by categories, presentation of information in a convenient form, saving the results of classification in the database. The proposed material reveals the content of these tasks. The proposed algorithm will serve to automatically divide information events of different nature into categories in order to increase the efficiency of assessing the level of negative information impact on target audiences for timely response to its manifestations. Purpose. The article deals with the consideration of certain types of value models of human creation from the standpoint of philosophical anthropology and social philosophy. It is about certain models that fulfill the worldview-semantic modes of a person. Theoretical basis. The authors cover peculiarities of such models in the process of creation of "the new types of a person". The process of reformatting these types and its means are studied. The process of valuing metamorphoses of Ukrainians is taken as an (...) example. The research is limited to the Soviet period and the period of independence, which is reflected respectively in Thesis I – The Phenomenon of Homo Sovieticus and Thesis II – A Person in the Situation of Post-Homo Sovieticus. The emphasis is on the peculiarities of the value matrix of these types and their ideological potential. Originality is in the disclosure of anthropological models that correspond to the value functionality, that is, the determination and expression of the essence of a person. It is shown that certain projects, under the conditions of forced reformatting, by their value reduction are classified as inhuman. They are based on the narrative of ideological myth and deprived of the projection of the complete development of a personality. The proposed approach allows to revise the current trends of such projections and, most importantly, to predict their value potentials in the dynamics of the transformational progress of the essence of the modern Ukrainian. Conclusions. The essay reflects the process of transformation of the worldview-semantic modes, which are represented by two situations-products – the Soviet person and the contemporary. The first type is formed by the mythology of political ideology. This person is deprived of himself or herself. Their collective identity is brought up by the anthropological effect of violence and fear. The second type is very similar. This person finds himself or herself in the situation of value disorientation, nostalgic impulses and instrumental thinking. Their task is to move towards the "monad personality". This is possible by means of formation of the "own philosophy", "inherent teleology of a breakthrough", as well as by taking into account the problem of consolidation and radicalism of external factor. The article deals with the problem of phenomenological interpretation of Cartesian idea of evidence. The author demonstrates that implicit but constitutive characteristic of evidence is a property of excessiveness. The analysis of its conceptual versions and methodological representations in Husserl, Marion and Derrida’s philosophies deconstructs some stereotype interpretations of evidence as an attribute of I-centric philosophical systems and also as a carrier of qualities of fullness and presence. The author claims that excessiveness of evidence has two main aspects: (1) non-belonging (...) to the system assured by this very evidence and (2) tendency to self-surpassing (hyperbolization). The excessiveness of evidence is shown in particular with regard to the system of thinking governed by the “truth-falsehood” opposition. The author brings to light a trend to the increasing of degrees of evidence as a consequence of phenomenological critique and deconstruction as methodological hyperbolizations of Cartesian doubt. The common ground between Marionian and Derridian critiques of Husserl’s conception of evidence is found that is inconsistency between the principle of fulfillment of intention and the unrealizable regulative of the “Idea in Kantian sense” as two main ways of representation of evidence idea in Husserlian phenomenology. It is shown that in accordance with the paradigm of possibility as the common denominator of phenomenological attitude in general the very same criticized evidence becomes assimilated in Marion’s conception of “saturated phenomena” (a principle of hyperbolical givenness) and in Derridian deconstruction (hyperbolicity-excessiveness as heterogeneity and impossibility within the framework of his critique of presence). The author uncovers the essential connection between the idea of evidence and basic elements of deconstructive discourse, such as the metaphorical concept of secret and the quasi-concept différance. Із цією метою експресивність проаналізовано у двох її виявах – інгерентному та адгерентному. Доведено, що адгерентні експресивні засоби – стилістичні прийоми – беруть активну участь у регулюванні читацької діяльності. Продемонстровано інклюзивні відношення між експресемами та регулятемами, окреслено ядерно-периферійний ресурс регулятивних засобів.

New complex challenges of the present, including transformation and complication of heterogeneity and entropy of the Internet space, intensive development of robotics, technologies of artificial intelligence, can not but affect the state and development of the entire legal system of the state and legislation in various spheres of public relations. It is necessary to formulate criteria for a typology of legal problems that can be solved by digital formalization, and which require the use of the potential of "personal (...) knowledge" to which intuition and practical experience are involved, etc. Recent research and publications analysis. The results of studies of these problems make it possible to point out that, as a whole, a systematic scientific understanding of the complex, voluminous and multidimensional problem of clarifying the perspectives and limits of the technological approach in professional legal practice, legal expert activity, influence on the transformation of legal norms, jurisprudence and legal education and the like need further careful study. The rapid development of new technologies, in particular artificial intelligence technologies, the Internet of Things, cloud technologies, etc., is contributing to changes in current legislation. Today, advanced economies are already pondering the question of regulating the status and use of AI technologies. While these are only the first bold steps, in the future, all of these can affect global changes in the legal system - perhaps full-fledged comprehensive institutions of law and institutions of law, even the branches and branches of law. The purpose of this article is to consideration of certain aspects of digitization of law and the limits of possible and admissible in the technological approach to legal knowledge on the basis of the results of understanding of this problem by different representatives of the humanities and interdisciplinary researchers. As social and political practice shows, the resources and efforts of public authorities are not enough to form an effective answer to the modern threats to national security. This is due to many reasons: bureaucratic state apparatus; system of subordination and hierarchy of government institutions; shortage of human resources, and so on. For this reason, the search for alternative methods to improve the functioning of an informative security system is expedient, and can explain the attraction of non-state institutes to these (...) processes. In the scientific article, theoretical bases of participation of civil society elements in counteraction to the informative threats to national security are analyzed. The objective necessity of co-operation between non-state institutes and the state in a security sector was grounded taking into consideration modern geopolitical conditions that Ukraine got into. The necessity of the theoretical comprehension of this range of problems was also proved. It determines the actuality of this article. The main prerequisite for the study is there is a need an integral analysis of theoretical bases of participation of civil society institutes in counteraction to the modern informative threats. The goal of study is a holistic analysis of the theoretical foundations of the participation of civil society institutions in counteracting modern information threats. According to the goal, the following tasks arise: 1. Justification of the feasibility of involving non-state institutions in the process of ensuring information security; 2. Determination of the main directions of interaction between the state and society in this area; 3. Systematization of mechanisms of this interaction. For realization of the above-mentioned research, necessity of attraction of non-state institutes to the process of providing of informative security were grounded, their basic directions were determined as well as the mechanisms of this process were systematized.
